Hotel Ganges Rivera is a 3star hotel. Staff behavior is good. I love the food of Ganges Rivera. It's located near Vishwakarma Ghat Delhi Haridwar Highway. The Ganges Rivera view is so Good, because Ganga Canal is flowing just opposite of it. I visited Hotel many times for several purpose.

Nice hotel frunt is small but inside is big and nice. Well Maintenance. Manager is good person but night time one staff is not good. We want to booked 2 rooms but they have only one room because there is merrage so they booked rooms. We took one sweet room and called to room service for extra bed and blanket but he replied can not give because you took only single room so can use that blanket while one person was feeling sick.

Nice ambience & well maintained hotel with very good service as well as location facing river Ganges. Rooms are spacious. Complimentary breakfast is awesome. People are very much cooperative.

The hotel is amazing and so is the food. The staff is courteous and the service is exceptional. The restaurant although small is beautiful. And you'll love your visit here.

A nice budget hotel and its location is also good, exactly on the Haridwar Delhi bypass road, Premnagar Ashram ghar is just a few meters away.

4 stars just for the location and overpriced menu. Otherwise the place is well maintained. Rooms are good but the plug sockets are not placed well. Beds are bit older than they look, hotel has banquet facility which is extremely good. The location is such that there is no shop at both the extremities at walking distances.

Room ambience I would rate 2.5 star Other amenities like soap, shampoo, body lotion, towel, Wi-Fi and breakfast are provided complimentry. But for breakfast you only have parata and idli as the only 2 option. For a day or 2 it shud be ok but anything above 3 days you wont feel like having same breakfast. Cost of the room shows less if booked directly with hotel and say it as for personal stay. Since mine was booked from company (official) they charged 3k including breakfast & Wi-Fi. For personal stay you should get it around 1700 — 1900/-

We stayed at room 206. It is reserved for bank emploees. Though the view was not good but the room was clean and well organised. A decent place to stay away from the hustle bustle of the city.

The rooms that I got were quite dungeon like. The AC was too small to cool the room. Staff however was fine in addressing to the needs.

This Hotel is situated near the stream of Ganga. It is made in such a way that from the windows of the hotel room, the Ganga can be seen. The rooms are airy and well built. Staff: The room service was an issue. We had to repeatedly call them. The problem we faced was caused due to the biased behavior by the staff. Whereby, in two of the rooms in which the kettle wasn't working, they made endless excuses to provide for a new one. Eventually, they end up not giving any. So that was disappointing. Verdict: PROS ✓Ambience ✓View from the rooms ✓Connectivity CONS ×Unobligated Staff.

The Best part, Room service (food) is available even at late nights.

Didn't like. Towels were not provided and did not like the THIN blankets which were provided in winter months (December). Further there were no mosquito repellant/ all-outs as there were mosquitos.

Totally poor maintence and staff is not at all punctual and nothing works in the hotel being its telephone, television even solar panels for hot water. Guest welcome is not at all there in this hotel. Totally non-sense 3star hotel… 2star or 1star is much more better than this so called 3star hotel.

First thing tou witness after entering into the hotel pungent smell in the reception area. The staff is not at all welcoming or supportive. I am still waiting in the reception area as I've to check in at 12. Poor hospitality. Bad, bad experience. Staff is not at adjustable, they only need money and are inconsiderate about guests comfort.

Very poor design for rooms and very ordinary management. Original room had a toilet comps that was too close to the wall that makes it difficult to sit. So we changed the room by paying extra money. There was no cable and internet working. The newer room had extreme low water force with very little hot water. And there was no exhaust fan in the slot provided, with fixed glass windows in bathroom. So it is not very hygienic. Not at all worth the price you are paying!

A very well known place among the haridwar citizen. A hotel known by its good relation and better quality. It is the best option if the one want the best alternative in budget.

One can organize a event of around 300 people at a time according to the spacious hall. Overall experience is average.

Very bad service regarding commitment. They cheat with coustomer to rent rooms.

Stayed one night in their premium river view room. Bathroom was huge in area but with older equipments. Bed was cozy, view isn't superior but kind of ok as window is a bit small.

Very bad experience. Staff non cooperative. Room service is worst. Rooms are dirty. Bugs (khatmals) are present in bed. Blankets are with bad smells. No proper lights in room and gallery of hotel. Hotel is situated on high way. Therefore no conveyance is available at anytime for tourists. Thanks.

The place is bit away from religious place, and those not having own convyance may find problem in catching train in early morning and late night. The hotel is neat and clean, but food beverage is too much costly.

This is a nice place to stay. All the rooms are air conditioned. Service is also good. Rooms are nice and cosy.

Its just average. You know. Services need to be improved otherwise it is good. But you can look more hotels nearby better than ot.

This is a very nice hotel.

Not a great place to stay. The TV in the room did not work despite several complaints. The room had a air conditioner set at a temperature of 16 degrees. No one in the hotel could provide us a remote for the same. The mains of the air cons were inaccessible for us to switch off the air con. The last call for the remote was done at 12:00 midnight and no response. In the morning at 5 am, only we had to fight with the stuff to ask for a remote. The room was like a refrigerator and a terrible experience with kids. The staff response was " I had told the reception about the remote and it was not my job". The window glass of the room was not fixed properly allowing all the traffic noise to be in the room. It felt that we re sleeping on the road, in fact could not sleep due to the constant sounds of trucks and honking all night. Would not recommend if traveling with the family. FINALLY LEAVING WITH THE WORST TASTE AND FEELING CHEATED AFTER PAYING 4500/ — for a room which is not even worth 2000/ — for a night.

This hotel give me complete accommodation services in reasonable price. Like to stay there again.
