Most pathetic experience ever. I have booked 13 rooms for me and my guests, but I should tell you that they have the most pathetic room service. The staff is rude. They switch off the air conditioners at their will. We asked for water to drink after check in but they provided it only after two hours and multiple calls from the rooms. The rooms are filled with rotting stink and mosquitoes. Televisions of moat of the rooms are not working. Flushes in toilets are not working in some of the rooms. Some of the rooms do not have telephone/intercoms. No refrigerators in any room. The towels they provided were stinking. Hospitality is zero and behaviour is super rude. Rooms are dirty and not good by any standard. Bed sheets are dirty and stink. Complimentary breakfast is so little and for that too you have to fight for. Some of the doors have faulty locks like mine room 206. No safes in any rooms. **Don't come here.

Worst place to stay!
I had booked 4 rooms here from OYO, given the details they put on internet. But reality is bitter and astonishingly different.
AC wasn't working when we check in. They made me wait in lobby while mechanics were working on AC. In other two rooms there was no water. Flush of commode wasn't working at all. I made repeated calls to make it work, but to no avail.
And yes, you cannot on or off AC, forget to set temperature accordingly. You need to call at reception to on or off your AC.
And for entertainment, they have army of mosquitoes everywhere from your room to bathroom!
While writing this detailed ordeal, half an hour earlier I made a call on reception to send water in my room, yet they haven't delivered. Such a poor state of services.
Summing up, services are too poor even to be given 1 star.

I chose this property based on its good ratings on OYO, but I soon discovered that most of the ratings had been given by hotel staff themselves. It is the dirtiest and poorly managed hotel I have ever stayed at. In fact, during check out, they ask the customer's mobile for checking something on OYO App and in the process they smartly give ratings themselves.
They tried to play same tricks with me, but I didn't let them touch my phone, and after that the hotel guy behaved very rudely with me. Think twice before checking in here, or else you will regret it.

Worst experience. This is the worst hotel in whole Noida and NCR. Please dont book this hotel. First of all the staff is very rude, we checked in at 11 AM and they charged us Rs. *** for early check in. Its not even built like a hotel, its built like a house. The room was very dirty and stinking. Room had mosquitos and flies all around. Dirty bedsheets and dirty towels. AC was not working every few mins. Phone was not working. Dirty washroom. Manager is very rude and misbehaving guy. Food is just pathetic.
