Amazing place and beat location. Kaushambi metro station is just 2 mins away. Nice rooms, clean and hygienic. Lovely And co-operative staff.
Better than many other oyos. But quality of townhouses is also degrading with time as they hardly have any maintenance staff. Poor maintenance. Washrooms were grossly dirty. Only plus point is that you can order food from outside if you don't want to eat their restaurant food which was very few options to choose from. Its just next to the metro station so quite apt for a short visit. Metro station has many eating joints. This will be a good option if the management looks after maintenance well. They just want to collect money and do nothing.

This is the WORST hotel I have stayed in my life. 1) The check in process took me ages. As per OYO, you can pay also at the time of check out. But the receptionist stressed on paying the full amount upfront. 2) Once I Checked In, there was no power supply in the power points. I was made to change the room. 3) Now, in my 2nd room: the AC was not working. I had to call up the hotel desk 5 times for them to tell me to shift my room again. 4) In my 3rd room: The linen was very dirty. The mattress was even more dirty. The flush in the bathroom was not working. The power supply was not constant. The force of water in the shower was less than sufficient. The room has a lot of mosquitoes (I dint know from where they were coming in from). The Bathroom's door did not close properly. I cut short my stay at this place because this place made me feel sick. The only positive was that it was located very close to the Kaushambi metro and McDonald's. This was my first time at OYO. Thanks to the above experience, I will NEVER BE A CUSTOMER for OYO again. If you are looking for a nice stay at the same price as OYO Townhouse, there are many other places available which I discovered because I cut short my stay at OYO and had to search a different place.
