The for was very nice. I was in a party so cannot comment on the service. But the ambience and food was excellent.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with customer.

Went there for a dinner with a friend. The service was excellent with a dedicated waiter and communication was good. Food as always was good. Would love to go again. If a light music can be played it will be awesome.

The rooms are good but overall the ambience is intrusive. The mattress in my room was more soft than my liking. The food is average but the prices are acceptable.

Have stayed in many hotel in jaipur. But I really liked souvenir premier. At a very accessible place. Good room and neat rooms. The food was is really good especially. Very prompt staff. If there was anything u asked for it was done very promotly. The front desk staff were we behaved and welcoming especially rahul (the front guy). Overall it was nice and a good stay. Will recommend. Very comforting, very well located and very well made. It was surprising that the value for money we got here. On the Jaipur Metro route near Mansarovar Metro Station. You can give it a try.

Interior of this place very attractive. They have got banquet party hall on each floor, which is really good. Their restaurant is on ground floor only which serves very delicious food. Valley parking, hotel rooms, dinner, lunch and banquet for parties all facilities are there. No doubt on food, you will love it. Visit without hesitation.

Hotel ambience is good, reception and housekeeping is polite. Restaurant staff is rude. This was my second stay. They don't bother to take order or even acknowledge you if you are sitting in their pyramid restaurant. Roof top view is not worth an insult. The other rooftop restaurant, the waiter gave the menu, took the order and brought wrong dish, and then argued that we don't remember our order. Didn't eat a bite, payed and left. They put egg in every damn thing. Sandwiches? Egg, burgers? Egg, fried rice? Egg. Can't believe such a huge hotel can't provide basic food. Other than that they had only one Indian red wine and it tasted like it was not even aged. Won't go back.

Best location, easy to approach. Rooms are spacious and neat n clean. Service was great and stqff was very co-operative. It was the best experience of my jaipur visit.

Nice hotel clean and comfortable staff is excellent and work hard for the guest satisfaction I recently had wedding function of my cousin and it was wonderful and every one enjoyed a lot food is very nice and team superb. Keep it up.!

Souvenir hotel is having vallet parking making entry hassle free. Banquet halls are spacious and good ambience. Room are good. Location is on main road.

Nice Roof top restaurant with a good disc and a terrace pool. The food is good but not awesome. Located in a well connected area with availability of major bus services and also near to Metro station. This place also serves alcohol but the variety of the brands is less. Not sure about bring your own bottle.

This place had good rooms, excellent services and ample amount of amenities but the food isn't good enough. The food is a tad bit expensive (for it's taste) and definitely not as good as the rooms and services. They allow outside food (you just have to pick it up from outside the hotel) so I don't think that the food issue is a very big demerit. It's a good place to stay.

We were impressed while check in but the room was very disappointing and the bathroom was stinking even though we had cleaned twice by the staff. The room service was also very slow and food served in the restaurant was stale.

I stayed in Room no. 614. Ambience was good. Cons of room was Bathroom is partitioned with Mirror wall. Door lock of bathroom was not working good. Got irritated with stucking of the lock of bathroom. Complained the hotel but wasn't resolved till we left. One lamp was not working properly. Had to call house keeping several times. Maintenance is not their top priority I guess. Breakfast was good. Paid around Rs. 3500/ — per day But I think it was worth of Rs. 2300-2500.

First look — the place looks amazing but, that's the only thing good about this place. Great views from the rooftop. The beds are bad. There's no hot water in the washrooms, you have to call room service 15 times to get one issue resolved. ACs don't work well… It's a never ending list.

The rooms are cozy and the banquet is beautiful Food is delicious. The hotel is luxurious and it is near the Metro station If you are visiting Jaipur than you can stay here.

Reasonably good hotel. Economical with multiple restaurants & bar. Located near Aatish Market, not very good locality.

If you are looking small budget hotel, it's a good option. Sometime night club and Saturday night organized by Hotel itself. You can plan group stay and not good for weekend fun.

If you want Better value of rooms you guys go with travel site like Make My Trip, goibibo, etc. This is best hotel in Jaipur for stay. I have great experience of there. I suggest you to visit there. Location is very good. Easy to reach. Good service. Pretty large and accomodating banquet hall. Food was good.

This is a Four star hotel. Staff is really helpful. Hotel's facilities are also genuine and wonderful. Must go for this hotel if you want to find a hotel between 1k-2k. Wifi is little slow.

Highly inefficient staff especially the managers. Also, I found one of the managers quite rude. It would not be right to take his name here. Because of this I decided to do my booking at some other place. The hotel management really needs to work on it. Teach your managers some manners. If you keep doing this you might lose business.
