"I placed an order for six area rugs, their prices were among the best. Five of them showed up in one shipment. I assumed one of the smaller rugs was out of stock or maybe was a split shipment. After about three weeks, I contacted them to ask where the missing rug was. They claimed it was shipped, I explained it had not been received. I have had over a dozen email with them and they keep telling me someone will call me in 24 hours. Hasn't happened. I wouldn't use them again, suggest you don't either. "

Overall experience was good. The location of the hotel is a little drawback. It is located about 8-9km from main city. The food was good but somewhat overpriced. It offers you a nice swimming pool and a spacious garden. A nice place you may think of if you are planning to throw a party.

Good infrastructure, well maintained and clean. The food is good and economical although you will not get lots of option to choose from (The menu has limited choice). One of the major setback is the location. Being located near the highway, it falls in the outskirts of the city, due to which it is difficult to find cabs at night from the place. The staff is decent (can't be called good). Service is a bit slow (could have been better). You can arrange for a buffet too for a small party with prior notice to the restaurant incharge, informing him about the number of expected guests and the menu for the food to be served. Apart from its location, it could prove a good options for food loving veggies who like to try new restaurants.

Awsome and wow… what a hotel… what a staff… what a food… amazing place to stay. Food is superb. Chef is great he always comes out of kitchen and ask how is tge food. I will say it is more than 5 star property. Staff from. Reception to restaurant staff. Housekeeping staff… every one is so much helpful… clean, hygenic place… amazing property. Mr Anveshan is superb and helpful always… to say something about this hotel… words are becoming less… I will recommend everyone who comes to jodhpur should come and stay here… only one drawback… little far away from city. But avalability of cabs helps us in connecting city from hotel…

Well maintained and perfectly lit rooms. Little out of the main city, easily accessible through private or public transport. Good food, courteous staff!
