Good food and good staff fantastic hotel.

One of the worst experiences of my life is the stay at Ramada Agra. Unfriendly staff, bathrooms and TV non working, one of the worst breakfast buffet. Had checked in as a guest for an engagement function they have charged both the host as well as guest. Late room service and forcing us to checkout by continuously calling. I wouldn't recommend this hotel anyone who comes to visit Agra.

Beautiful ambience and the staff behavior is excellent especially the dine in staff. I met a excellent bunch of dine in staff lead by Ankur. They were so polite and concerned about the food. Took feedbacks every single time and even got food for people although it was buffet and self service. I won't forget the way they packed me a quick meal for my way back to Delhi from the buffet. Ankur even got me a sugarfree rasmalai in no time because I couldn't eat desert. Highly recommended 👌

Our Agra has a very large swimming pool for children to play. It was a relaxing family weekend holiday with two connected rooms, the Pool Area with a Bar and amazing food options in the Buffet.

Fantastic hotel One of the best in Agra and India. Rooms are delightful, spacious, food at the hotel restaurant is very tasty, the round-the-clock pool and very cool large bed.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The service is outclass. The upkeep of hotel is excellent. Pool, Gymnasium and kids play area are very nice. They have got good varieties in Buffet breakfast and dinner. The location is slightly on the outskirts but that is no problem at all considering the facilities provided by them.

The hotels location is a bit out of city but the connectivity is great. The best part of the establishment is the well trained staff and the hospitality offered by them. The kids area is very good though need some maintenance.

A little away from city but that works as an advantage for this 5 star property, Greenery all around and near to Highway for Delhi and Lucknow as well. Taj Mahal is also 15-20 minutes away. Hotel is newly built and that fresh feeling comes from every corner in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. My family found things they can enjoy with during the stay like kids play area and saloon. I found rates are also comparatively better then other similar properties. Overall a superb deal.

Quality of food needs to be improved. Have very nice appearance of frontage. Hotel spread on a small area. Located just next to the Expressway. So it's very much convinent for customers for transportation and communication.

It’s a Good place for stay in Agra. Specially for all people coming from Yamuna Express Highway. The staff is very courteous and follow the rules with grace. Food is good, try to get Breakfast plus dinner package. Swimming pool is good and well maintained.

Superb experience… the tubs were very clean and the pool was awesome… the room were extremely clean and we enjoyed alot as we spent most of our time in our room… the breakfast was the main and best attraction to me… thnx fr d wonderful experience…

Nice hotel in Agra near circular ring road on the Fatehabad road with nice view. Nice rooms and staff is also very good. Food is also nice. Parking facility is available in basement. Bar, sauna and steam bath is available there. Gym and kids area is also available with nice restaurant. Swimming pool is available on P level. Overall nice hotel but is too outside from city. Meeting hall is also available at ground level floor.

Although the outer look of the hotel isn't very appealing, the inside of it is pretty decent. Rooms are spacious and facilities like pool are nicely maintained. Room service and other services are pretty fast. The thing I didn't like much is the food. Breakfast should have more varieties and taste can be improved too, same goes for dinner (I didn't take lunch during my stay). All in all this hotel is a worthy stay for your joyful trip.

Very Easily Accessible from the Expressway! A good hotel with Pretty Good Looking Interiors. The Room sizes are pretty Decent and service is up to the Mark. The Food is good not great other wise it's a good Place to stay while you are in Agra. The Only problem I faces while I was staying at Ramada was the Cellular Network. There are Deadzones in the hotel where network was zero. One will have to go to a open space to receive and make calls. Everything else was good.

Good location just off the Agra expressway. Check-in was smooth and the staff was courteous. The rooms were well done and well stocked. The breakfast and dinner spread was above average. Overall a very good experience.

One of the best 5 star hotels in the city with beautifully decorated rooms and great food. The location could have been better but that doesn't take away the fact that the place is nothing less than paradise. The facilities like the spa, the steam and sauna, the gym, the pool are worth every penny.

It was a great experience. The service was good. I attended their New Year party and it was a great event. There was live band performance on the pool deck with unlimited snacks. They also had a professional dj in near the lobby in Rangmahal. It was a great experience.

It's a nice hotel and good value for money. This weekend it was sold out. The in room dining is prompt and food is very nice. The rooms are clean and the staff is very polite. It's great value for money.

We stayed here as part of the package for our Golden Triangle Tour. We were welcomed with complimentary drinks and good customer service. The hotel is nice and modern for a stay in Agra while visiting the Taj Mahal and Agra. I have to give a shout-out to the team that served the breakfast buffet. They provided us excellent service and ensured that we had a lovely breakfast. When we needed anything in the room, someone was sent up to attend to us for even the tiniest things. All in all, I remember this hotel most for great customer service. Great Job!

Good property located away from the hustle of city. Nice and big rooms with clean bathrooms. Staff is helpful and courteous. Food quality is also good.

It was a good hotel. Staff was helpful and nice. It is situated at one end of agra so may be that can be an issue for people but it's next to express way. Other services in the hotel were also nice for the most part. Asked them to upgrade one room and they did (had to pay 2k more for premiun upgrade). Overall decent hotel.

Fair to the set bench-mark, nice ambience, good staff, and pretty good services. Had a stay for like just a day but the vibes at this place to stay were quite relax n chill. Recommend for people who all are lookin' to make their stay quite n peaceful.

Enjoyed the stay overall. Rooms were clean and large enough, breakfast was good with great service and attention from staff. Only improvement recommended to hotel would be to improve on efficiency. It took a long time to check us in as they hadn’t registered our stay on their systems from the travel agent we used to book the hotel.

Nice hotel. Good buffet for breakfast. Unfortunately my room smelled like they tried to clean smoke out of it. Other travel companions didn't have that issue.

Good Hospitality, very good rooms, specially the restaurant staff is awesome, they serve you really well and greet you very nicely. Reception staff is just okay. They have sarcastic smiles as if they are judging you. Dinner was below average, and dishes didn't taste good, menu was very small and didn't had any good options. The breakfast was lavish, it was really good, had plenty of options and taste was really good. Gym and swimming pool are pretty small seeing the standards of good 4*-5* hotel. All in all it was good experience and a pleasant stay.

Good place to stay, easy approaching, full service restaurant, nice and variety of food is ups of this hotel. Rooms are not as 5 star standard. Housekeeping is literally slow. Swimming pool is small and no option for kids, pool area is not attractive and lack of amenities. If I m talking about kids zone its just for symbol only. Gym is pretty enough but small. Staff is very polite and cooperative. Everything is good in that price. Value for money.

The hotel was fairly easy to find and being on the outskirts of the town also meant that it was peaceful, not much noise. The staff were great and you are treated with great hospitality making your overall experience wonderful as well as this it was not overly crowed making the experience more enjoyable. As far as the room goes, the staff could brush up a bit on their room maintenance but the overall impression was very good and the room as a whole was both comfortable and spacious giving the customer a wonderful experience for the allocated price.

Superb hotel with non-smoking rooms, pool, various cuisines and much more. Staff here is excellent and kind. Great hospitality ever experienced. Cost wise the tariffs are high but, I feel these are worth the experience. Being on a business trip and luckily when we get to stay at this kind of hotel will make our professional life colourful.

Awesome place to stay when u r at Agra. A bit far from city so difficult to get online cabs. But the stay and food are awesome so neat and clean. Also evening live music at swimming pool area is unforgettable if u r with a special one.

The Ramada Plaza is among the newest 5 Star Hotels in Agra. It is situated a little away from the main city which gives it a very peaceful ambiance. The staff and other facilities in the Hotel are amazing.

I simply loved this place… We were in a pool view room. The water were so clear and they have the poolside resting chairs which were blue painted and a couch with blue cushions and there was a cane swing which also had blue cushions in it. It was like a blue heaven there. Rooms were super comfortable. They had complimentary breakfast which serves all kinds of people like national and international. They welcome you with a drink even before you get your room. I personally liked it so much. The service was also great… All of them were friendly and polite.

Really hated the service doesn't know how to handle the guest. Kumar ujjwal doesn't know how to talk to the guest no hospitality in him. Is from some village was talking like illiterate plz improve it staff really need to.
