Extremely pathetic hotel. The owner has no sense of talking to the guests. We were 13 females and 3 males (all family). We did not get any kind of service. The geysers were not working, no room service, no house keeping.
The very first day checked in late night and inspite of having ID's he took 1 and a half hour to check us in. The second day he gave us filthy breakfast which none of us ate. Third day we had to go for an engagement and he fought with us for 2 hours the previous night regarding the payment and was bad mouthing in front of the females because of which we had to call the cops. Third day he again harassed the females regarding payment and other stuff. From the third day onwards we got no house keeping. We had to broom our own rooms. On asking him for anything he refused. Also he started abusing and saying things like "Shraap dunga, Hawan karaunga, Shaadi tudwa dunga" It's utter shame that in a city like Varanasi where people come from all over the world to worship people like these exist! I would really like someone to take action against this hotel and also NEVER GO TO THIS HOTEL.

This is a very nice hotel. Located at the central part of Varanasi.
The service is very good. The rooms are large and very spacious. The staff is very co-operative and responsive. Hygiene is also maintained. The price is also adorable and cheap.

This hotel is located on the streets. You can get all the necessary things nearby including food and medicine. The hotel staff were friendly and nice. They have good sized rooms with TV and mini fridge. The room was clean and the bedsheets we're clean and so was the bathroom. There is no food available in this hotel, but they can serve you good food from nearby restaurants if you want to order through them.

Hotel is very clear. Just after renovation. Everything is really new and fresh. There are all need facilities: hot water, TV, fan, AC. It's family business, so onwner and his sons are very attentive and friendly. Owner try to do everything possible to make our stay as much comfortable as possible. Enjoyed a lot!

Not that expensive hotel.! They provide mini fridge. So u want to have beer and drinks in varanasi at hotel. That isnt too expensive. Go for this one.!

Nice room, good staff, hotel is situated in decent place, area is quite and nice. U ll enjoy your stay over there.

One the best hotel in Varanasi just a kilometres away from BHU and Railway station. Staffs are very much cooperative and sober. Had an great stay over there.
