The environment here is awesome. It's fun and also enjoyable. The staff is great. Service has no flaw. They do their best to make us comfortable. In short, it is really a good deal here.

Good hotel with good view. Nice and big rooms. Hotel staff is also good and ready to help you. Landlady is also very polite and friendly. Food served is also good One thing which I need was missing TEA AND COFFEE maker.

Located at a place pretty near to many tourist attractions. Tiny but decent landscaped garden is there in front. Rooms are standard but not maintained sufficiently. Staff needs a frequent followup to provide many essential items. The place for breakfast is in the basement. Many nocturnal objects were moving there to trigger a scare!

Great experience, manager Mr. Sharma is really a genuine guy who's always ready 2 help. Rooms was really NYC but didn't had a manual latch on d main door & price was a bit on a higher side. Thank you so much for making our stay better.

It's an excellent place to stay… The rooms are cozy and comfortable… The owner of the place is very nice and humble and she is very good and welcoming host… The food they served was hot and delicious and they cooked what we wanted and the staff there was always ready to help and they will do everything to make your stay comfortable.

Very nice location and very nice service. All the places are at waking distance. All the people there are very kind. Very nice food tast is very good. We enjoyed a lot.

Maitained property, has nice interior. It is located near to nakki lake, 5 minute drive only. Sangita is the receptionist who is very helpful and also offers selection of rooms if available, and that too without extra charge. Parking space is less so need to park outside of the hotel, but generally you will find space of parking. Hotel staff will help you in parking the car. Food is good and taste and also in reasonable price. Hotel offers free breakfast. Price is ok for the location. Rooms are clean and you will love the property from inside. My experience was great staying there.

It is nice place the rooms are good but the rest of Hotel is okay types taste of the breakfast was good but with Limited options staff here is good even they try to accommodate as much as they can I felt this is the best options available in Mount Abu.

Bad experience … I went there from make my trip… I was charged 4000 per room for room that should not cost more than 2000. No cold water in winters in taps. And after that I had to pay 2800 rupees gst for which the owner denied of giving gst reciept also. T. Location is good, food is fine.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. great value for money.

Rooms are good. Running hot water only available from 7-11am. Rest of the times u have to call at reception for hot water for bathing purpose.

Best hotel in mount abu. I been their like 3 times in a year I stay only in mount regency. Nice view clean rooms nicely maintained garden very friendly staff and owner itself. The best and perfect stay of mine for about 4 days. Highly recommended. Food I give them 9.8/10 service 9.9/10 cleanness 10/10 staff 10/10. Value for money hotel best stay so far.

Average hotel, the only reason for choosing this hotel is a swimming pool, which did not work throughout our stay. Rooms are not bad but they serve only veg. Food. Breakfast is very average. They don't have elivator so if your room is on 3rd floor, you have to climb and floor is slippery as well. Staffs good, no doubt on that. Found lizard in a room and my friend room's toilet was broken.

Very poor coordination between Admin n Staff. No proper room service, except that the Restaurant service was fast although food was below average. Rooms r big but not very well maintained. Its a pure veg Hotel with no Alcohol (Just for Heads up). Stay at ur own Risk. The cute Siberian Husky Dog "Joy" was the best thing there. Cheers. Find some other place guys.

Location is good. A very tiny hotel with around 25 rooms — G + 2. I had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. Was informed on arrival that 1 room is ready and the 2nd one is being readied. It was confirmed by Goibibo that the rooms will be ready for check-in by 11am. We reached around 12. On checking in, found that the bedding of the 1st room which was ready had not been changed. On complaining they simply said it will be changed but didn't give any explanation on the house keeping team not changing the bedding in the 1st place. Very limited option for breakfast. Water pressure very low between 9-11am. Room Service was kind of okay. Staff behaviour overall was acceptable / polite. Food quality / quantity is reasonable / comparable with respect to the rate card. At approx. 4, 500 per night that too in the 3rd week of Nov (off season), this seems a bit over priced.
