Staff very nice and room condition also good and claim climate also good view of hotel. Room's fully air conditioner and price is also reliable.

Awesome hotel in prime location. Tak Mahal, Agra fort and all places nearby. Also the hotel is on main road so very easy to locate and there are many eating joints and dhaba's nearby.

I was here for a social event… Had a lovely breakfast here. There was some issue with the ACs still they were able to provide pedestal fans for ventilation.

Nice play for short term stays and a really nice banquet for small scale meetings and birthday parties.

Hotel Panna paradise apart from good staff and cleanliness has a great restaurant inside which provides delicious vegetarian food.

The hotel has a good space and worst kind of service. The only star is given for the space and art here and there in the hotel. The staff is not at all listening. I need to call for the manager 3-4 times when I could not get the water bottle for about an hour. The view from the roof is good. Attached pics.

Spacious rooms average room service no time management, breakfast was given very late that too by forcing them as we were tired of waiting due to which we were late departing from Agra will not recommend though to any… pretty sure that there will be many more options than this…

Unlike any other hotel, this hotel is also descent with descent facilities. Rooms are also good and spacious. The location of this hotel is also superswesome and adds cherry to the cake as its on Fatehabad road and is very close to Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. You can easily reach Taj Mahal and Agra Fort in less than few minutes from this place and is well connected as well.

It's an ok hotel but room facing road side is very noisy due to busy traffic, honking and silent night dogs barkings…

We checked into this hotel at afternoon at 11th dec and checked out in morning at 12th. We didn't have much expectations apart from some basic needs like hot water, on time service but even our basic needs were hardly fullfilled. The intercom wasn't working throughout the time & even after complaning no one bothered to come to replace it. So for everything and anything we had to climb down the stairs to reception to ask anything. We ordered tea for 3 people but what the gave us was cutting chai with a small thermas which filled hardly 2 cups. The temperature was below 20° so hot water was must. But we had to wait for 25mins just to see a drop of hot water. After facing so many bad experiences when we arrived for our complimentary breakfast we had to wait for 25mins just for 2 aloo parathas and 1 plate puri bhaji. When we asked for the delay they said the cook was sleeping. After listening to this I made my mind to write this review, so that no one faces these hardships which we faced just for basic necessities even after paying 2k bucks. Agra me Panna paredise is not wise.

Service is not good. Rooms are good but very far from railway station.

Good little local restaurant, cheap, traditional, with a local clientele, even if it is located in a hotel. It's not luxury but it's clean. The light are with blue neon lights, so a little violent. Take care, this restaurant does not have the approval for spirits, so he goes to get wine on demand in the shop next door. And the choice is a little limited to the Sula, which is rarely good. Good and budget place to stay in agra. Food in the restaurant is good. Rooms could be better and so is the cleanliness.

Location is good, there was some bit of confusion regrading my booking but it was sorted out, thanks to the coopeartive staff there. Facilities are good, food was ok.

It's a very nice place to visit in agra, I really like the food of panna paradise and the staf is very friendly and give a good service.

The location was good, one can find KFC and Domino's near about. The room were big and spacious though I missed balcony view. Room service was of nice and they have a pure veg restaurant which is good.

It's really Great palace to stay with the mint of delicious flavours… really awesome experience, must come once.

Panna Paradise was definetely the best choice during my stay in Agra in 2011. The staff was friendly, rooms where very clean and owners were most helpful to arrange different services for me. I highly recommend this hotel.

Cordial staff. Near prime locations i. E taj Mahal and Agra fort. Affordable and clean rooms.

Truly loved it. Service was extremely great. Room was spacious with all the requirements. Only thing they lacked was they had their balcony locked so room could be kind of suffocating to those who need fresh air. But the there was access to rooftop 24*7. And view of Taj was just awesome. Breakfast provided was definitely far above the price they charged with no limit on quantity. Quality was superb. One of the best places to stay at in Agra. Definitely go for it.

It is a pleasant hotel on Fatehabad road. The rooms were slightly overpriced for me (Dec 2015) but a good healthy and safe ambience for overnight visit for tourists. Very helpful staff. The rooftop view of the Taj isnt promising though. They MUST IMPROVE upon their geyser system. It is frustrating.

Yeah! No wonder to atlk that Panna Paradise is one of the best hotel in Agra. We have a wonderful experience since last five years… I strongly recommended this hotel for everyone whether its a event or outing family or a tourist person. Staff were also very helpful & hospitalilty they given was amzingly. Specially the food was very delicious & Mr. Hakim & Mr. Srivastava done a great job. Cheers for Panna Team…

NEVER book a room here. I had booked a room in Hotel Panna Paradise, Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India thru cleartrip based on the reviews on this website and hoping that my purchase will be safer thru cleartrip rather than booking with this hotel directly. I had to pay full room rent in advance. This hotel claims different star ratings on different websites. We did not like the small rooms here and the hotel is too small. So, we checked into another hotel. The hotelier told us that since the booking was online, the refund will be processed online. Strangely, cleartrip website shows that 4 adults stayed here! When I contacted cleartrip they are saying "Now hotelier is not agreeing to process the refund. Hence we will not be able to process refund. " Following up for a refund.

Disaster! Can for the domestic tourist and Oka (they do not know the comforts of life) for the European is a nightmare. Room on the road (constantly buzzing car) air conditioning monoblock, thunders like a tractor. No toilet paper. One towel for two. One unclean sheet. The mixer is broken (water is included under the sink! ) the door to the balcony is blocked. And the architectural style of the interior is ugly and meaningless ( (
