I have been using Rohet Garh for nearly two decades. A more charming place is difficult to find. I know the owner personally. He and his wife have done a marvelous job with this property. For eight years now I'm running a private travel company, Maavalan Travels, for elite travellers. Each time a traveller wants to venture in this area, we strongly recommend this property. Great rooms, tastefully done decor, beautiful bar, colourful prints, soft spoken courteous staff, wonderful cuisine and a terrific garden. It is a great experience staying here. I recommend two nights at least. And if you like horses, they have a fantastic stable of Marwari horses. This is what subtle luxury is all about.

A beautiful hotel with a huge room where a small lounge overlooked the lake. Only downside the bathroom a bit dated but you had to keep the style. A delicious barbecue and a hearty breakfast. A real palace…

Agent suggested we stay here and only regret we have is we should have stayed a bit longer. Really awesome with great views from our room onto the small lake. Really well kept 'hotel'. Perfect for a bit of relaxation during our tour of Rajasthan.

The hospitable Fort Rawt Garh is located in the centre of the village and everything is prepared with a lot of love. For the first time, I used the opportunity to query my e-mail messages. This worked out exquisitely. The Heritage Hotel was opened in January 1990.

Visited the property as a guest at a wedding. The grounds and staff were excellent. The food and ambience were great.

My husband got a REALLY bad food poisoning. He had high fever and was throwing up in 24 hours after our stay. Now after two day's, he is still feeling bad. This CAN not happen in a 5 star hotel!

Wow. Wonderful place, wonderful food, wonderful rooms and excellent staff. These guys have their own stable and they can also arrange horse trips for you (1-7 days).

This place is awesome … Great in quality. Historic and modern both quality at one place. Polite behavior people. Tasty food. Green area. Peaceful for living. Expensive but deserve it.

Peacefull property with a of touch family feeling. Royal family stay in the property. Garden area is well maintained. We find many sitting areas as like home. Meal with a view of beautiful pool and peacocks, its a unquie experience which we have over there. In breakfast we find plenty of varities to eat. Glad to meet Mr. Vimal and Mr. Avijit Singh (owner). They even arrange a surprice cake for people who went there for celebrating birthday or anniversary. Staff was very helpful.

Good Ambience, food tastes good, warm people, green space, rooms are simply beautiful to stay, liked the idea of not having TV facility in the rooms. Cozy rooms, well mix of modernity and old architecture. It's like a small beautiful palace and a perfect gateway to live into some peace and quietness away from the city noise. Evening cultural program is another ad on. Then they have another place Mihir Garh to offer you, right in the middle of nowhere, a day or 2 should be spent there, such beauty and luxury, personalized attention by service people. Perfect place to spend a quality holiday. Both properties are incomparable. However I wish if that entrance village road which takes you to this little palace can somehow be cleaned and if that cleanliness awareness can be exchanged with the local community, it may add some more stars to this holiday destination.

This is one of the most beautiful resort I have seen in India: nice and gentle people, good food, well organized and clean, with a spectacular swimming pool. It worths the price.

Once past the majestic gate, leaving behind the noisy streets, we are suddenly transported into a different world and environment and it turns out dozens of hidden gems. All Ècurato in the smallest details large gardens; Terrace overlooking the lake, ideal for birdwatching and a swimming pool. Their suite of writers is simply phenomenal,
The staff and service are wonderful and the service. Do not miss a visit to the nearby village, with a Jeep tour to see antelopes, the opium ceremony or the local ceramist.

Amazingly beautiful resort, barely an hour away from Jodhpur. Ideal getaway for a 1-2 day break. The best part is that the resort is pet friendly, so you don't have to leave your furry friends behind while you're on a break.

Amazing heritage place. You will get class apart experience here. Ambiance, hospitality, food at its best. Local Kachori is a thing not to be missed.
