Food was good. Location is ok. Acute shortage of staff. Cleanliness was ok but not qualified for 4 star.

Worst hotel I have stayed till date. They are calling themselves as 4 star rating however it seems like it is biases review rating they received from one of travel booking site. They are keeping frame to show it and announcing themselves as 4 star. I booked my stay with them as it is marked as 4 star but there is nothing like 4 star. Request everyone to keep away from this hotel who stay in good service hotels. There is no reason to stay there. Room size are small and require major maintenance. Basic amenities like shower cap, news paper they don't provide and charge whole amount at time of check in. Major part is they play with your health as iron scrubber piece used for dish washing was inside curry they served. Attaching few photos for reference.

Awesome food just delicious, and nice ambience, with nice interior, went for dinner, there was arrangement of buffet, enjoyed food, it's just value for money, stay was ok, as rooms are not that good, have become old, so need maintenance now, which they should do now to keep the hotel growing and make it attractive, it is in the main city … so enjoy your stay.

Good hotel, rooms are good and well maintained. But they need focus on service. Staff need to be trained properly how to manage client. Morning breakfast was over by 8 and no focus to attend.

A Very Nice and Good Place to stay in Haridwar. Good service, nice food…

Experience was good. Rooms avgly good. Food good. Only issue we found their staff was fighting for tip amongst them in front of guest.

Stayed one night. Calm and quiet location. Neat rooms. Good food. Both dinner and breakfast were very good with a variety of items. No other facilities such as gym, pool etc.

I have given one star coz it wont accept the post. What traveller's need is the good food but here food was basic n service was too poor. I haven't opted for buffet still they were not able to serve the families opted for buffet. Five plates with two spoons, we managed with the serving spoons. Jeera rice not cooked properly. Plenty things during my dinner were ridiculous. Was with family on badrinath trip. Grand orchid haridwar is much much better than this one. And the delicious n genuine food what we had in pandukeshwar stands out of these money making places. Highly recommended for guys without any family.

The hotell is a nice place for the stay. The room service is good and the rooms are also quite clean.

Excellent hygiene, good helpful staff, excellent rooms, and clean bathroom and linen. Easy access with parking.

Good hotel at this price. Location is good, o the highway. All mentioned amenities are there. But there should be open window provision also to let in fresh air. Food is average. Beds not too comfortable although service is prominent. Rooms are clean. Standards are maintained in hygiene.

1) Hotel is far away from City but no pickup / drop facility at all. Hotel staff doesn't care about it & management is careless 2) No transportation guidance by Hotel staff. Do not believe in taxi services recommended by reception staff. The taxi agency is unprofessional arrogant & cheat. 3) No refrigerator in room 4) Hot water facility is missing at late night till morning.

Reasonably priced, nice hospitality by the staff. Overall our stay was an amazing experience.

This hotel is very nice. They have the amenities that one would expect from a basic hotel in the US. The bathroom is clean and well maintained with modern fixtures. The water in shower can get to a scalding temperature without warning so be careful. They provided soap and shampoo as well as a dental kit. They have liquid hand soap which has not been watered down. The beds are clean and comfortable. The rooms have tea service in the room. There is a flat-screen TV mounted on the wall. If you come with a driver I believe they have accommodations for the driver. The complimentary breakfast is OK. I was a little disappointed that there were no protein options. In this day and age everyone is health conscious and starting the day with some protein intake is important. At the very least they should have something with paneer. This was perhaps my least favorite thing. The Internet is very slow and you have to allow someone from the staff to set it up on your mobile device.

Excellent place. A room for 3. There are no shops nearby gotta walk more to get to the shops.

I loved the break fast of the hotel … as it coverd everything, also the corridor looks great, room service is good too.

The rooms were decent enough and maintained well but there was a drawback when it came to the service part. Even though they have a 24 hours coffee shop only normal coffee is provided and services regarding maintainance is extremely slow. Over all a decent experience but surely could have been better.

Lakshya Hotel is located right in the middle of a busy stretch of traffic roads, hence it is a natural choice for staying. Rooms are extremely comfy and the food service is excellent as well. You will simply love your stay here.

On highway. It's a 4 hotel. Expensive one. Services are good. Cleanliness & good accommodation services.

This is a four star hotel in Haridwar, on the Roorkee highway. elegant look, nice food. very courteous staff.

A place easily located because at highway. Nice service. Although there is a issue with the food. Food is not upto the benchmark but otherwise nice place to stay.

Ambions here is shandaar and food is yummy it has 3 spacious banquets and service is also good it has 3 star facility.

Nice ambience. Courteous people. You can have Ur meal with utmost peace. And yes … the food is also good… Negative is it's a little overpriced…

Rooms were okay not four star types. Toilet were small. Service was good but dinner is not served after 10pm that was sad. Good for those who stay for a night as check out time is also odd I 11am.

I must say if you visiting Haridwar. Then you must stay at Lakshay Hotel. The convenience of commuting from Hotel to Ghats is at ease. The service and hospitality by hotel staff is home away home feel. The ambiance of rooms and there food is scintillating.
