Amargarh resort located on Ahmadabad highway almost 10 km distant from main Udaipur city is very nice place to stay and spend your night. They have swimming pool, long lawns, prompt service, nice hotel views. Recommended for people who want to stay away from city crowd.

Wow, what a beautiful resort! Very scenic gives feeling that you are at a fort of some Rajput Rana! Nice large rooms with All facilities provided by the resort for a comfortable stay. The garden, lawns, flowers provides serene views. The quality of food at " Manwar" restaurant is really good and the quantity is sufficient. In all excellent amenities. Services offered by staff is excellent. I would sump as Amazing resort and would definitely like to visit again.

Poor service but excellent property location.

If you want luxury pleasure then you can go for this resort. It’s just awesome.

Had a lunch on the way home. Resort property was well maintained and enjoyable as we have to wait for 1 hour till the lunch hour starts. We have roam around the hotel and enjoyed the view of the surrounding location. After 1 hour we had a lunch, service was little bit slow but the taste of the food compensate all other things. All in all we had a good time there. Will definitely go again in future.

Plant okay, there are better hotels, no nice staff.

The Maintenance and service of the Resort is not up to the mark. We stayed there recently but on day one my AC was not working and had to be repaired. The restaurant was dark and gloomy.

Very nice hotel complex, I liked very much. Breakfast buffet and dinner is as in all hotels we visited on our round trip very good and plentiful.

This resort is located about 15 kms outside of Udaipur, directly on the highway. It's a scenic beauty covering a huge area. Being a hilly region, some of it's amenities get natural alleviation. I wish they had more trees and greenery. Rooms were clean, spacious and cozy. Everything usual was available in the room. On call service is okay, but it's difficult to directly locate a staff member. Food was delicious all times. Good arrangement for badminton lawn, table tennis, carrom, chess etc. The pool table was a bit uneven. The swimming pool is very small given the place houses more than 50 rooms at once. But the pool area was good, comfortable.

Super great facility. Spacious rooms. Pool facility very nice and clean. Top breakfast and dinner in buffet form. The only thing I complained about was the air conditioning. This was not to be converted to low and too loud. But otherwise pointed.

Both the lobby, the restaurant and the rooms are very stylishly decorated.
The dinner left no wish unfulfilled, at least if one respects the typical characteristics of the country.
A glass of wine or a beer for dinner were cheaper than in 4 previously visited hotels.
We are very satisfied and can highly recommend this hotel to any traveller, no matter tourist or businessman.

Nice resort situated 7 kms before Udaipur. The amenities and ambience are very good. Food is nice and service is prompt. The reason I am not going for a 5 star is that the resort is outside Udaipur. So one would miss the city and it's lakes and the romance.

Beautiful and well maintained property. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Resturant is having huge variety of food items. Resturant service is really fast. I am little disappoint with house keeping service they never pick up the phone so in that case you need to call at reception. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Pool is very neat and clean. They also have indoor games. Every alternate day they arrange the cultural program. They also have spa center. ====== Rooms: ====== Spacious Very clean Good with facilities Well maintained. ======== Resturant: ======== Ambience — 7/10 Service — 9/10 Food Quality : 9/10 Price : Little high with some of food items. Overall it was wonderful expereince. We will visit again.

I have chosen the Country Holidays Inn & Suites membership by consulting to Mr. Akshit Kakkar and all my past bookings of hotels and resorts are done under the guidance of him. And I am pretty much happy about all my previous bookings. He has done a good job in selecting destination also. And about my previous booking in Udaipur in "The Amargarh Resort" It is very beautiful resort Well maintained amenities. Palace like design theme, lot of greenery inside the wide spread campus. Enough Car parking spaces. Room: Nice view. The room was big with dressing room and bay window seating. Cultural shows: There is puppet show and Rajasthani traditional dance show on alternate evenings with bonfire. Overall very satisfied, each and every staff member is polite, assertive and helping. Would love to visit again sometime in future. I am enjoying my membership & its benefits and i'll love to visit the other destination associated with it.

Nice property outside Udaipur. Built like Fort. Staff is polite they arrange puppet Show and folk dance at evening. Breakfast is ok. Have ok swimming pool.

It's nice resort having luxry rooms multicusin restaurant ample parking swimming pool large bar banquet & all amenities.

Well maintain resort. Staff is too much co-operative and pro-active. Food taste is awesome. Also provide too much varieties for jain food.

This is a nice place for morning time. As soon as sun sets, there is complete darkness and resort people do not even provide minimal light required for enjoying your time around. Staff is really nice but you need to find them Restaurant is nice as well You will be lucky if you happen to see some wedding function organized… then only you can see real beauty of this place in evening time.

OK and well kept but a little noisy by the road nearby and a bit far from the center.

Resort itself is beautiful however the house keeping service itself is lacking in it's timeliness and cleanliness. They don't provide enough of the toiletries and other bare necessities.

Place is very great… Although it's in outskirts of udaipur but for long drive u can go on the highway it's awesome…

Good property. Take room on 2nd floor in front of swimming pool.

Services are very slow. Maintenance of equipment are poor. When we entered the room tea cattle was not working, it took more then half hr to replace. TV was not working. Remote are broken. Far from City so you have to pay extra amount for taxi. Not Worth of stay.

Venue is just wonderful! Services prompt. Staff supportive. Only food deserves attention. Even rajsthan delecacies were falling short in perfection. South indian dishes in breakfast were tasting average.

I have been to this place twice and trust me I have never felt disappointed. It is truly a luxurious hotel with great amenities and a fabulous located pool. The staff is nice though the food is not extravaganza. I would surely recommend this hotel @ there usual price.

Awesome luxury resort cum palace Entire view from this resort was mindblowing and they welcome us by an welcome drink and garland. It feels like royal guest.

Amargarh Udaipur is an awesome place nice to visit nice garden nice location cleaness is well maintained. Swimming pool is also clean. Nice place to play cricket clean rooms. Therefore come here and enjoy the luxury.

Awesome place and fantastic hospitality. The accommodation was nice; food was grate and lots of verity in breakfast and dinner are available. Fantastic pool The service was “AWESOME”. Actually I booked the package for 3 night but we liked the place so much that we extended our stay for one more night and that also without changing our pool side room thanks to Mr. Anwar Iqbal (General Manager of the Resort). In the restaurant of the resort we were treated like a special guest (I observed that all guest were given the same treatment) and the staff was ready to serve if you need any special food item. In addition to Sr. Stewards, Restaurant manager and Chef themselves are always around you if you need any thing. Only one thing which needs to be improved is bathroom accessories (particularly in my room no 205 shower not functioning properly). Further this resort is 6 km away from Udaipur so it is suitable for those who come with their own vehicle. My final verdict is 100% value for money….

Very good food staff is very good pure rajasthan theme resort bahut badiya resort I will go udaipur I will stay only the amargarh resort.

The resort is amazing. Every man working there will work an extra mile for your atmost comfort and joy for the state. The roof top swimming pool with a candle-lit dinner was the cherry on top!
