Very good hotel with swimming pool and heritage hotel nearby heritage side… best place to plan your destination wedding in budget.

Best room rate and staff services good but dinner not positive rate.

Very good resort at reasonable prices, food was good, but problem is with washrooms, overall stay was very good.

Not very hygenic. Staff behavior is worst. It definetly looks nice from outside but ruine ur expectations when u enter inside. Switches dont work properly. Water supply is on via motor. Sometimes they forget to turn it on and u might get stuck in bathroom with soap on ur face n den whn u try to call the room service. Guess what? Phn doesnt workkkk! Ive gone through it… its worst… but the outside view is nice. Deep dark jungle whn u open the curtains…

Badly managed property. Leaking tabs, bathrooms always wet. No provision for heaters in rooms. Breakfast is pathetic. Fridge don't work. TV don't work. Used sleepers in rooms.

Very unhygienic food. Had a fly in our drinks. Food was tasteless. Never had such worst schezwan noodles and very oily as well. Ambience is ok but food is not good at all. Won't recommend at all.

Service was soo poor… Reached hotel and found that 1. Flush was not working so complained about this… a guy came and said that flush is okay, its take some to load water, and the some time was half an hour. Once you flushed, you need to wait for another half an hour to flush it again… 2. Ordred food they delivered different item than I ordered, they said me that the item taht I ordred was not available, so they changed it … Why hotel provided me menu if they deliver items of their choices … without notifing me… 3. I complained about AC 2times but no one came to check till check out. 4. Salt was low in food. So requested for salt. They came with salt after 15minutes… in that 15minutes completed with dinner. 5. When I complained about late coming the service guy gave a responce that its your choice use it not, and all services are good and leaved the room without listening me overall very bad experience…

Very good location with peacefull environment. It's best place for them who had suffered whole week with work work work. We love to chill out here. Food is amazing so where staffs and service too. We love to come again and again.

It was Ok Ok Experience. Staff is good but still need some overall improvement. Rooms were fine but having issue in Shower. Even Tap was very slow. We asked for AC Remote and after waiting for 30 minutes they gave us remote of some another AC, which was really pathetic. Road to reach Hotel is also very Bad. Good thing was people/staff. They are really nice, just some small improvements can make big changes.

We book this hotel online oyo and got the best deal, Small Boutique Hotel for Budget Travelers, But they are having proper management in the Hotel Neat n clean, no words for staff co-operation,

Sheer awful place… let me describe in detail. No proper way to enter the hotel although it has pool but there are several mud pools on a way to reach hotel (1 km from main road). Pathetic service, expect an hour delay. Very poor selection of colors inside the room, making the toilet look more dull but yes there are tobacco spit spot giving little different texture. Surprise lizard visit will make the place more vulnerable when you see their kids beneath your bed, gross Well here is the deal — if you can bargain, say you will put good review on website, you will get either a lunch or dinner free, provided its fresh.
