Karma Heritage Guest House Guesthouse

First, the owner Guddu didn't pick my call when I called to confirm my booking. We landed at the door step and found the door of the guest house locked. A neighbour who saw us coming called him and informed him that we were outside. He gave the excuse that he doesn't get signal inside the house. Our room looked good from the outside, but we found the air conditioning had no effect as there were lot of gaps on the windows. We requested for a bucket, he said he will bring it and didn't turn up until we called him three times and it took him more than an hour to bring tea and the bucket. He brought an old dirty paint box and said that this is a bucket, and that they didn't have a normal bucket. Then there is no water in the shower. He said he had to turn on the motor. We decided to check out immediately. This man had an indifferent attitude when we told him we were not comfortable and will check out. He asked us to leave if we wanted to. Further, he overcharged us for the room for one night as well as water and tea. Basically they have a rotten attitude and I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

I had a wonderful stay at Karma Heritage. Its kind off home away from home. The hosts Sunny and Guru were kind in every way. Here is a low down: 1. Room — very clean, have all amenities, comfortable. 2. Service — quick 3. Location — not too much away and not too close the city center. 4. Restaurant — rooftop with a view to die for. 5. Hospitality — A one All in all… very good, most recommended.
