Nice "royal" theme based hotel. Room service good. Rooms are clean & spacious. Better to take room on upper floors other than ground floor. Overall good experience.

Fantastic stay in this hotel and it’s very neat and clean. Staff members are very friendly and informative about what to see in Udaipur. Well located in city centre and easily approachable from all city site visit places.

Well, for them serving themselves is more important than serving the guests. If you go & order food, they will fool you around to eat the remaining food by saying all guests eat Buffet here & etc etc… and you can't order anything or you can't get in your room. Bunch of lazy people sitting in the restaurant. Though the people sitting at reception seem to be nice.

Hotel rooms are good but room service is very poor. You have to wait for hours to get water. Food preparation is just ok.

As name suggests it is a blend of hotel and palace. Entire corridor and walls are filled with historical monuments, paintings, arms and armour. Clean rooms and well trained staff to cater all our needs instantly.

Ambience is excellent. Rooms are good but not spacious. The buffet does not have many options, food is ok but, not worth it.

Dimly lit rooms. Food is nice at their in house restaurant. Staff is warm and corteous. The interiors are very beautifuly painted and decorated in traditional Udaipur style. Would recommend to you if you are traveling in summer as the temperature is not regulated during Winters and gets deathly cold.

One of the best hotel in the centre of the city. The rooms and the ambience of the hotel gives you the feeling that you are in a heritage hotel with beautiful traditional paint work and amazing handicrafts at each and every corner. The food is really great. I'm a pure vegetarian Jain guy and as per the food review it's just amazing. Especially the baked vegetable. That was my favourite. So just go ahead and try it by yourself. Lastly I'll end the review complimenting about the service. Great room service and hospitality which was top notch.

Staying and basking in luxury can not get better than this (and too at that price). It's a magnificent place and a palace built to every detail. If you've not stayed here. You've missed a lot. I can not forget the hospitality of Mr. Tushar (The son of the owner of Hotel Dream Palace) and his warm welcome. Thank you!

Wow! One of the best experience so far! Great architecture, luxurious rooms, breathtaking interiors, beautiful location. It gives royal feeling. Humble and warm welcoming staff. The room was comfortable, the service was incredible and the whole experience was great.

The hotel is at a prime location, with all the facilities available nearby. Traveling becomes easy. The staff is friendly and professional. The prices of the food at the restaurant and even the rooms were quite reasonable. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. I loved my stay.

Worst experience ever. Checked out immediately. I believed the reviews I read. The hotel is nothing like what was described or photographed in the reviews. Linen was unclean, external padlocks on all rooms. Definately not a place for vacationing or for the business traveler.
