Perfect place to spend some quality time with family.

Rooms were good. Food was of poor quality Services at reception were of poorest quality.

Post 7 months into COVID19 scenario, for the first time we visited a hotel property for a family get together. We felt safe in the hotel. The necessary precaution were in place. All the arrangements were made with proper consideration. I recommend the property for weekend trips, family get-togethers, destination weddings etc. There is a big garden space, ideal for winter picnics and parties. The hotel takes special care to organise your special day!

Very bad staff don’t know how to treat guest, no service, pathetic food. I suggest everyone sheer wastage of money. I request you all not to visit property.

I am deeply impressed by the warmth and hospitality of the staff. Staff here is very much concerned with even with the smallest need of the guest. The is pleasing and supportive. Very decent and polite. Mr. Ravi working in F & B service is very supportive, decent and polite. I appriciate his services.

This is an amazing property in Jaipur. The check-in was smooth and the staff were quick to show us our room. Special mention — food was tasty. After a long time I had such meal. I recommend a stay at this hotel.

Pathetic experience at Ramada. Staff is non cooperative, rude and disrespectful. On first day when we checked in the bed were two single bed instead of one for a couple. Even after complaining no one turned up and no senior authority was present during night which means in case of emergency you are not safe. Staff and manager speaks in threatening way. I ordered a cake for my spouse birthday to be delivered before 12am but they did not deliver, when I called around 12 they said we will check and will send. It was delivered after half an hour. If you want to spoil your special occasion then only come to this hotel. Its license should be cancelled as it offers services worst than 2 star. Food quality is bad and only 2-3 variety not as per 4 star hotel standards. Lobby smells all time of smoking smell real bad and they are not bothered to use even fresher. Even suite room is like a deluxe room. Horrible experience and no amenities without multiple reminders. The room is not even checked without checking guest in. Not at all value for money rather stressful stay. Do not waste your money here. This property should be closed as it is not safe for family. Staff is always in threatening if you complain about anything and do not cooperate at all.

Third class Hotel with Pathetic Service… No one came to take the luggage… No one came for Valet parking… Food is not available … Spoke to the Reception Mr Sourabh giving excuse the hotel do not serve in midnight No food No service as per him… Spoke to the Manager Mr Negi he is Saying not available in the hotel … so hotel it's self is taken care by no one with no manager in hotel… There are Hell lot of things which is Too bad, Rooms are smelling like hell… Air conditioner is not working… 3rd Class hotel 3 class service and Guests are paying huge money for that, we took 2 rooms for just one day and these are the services… Guys a big No for this Property…

Worst staff I ever seen in my life. The manager rajat was so wired in attending the customers such stupid he was. Pathetic staff do go dere anybody this is a suggestion from me only … Wi-Fi never working no a. C working and still the staff was having so much of attitude as they are so great.

The poolsite is nice, indoor games are good option for those who want to do some activity, staff is courteous…

The disappointing part was their service. Really pathetic. Waited 1.5 hrs, called multiple times just to get water for the room.
Secondly, the maintenance is the issue. Bathroom fittings were loose and doesn't work properly. In short, this property does not live up to its name.

For me it's the worst experience of all time. I drove from Delhi looking forward for an amazing weekend however it's been ruined the moment we stepped in RAMADA. We booked a suite for 2 nights and have also mentioned in the booking requirement about the early check-in however there no follow up from hotel and also when we asked for a non smoking room they explained that there is one of the guest who has extended their stay due to which the room is not available and they have offered to cancel the booking. The manager in the hotel doesn't even care about the inconvenience caused to us as they have just ruined our weekend that we have been waiting for since last 2 weeks. Nothing was handled well as if the existing guest wants to extend their stay and the booking for other guest is already in the system then they should have inform the guests well in advance in order to make necessary changes. This didn't happen and they have forced us to cancel the booking or downgrade the room type. We agreed for downgrading the room however they refused to refund the balance amount and have asked us to include lunch option which we denied as we didn't require the same as that time was booked for sightseeing. The manager just didn't listen you us and refused to arrange anything apart from cancellation the booking. I won't be recommending this hotel to any of my family and friends as it's the service that makes the stay memorable and not the brand.

Pathetic place to stay and worsen management. From hygiene to room service everything is zero. No electricity backup, they are confused with the room service orders and manager has very negative approach towards customer. Be wise with your money and time. If you are looking for value for money and spending quality time wity your loved ones, this is definitely not the place to be at.

Good hotel, mostly people come for a weekend gateway from gurgaon and Delhi, the pool was good, there was music in evening. The spa area was also good, jacuzzi and steam sauna were worth visit. You should definitely get jacuzzi here. The price is Rs 1500 per couple. The breakfast was fine. There was a park in front of hotel. The play area had pool/snooker and table tennis as well as chess, ludo, crossword and carom.

I booked this hotel because I visited Ramada hotel at Jaipur and expected the same level of service but at this place services didn't match my expectations. At the entrance from the highway they don't have the clear way to the hotel, moving towards the hotel gate keeper was not there to open the gate as the same guy was there as security person and gate keeper he was running all places but unable to manage the things in right way, after checking in I found that lift was very slow and it was too small and congested. Okay then the lobby was clean and rooms were also and I need to add that the bads were comfortable but the bathroom was not. The room service guys were very lethargic and were not on time as they were not able to provide what I needed. All the things were not there in the bathroom kit as they were provided after calling them and one thing that I forget to tell is that they charge extra for the package drinking water, they only provide you two bottles of water complementary. I had my breakfast at the hotel only, food was great but the service was little late which can be ignored. And yes the swimming pool was looking great and I don't went inside the pool as I had no time for that.

Food costly and small portion size. Room are good, spacious n clean. Bathroom are clean n have bath tub. Service was fine. Swimming pool remains crowded on weekends. Very limited options in buffet breakfast. Nothing else to do other than pool. Golf activity mentioned on site isn't available though.

The hotel is on the highway and easy to locate. •The rooms are huge having the bathtub in every room. •a nice view from the huge swimming pool. •All facilities along with games room, jacuzzi, fine dine-in, gymnasium. •Dinner wasn't as good as exepcted neither the breakfast.

Tasty food. We were there for a quick lunch… I was little apprehensive about the buffet availability at lunch time. It was available and was very good with enough options to satisfy yourself. Gulabjamun was excellent.

The stay was good and I think it is the best hotel amongst the others in the area. The services are quick and prompt. The food is average. It is couple friendly and they do have a good view from the swimming pool.

I really wonder, why? If only one restuarent is operational, why not tell people in advance. If you don't have spa, why not declare it before they make booking. If you are short of staff and not operating fully, let people know, please in advance. If you are having adequate space to accommodate drivers, why try to kick them out. If you facilities and not let guests use them. I wonder why? Not expected from Whyndam properties.

Nice place for weekend party…! Specially for Saturday Pool party with DJ. Food is good…! It's on NH — 8 only so easy to access. Staff is helpful. Only problem was to get the Birthday cake on time. We ask to sent it to room by 2350 hrs but after 4-5 reminder they sent it by 0030 hrs… Which make us a bit disappointed with restro services.

Except the ants in the room and some impolite staff at their restaurant ambrosia everything else is nice. Comfortable stay and cosy room. Parking is not a hassle as they have valet. Most sections are under renovation. Pool is well managed and si is the games room. Love it and hate it.

Awesome place and cool staff. Superb and variety food available. There is a large swimming pool with awesome music and rain dance available at Saturdays. They have a bar of their own. It is very conveniently located close to NCR and half way to Rajasthan. There is a shop inside for mementos as well. The staff is very supportive. I had left my stuff and they couriered it back at very nominal charges. The food is awesome and the buffet has large variety of options. It can be crowdy over weekends as this is a very quick weekend getaway. It also has virtual golf course, spa and playhouse for kids.

Good and courteous staff. Right on the Delhi — Jaipur Highway. Food was also good except that most of the items are on the spicy side. The pool is nice and on the 2nd floor. Have a nice lawn for playing cricket or just for evening walk. The only concern is that the springs of their beds make a lot of noise and you can feel the springs on your body.

It is a very nice hotel. It's services are very valuable. In this hotel I got nice response.

Pathetic service… staff is slow and non cooperative… a simple ice cream took 45 minuets to get delivered that too without cutlery. When asked for cutlery it took another 15 minutes and by that time the icecream got melted… they again took 20 min to get the ice cream exchanged. Even after all this drama none of them were apologetic and were behaving as if they are doing some kind of favor… highly unprofessional behaviour… I would never come back to this hotel and wont even suggest anyone … ramada neemrana certainly does not deserve the stars it has.

Very unprofessional room service. Very bad breakfast buffet. No hospitality. The room service guy won't pick up the used dishes if one asks them to, they won't even reply to it making you feel completely ignored. I felt like a ghost for a while. And it was not just one guy, almost all of them were the same way. Witnessed a lot of people getting upset on the staff for the services. The only positive is that they have good comfortable rooms. I did not have much expectations and they were still able to disappoint me quite a bit.

Hotel is nice but no alcohol as was on highway else food was good room and service was good. Also pool could be more clean and average property with lot more to desire.

We stayed for one day n we njoyed alot ambience was gud cleanlyness was on spot. N food was gud too. Staff was very polite n helpful. Overall enjoyable experience would like to stay der again if w get another chance.

It has no maintained standards of a 5 star chain! Rude staff! Took us more than 1 hr for check in when the booking was already done in advance! Buffet was below the standards and cleaning was nt great either.

Short summary, bad food, average service and good rooms, it was a bad decisions to book this hotel.
At first the stay was nice as the rooms were good, but then came their pizza, which I regeret ordering. Imagine a pizza with bad smelling cheese, oil all over the plate, and hard to bite base.
May be this was not enough a torture, we then had breakfast the next morning, which had all the variety you need but nothing worth eating with interest. Everything tasted bad, except the fruits and juices.
A bad Ramada hotel, I have had a delightful experience with Ramada Gurgaon earlier. Please stay away from this one, and opt for Neemrana Fort Resort if you visit this city.

This place is very difficult to reach. If you're visiting Neemrana, this place is on the other side of the toll so be sure that you'll have to pay a toll everytime you cross it. You can get a multiple entry toll pass but it is valid only for 24 hours. Also, if you are coming from Neemrana to Ramada, be very careful as the Google maps don't show accurate directions and if you miss a cut in the road, the next U turn is 20km of drive. They really need to work on that. The food is however amazing at Ramada and the staff is very well mannered. Do try the vegetable money bags here as I personally found them amazing.

Clean Rooms, nice staff, good food and ambience, Excellent location, experience will be more wonderful if there is more developed Kids area, some swings and games etc.

Another hotel from the famous hotel chain on the brink of Midway of Jaipur Delhi highway. Best place to spend precious weekend.

Good hotel's for short stay. Lot of sports options like tt, pool, snooker, board games, badminton. Breakfast was good, dinner was not upto mark.

Would not recommend to anyone. Rooms were not clean at all. Bathrooms were very tiny. Also, the menu for the room service did not exist means we called to order and most of the dishes they said “not available”. The children’s play area was pathetic as it had cockroaches. Definitely not going back ever.

Save your money and time. This hotel does not live up to the name of Ramada. There is no view just few truck standing outside the gate of the hotel. The food quality is not what a multiple star hotel provides. The bathroom is so tiny and not clean same goes for the bedrooms which are not tidy enough. The nearest place anyone could go to visit from here is minimum 45 minutes away.

The rooms were clean and spacious, over all hotel stay was good and we enjoyed it. Few improvement areas were the quality and taste of the food in the breakfast. The kids play area could have been maintained better as people staying in Ramada Neemrana would only rely on the hotel as we don't have anything else nearby to visit and do a time pass.

We booked three rooms for d family for two nights. The attitude of staff was very much unprofessional n far from d standards of hospitality industry. Even d senior person there was in tune with d lower staff. We r senior citizens n were mentally harassed n it was a nightmare to stay there. The food was hopeless n not worth money they r charging. I sincerely advice to avoid this place other wise u will have to face bad behaviour n will feel insulted as we did.

Not worth money. The buffet dinner was pathetic and the hotel was full of kids running around throwing empty water bottles into pool, etc. Which reminded me of a schools annual day celebration. Food at the restaurant was good but the prices tags doesn't go along with the quantity of the food served. The rooms and bathroom are neat and clean. Overall not worth the tarrif for the given ambience.

I just literally hated the whole experience.
We four friends went to celebrate a birthday weekend and the hotel could not arrange even a cake on our request.
The request for dental kit, cutlery etc were not attended at all. We had to go to the reception ourselves to get the kit. Even the request to clean the room was attended after 2-3 hours and on questioning that why it had been delayed so much the response was "You did not remind us".
Also at the time of check out, we had to wait for 45 minutes and no staff came to our room to lift our luggage.
The sheets were not cleaned, the towels were stained. The list of the flaws is just endless.
Overall pathetic experience. I would never recommend it to anyone

There was a fight between 3 cooks and a waiter at the time of breakfast on 2.7.17. Resulting waiter bleeding from mouth. This is not seen in my life in any hotel. Such a big brand RAMADA can have such behaviour by staff was not expected. The incident totally upset us and our stay.
The breakfast, dinner and lunch buffet menu not a perfect combination of dishes.
Not recommend to stay for leisure with family.

Staff is cooperative and helpful, one can get all the amenities but the quality of the food is not really appreciable especially lunch and dinner. They need to work really hard for food lover. This hotel got 3 star just because of its cheerful n ready to help staff.

Good rooms, decent food, billiards, pool, TT, swimming pool, parking… All fine. Value for money. Staff OK OK… but for amount spent… it's a good deal.

Nice luxury hotel. Good for 1/2 night stay… Easily approachable from Delhi. Ample parking space. They have gym, pool, games room. Etc to pass time here. They also have spa services. Japanese restaurant is also there and a bar Overall good place. This was my second trip here…

2 Star for room only, But service was very poor specially in Restaurant not much variety in lunch and breakfast was a total mess it was like we were in a wedding and having breakfast there service was very poor. We had to wait (long) for everything like water, toast, tea, etc everyone there was disappointed with service. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
