Really it was a great experience perfect staff and hospitality.

Property is very small and poorly maintained, I vouch not to stay in this property again and advise others not to come to stay in this property if they want to enjoy their family stay.
House keeping staff is of no use rooms are not given due time to clean, rooms are very poorly maintained, House keeping staff does not provide any amenities & facilities in the room despite several reminder.
Food served in buffet in their restaurant is tasteless and does not have variety in food.
Restaurant staff is rude and very argumentative. Their staff even tried to charge and prepared the bill of coffee which was provided on house ans follow up for payment several time during my stay in the Hotel.
I would repeat stay in the hotel is not worth and value for money, Please do not book this Hotel online. Check room first if at all you want to stay in this hotel. Thanks Rakesh😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢

Dinner was ok but breakfast buffet was so amazing.

Pathetic staff. Mannerless. They b have as if v are staying for free. We had to wait for 1 hr to get our luggage picked. Reception desk is so rude. Dont even smile or greet.

We had been sarovar portico dining member for 3 years in a row… but the taste of food, chefs and staff was far better till 2017… food taste was excellent back then… but now its deteriorated… but still its OK but not as good as it used to be.

Prima facie I was impressed (I don't know why), but starting from Reception and ending to Billing, it was a horrible experience!
1. The AC of the hall (Regal-2) which we booked for our small conference was too noisy and we had to put it off during the whole conference.
2. The staff was very non-cooperative.
3. The pakoras which were to be served during the tea time were almost absent. 2/3rd of the people never got it.
4. The worst part was… they didn't adjusted the advance amount of Rs. 5000/ — to the final bill. And even after the follow ups, they are still not responding on the issue. ***Only the parking staff was active and cooperative!

Been there with my Family, Food Quality was Good and a very cooperative staff, the person who was serving to me was very professional and polite, they have an amazing Terrace pool with candle light dinner arrangement I recommend this to every Couple, who want to have a peaceful and beautiful evening with some good cocktails.

There are many other options to select. No change bedsheets for three days, No change in towel, no clean up of shampoo & soap warper. They only use to clean the floor, and reset the bed. No Iron in room, hair dryer not working. You don't expect to spend RS 4000/ — for such a bad hotel. Ya it has a swimming pool and restaurant but I didn't go there.

It is located at the proper location as you can find it on main road. Services and food are good and room quality is pretty nice.

A delightful experience. I enjoyed my time there. The service staff was really helpful and attentive. The rooms were clean and tidy. The food was fresh and very tasty. I recommend this olace to everybody.

It's was a remarkable and lifetime experience staying here. I was on a 6 days trip here. I hail calmness within hotel compound; staff hospitality, care, welcoming attitude and friendliness; relevant automations; professional laundry; delicious food always spiced in Indian cooking style but suits international taste; clean and ergonomically planned rooms; city exploration via a hotel window is a worth view, free Wi-Fi internet access; sensible complimentary and efficient shuttle service is an add on you get on this feasible location.

Nice place! Quite and cosy. The food is fairly good and has a reasonably priced bar too. We like to spend time here every once in a while…

Party hall is good for 100 member. When it get together for 200+ people it is highly congested. Looking wise good but need more space for vehicle parking. Should work on working staff not take care of party members.

Proper room cleaning on time though food wasn't nice. Taste wasn't upto the mark. Rooms are good and you can get economy/studio/premium rooms as per your needs. 3 star for rooms and cleaning -2 star for food.

Above average hospitality with good food options to select. Price is subjective. I felt it reasonably priced. Overall good first time experience. Will visit again.

Perfect place to stay if you are on a business trip or a short halt. I had a connecting flight which was on next day so after exploring the city I wanted a perfect rest so as I already had an image in mind I booked the hotel online. It was great though I booked all of a sudden still everything was perfect from the dinner to the next day's breakfast. I loved the stay.

The rooms were clean. Loved the service. Hotel rooms were a bit expensive but it was worth it anyway. The hotel is well located too. It is near Mahagun Metro Mall and it is really very close to the Vaishali metro station.

Poor food quality and service. During launch and dinner shortage of chappati. After talking with staff no one bothered about it. Not wana attend any meet again.

Located just beside the mahagun metro mall is a plus for this hotel because shopping and food is easily accessible. Rooms are really spacious and clean. Beds are really comfy. Services are also upto the mark. Housekeeping dept is little slow. We had to wait for like one hour in the lobby for the jacket which was by mistake left in the room at the time of checkout. We could have missed our flights because of that!

Everything is perfect. Staff members makes you feel like you are at your home. Their service is quiet good. Everyone should visit here. I personally liked it.

Rooms are smaller than I expected. I need to call them for basic things like bathroom slippers, toothpaste. I had to reactivate my room entry card many times because it stopped working many times. The hotel people told that keep it away from mobile. It is very near to metro station. Gym and pool are good. Drinks and food is very costly.

It is awesome place to stay. Hotel staff is very helpful and humble. There is a gym and swimming pool at the top floor… infrastructure and facilities wise it is awesome but at the same time costly too…

It was easy and comfortable there. The behaviour of staff was very pleasing. Overall we had a nice time having dinner there.

It is a reasonably priced place with decent food and good spacious rooms. Some of the upgrades have crockery, microwave etc and even a seperate tap for RO water which is very convenient. However, house keeping was quite bad maybe there was a wedding party staying in the hotel but that is no excuse for neglecting other guests. Were it not for the convenient location (for my purpose) I probably would think twice before staying there again. But I must add in all fairness that my previous visit was very comfortable.

Great place, the good is pretty good as well. The location is right next to the Mahagun Mall so one can never get bored. Rooms are spacious with all the modem amenities.

Location is good and near the Mahagun mall. You can have various restaurants and shopping options in the mall. Hotel rooms are well furnished but Studio rooms are very small though they too have all the basic amenities like microwave oven and mini fridge.

Located next to the mahagun mall on a partly busy street. Good for business travels and events. Room were nice and clean. I had attended a poolside event on the terrace and the setup was beautiful and very nicely decorated.

The food was disgusting. No taste at all. I gave two stars just for the service which was good. Though the restaurant closes at 11:00pm nobody was picking up the call even at 10:00. I had to call thrice before anybody attended the call. We were the only ones eating at the reztaurant. The ambience of this place is good. But the food is not good at all. Not even their dessert. Pretty disappointed with the place.

Suites are available at a very good place as you can find them on the main road. Rooms are quite nice as available with the furniture and AC. Services provided by the hotel are nice as they are always available for the guests services.

I had lunch at sarovar portico Dal makhani was little weird. Desert was not refilled had to told the waiter to plz keep the sweet, also topping for ice cream was not put on table. They were very lazy.

Hotel rooms are very clean and spacious and in a great budget. RO water tap in rooms with small kitchen equipped with oven, refrigerator and coffee maker full fills once basic dining needs. Vegetable biryani is very delicious.

Went there for some conference… Found it very quiet and soothing place. Washroom are very well maintained. Coffee served was on the bad side, not up to the standard… Although spacious… Not very disabled friendly as washroom are having stairs… Entrance is good… And happy with staff behaviour…

I attended marriage in mahagun mall and service is good. But marriage area is congusted. Apart from this. Restaurant is awesome nice ambience service is good.

Property is beautiful and very functional. Food is delicious. Service is delayed a bit. They need to train the staff to learn quickly and respond promptly.

Stayed at Mahagun Sarovar portico for 15 days in the month of August '17. And below is what I felt. Very very kind staff, near to metro station, next to a mall, clean rooms, Lots of varieties in morning's breakfast & is good, nice Gym, and a decent swimming pool.

Hotel being a 4 star property, needs some maintenance. I booked a highest category suite but still it was not checked for pre cleaning and wear and tear. Had to call technician for light fitting, TV tuning etc. Food in morning breakfast is very tasty and fresh. Staff is humble and helping. Overall all an average experience but can be made really good if some experienced staff can be dedicated for daily maintenance reviews.

This was the most disasterous hotel we hv ever stayed in! Seriously, their rooms r too small plus we had to check inn at 2 pm but they gave us 1 room at that time and the rest 6 room at 6 pm. They hv a very small swimming pool and they dont even hv a changing room there so we had to change in our rooms. Someone even dropped their wallet and the staff picked all the cash from it. Their lobby is just as small as their rooms. This property is completely opposite from the pics they hv on their site. I would never recommend this hotel!

The hotel has all the aesthetic elements of a good hotel. However, if you look closely you can see some gaping holes in their service. The overall feeling you take back is of a sub-standard place packaged nicely.

Great stay with really clean room, friendly staff. I do agree with some suggestions that food quality can be improved and bathroom can be a bit more renovated. Nevertheless, overall quality is great and highly recommended ☺

Pathetic Service. Had to haggle with the guy at reception to let me check in. They wanted my address proof which I had inside my luggage. Asked them let me get into my room, I'd open my bags and take it out. But guy wouldn't listen. Wouldn't take my pan card as I'd proof. I don't know how these people can be this rude and still be in business.

Staff services is very worst, tangerine staff behavior is very rude, I will never stay and recomend it.

Decent hotel in the locality, can improve food and ambience.
