I hate the Bu application. BCash cannot be redeemed completely. And this customer service teams are not ready to respond my requirements. This Bu application is cheating customers. They cheat stating BCash can be redeemed. Which is fake. This BU application is only to cheat customers. I need this to be escalated.
I took 1 year membership for rs. 1699. Now, they have removed the salon near me and saying to go for other salons… that too far away and when I asked for refund… they are not even re-funding my money. Only 2 months I availed the services. They also said that they would call and sort this but there is no follow up call even. Disguising customer care!
