Fantastic experience very neat hotel good food 🥘 very warm staff loved the warmth and service and food and service and hospitality we thank you for giving us such a wonderful experience at your hotel wishing every staff a very very successful years ahead.

This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. They show something else and provide something else. Poorest services rather no service was given. They charged us 7000 ra for the night. No pool, no Wi-Fi, no housekeejng.

Great hotel in a great city! Staff are very attentive, & can’t do enough for you. Excellent place to stay in Jaipur. (Happy hour in the bar lasts all day)!

It's a lovely hotel with relevant amenities. One must take this when in Jaipur.

Even though hotel is nice and all but I didn't get the discrimination against Bikers!
Let me remind people that bikers are most passionate and humble people and no one can show them way out just because he travels on bike.
Everyone can own a baleno or whatever but not everyone can own a KTM390
.
staff is requested to diminish your rude behaviour towards bikers.

Beautiful hotel absolutely great service excellent food could not have ask for more from well mannered staff.

Chefs are not good. Food is tasteless. Housekeeping facility is also very slow n they forget things after ordering in room service. I had a negative experience.

The service staff is very prompt. The rooms are in good condition unlike a few other star hotels.

Well connected to world. Best for families. Central Bus Stand and metro Station are visible from window. Two beds are available.

Hotel is good. Employees need to know how to behave with customers. They don't want to interact at all. If it was a new person to Jaipur he will feel uncomfortable at hotel.

A newly opened luxurious hotel which offers decent facilities (erstwhile Hotel Jaipur Palace). Efficient service, heart warming aura, courteous staff, stumptous food with wide variety of menu. Light sound of trains passing from nearby tracks soothes ears. Also, it's proximity to airport is added advantage. Rooms are spacious and clean but the Gym and swimming pool is very compact. Overall enjoying my stay. Certainly recommend this hotel.

Hotel Arco palace situated just opposite to sindhi camp bus stand, I am visited this hotel a year ago for college work and I pretty impressed for facilities.

A very good hotel located near the bus stand and railway station. The room rates are very economical and are in budget. The plum on the cake is the hotel staff are very well behaved and cooperative. They upgraded the rooms when they came to know that the travellers are senior citizens. I was very satisfied with hospitality I received. They also have a free and good parking for the hotel guests.

One of the best hospitality that I have come across in such a long time. Seems like the whole staff from housekeeping to room service and front desk all included were so considerate and never failed to ask whether our stay is comfortable or not… I am not remembering the name but mahendra from room service and santosh from house were exceptional in there discharge of duties. I am awed throughout my stay of a week here … Will always choose and recommend this property for Jaipur. Fantastic Job guys… I hope you carry on this attitude of service of yours. And heartfelt thanks also…

Very good property and very courteous staff… food spread is also very good. And with a swimming pool added … children in particular would also like this place. The location is central in Jaipur. Must visit.

Was overall a very pleasant and comfortable stay with them. The hotel staff is very welcoming and sweet. Sanjay from the front desk has been very helpful and sweet. Also the food is great. Looking forward to more stays :)

Cheap hotel with good basic amenities and nice staff. Food is also good but don't go for anything other than north indian dishes cause I unfortunately tried some sandwich and one idly from the buffet. Rooms are good but not well maintained and quiet old but the experience when staying there was good and is near to the metro station and the reception was pretty good and knew English. For the money we paid I would say that it's a good hotel.

Food is delicious, house keeping staff is quite Intuitive and helpful but the only concern was swimming pool (quite small and unhygienic).

Over all a nice place to stay. Full marks to house keeping, Room service is clumsy & need to be improved. At buffet breakfast counter a major issue was that veg & nonveg food were together displayed which was highly annoying for vegetarians & was pointed out & we were assured that the issue will be taken care off. P. S. On the second day morning the veg & nonveg dishes were displayed as per norms. Thanx management for improvement.
