Amazing hosts, clean, specious, every room has a different story to tell, amazing rooftops and views! Most beautiful place.

The guy at the reception was a cool dude, the room awkward the was awsome got a good deal, close to town quiet street, for the price definitely cool, and old school hotel.

It's just PATHETIC place to live in… No cleanliness, No genuine billing, highly and over charged for garbage like rooms, They don't even try to change the bedsheets and clean toilet everyday, No room service is properly served… Please don't visit this place…

Cheap palace. A reasonably priced old house turned hotel. Staffs are very polite and friendly. Closes 11 at night though. If you are planning to roam late at night you gotta inform at the receiption early.

Lovely big rooms, a very warm welcome but don't drink the lemony water they give you when you arrive, however thirsty you are! Private space, good location, staff polite and helpful, internet connection is intermittent, plenty of hot water, bath but no plug, sitting area for each room outside, ours is with a pond and fountain. All in all, a very pleasant place and good value for money.

A charming little hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful too. The rooms are a bit old but very nice — it really does feel like a old tiny palace turned into a hotel. The picture is of the outside of my room, to get to the hotel itself you have to go down a small side street and walk through another building (they have signs posted). They also give you an extremely convenient paper/map that lists all the tourist highlights in Jaipur and how much it SHOULD cost to take a taxi/motor car to get there from the hotel. Although, even armed with this proof of cost, local drivers will often insist on charging double or triple and wait for you to cave — my advice is to walk away and try someone else.

A fun hotel. The truth is very old.

Great for backpackers. Good for buddies. Average for families. Hot water is super. Breakfast is ok. Basic facilities are there. Well, after all, tourist only need a place to sleep. We spend 8 hours indoors and 16 hours outdoors. Highly recommended as the staff are friendly and location is good.

It is nice. It was undergoing some renovation while I was there, so it's hard to give a fair assessment.

We stayed on this hotel and is really controversial. People are really kind and the welcome is great but we have some issues with our room. First we arrived at night and they gave us a room with a bed that was terrible, really uncomfortable, when we asked for another room they kindly accepted to change us. The new room was ok but the bathroom was awful, the shower didn’t work properly (just a little water) and the sheets were single in a queen size bed. The maintenance of the building is not good but has the architecture of a castle so is kind of cool. The location is a A+++

Hotel is good but located in very cheap location surrounding by slum areas. Far from city and market. Manager is bery rude and uncooperative.

Don't try to have any sort of meal from there. Rooms are good but no room service, zero connectivity with room service.

Near all the major tourist attractions in the city. Helpful staff. Good accomodation. The rooms give you a mild feeling of a period gone by. Value for money.

Warm welcome with flower shower and thilak. It feels like a bunch of adjoining houses converted into a hotel. Bathroom in the room needs plenty of maintenance…

I was there on 5th of OCT 2017 it was the first time for me in India and I choose this place for my first night in Jaipur. We arrived at 1 am and we could felt that this place is safe. The main door was lock we have to ring the bell to enter… the staff are very help full I mean all of them (They are 3 staffs) they tried to help the bust of they could. I very appreciate it! it was such a wonderful in Jaipur! Thank you so much.

DO NOT RECOMMEND — I was here for a week and if it weren't for the smiley check-in people I would give it a 0. My first night here — I didn't realize what time the kitchen closed — I went down to see if I could purchase water and the owner was extremely rude — he snapped at me "What are you looking for — what do you want" and I asked if the kitchen was open — he said "talk to reception". I then stated I just needed water. After that things got worse. My hot water did not work 5 of the 7 days I was there and needed to change rooms to the basement (which had no windows) or take a shower in a room one floor down. Also — the Wi-Fi didn't work 80% of the time (and when it did, it was too slow to use).

The hostel is well situated for most attractions around Jaipur. Close enough to the main road for transport, but fate enough to be quiet at night. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

Really liked the place the hotel building itself is a heritage. Loved the vintage rustic feeling of it. Will definitely recommend.

Unique rooms with Rajasthani atmosphere. Rooms are clean but not in perfect shape, as would be expected from a 300 yr old building. We were greeted with flowers and cheerful reception guy, and overall check in was easy and pleasant. The room itself is spacious (the room at the top! Other rooms we saw were a little smaller) with a big balcony that has beautiful views of the close area. Breakfast is basic but fresh and tasty. Given 4 out of 5 due to the maintenance of the facilities (cracks in the walls, needs a repaint of the walls) — but again no surprise … That's India :)

This place has had no maintenance at all in the last 60 years. Bathrooms are in need of a complete refurbishment. In my room bedlinen were dirty. Arrived here at 4 in the morning and left straight away at 9.

They have a roof top terrace, with breakfast on site (at additional cost) great place. Awsome design. Really nice check in "ceremony" — guys at the recepction are glad to help with anything you may want. 10-15 min walking to City Palace and Jawa Mahal. 10-12 km from train station of Jaipur. Breakfast possible on site (at additional cost)

Nice rooms. Big and cosy. School is nearby so ask if your room is close to school otherwise you will not be able to sleep in the morning. Stuff is very friendly. Price is reasonable. Breakfast is not that good. But, all place is like an old castle. Interesting.
