Good place to stay service was good.

Food was excellent and very nice palace and excellent service room service and restaurant nice view for roof top restaurants bar.

Rooms are neat and clean hotel is near station. But staff are less professional reached hotel at night 11 o'clock. We have booked two rooms. Staff took almost more than half hour to allocate rooms to us. They kept saying each other to go and see which room is empty while I had already informed that we will be reaching after 10 on phone.

We had a great time here, the rooms were very well maintained along with an outside view, comfortable mattresses and cushions. Pictures attached. What else someone needs! :D.

Nice place to live. The hotel has swimming pool and has a great view rooftop. It's quite peaceful in this place.

A nice hotel with really nice food. The staff here was amazingly sweet and helpful. Nice placement with a lot to do and see around the hotel! One big drawback was that the pool on the roof was green from algae so we could not use it.

Room was nice, good cleaning and location of the hotel is convenient from Jaipur railway station and bus stand as well. Food is tasty. Buffet is offered in breakfast which is actually good.

My experience at the hotel is worst. These are the issues faced by me- 1. Room service is slow 2. Linens u recive are also dirty. I received a pillow whis as lots of stain mark. 3. There are many cracks on the wall which is supposed to be not there in 4 star. Feels like cheap hotel. 4. Toiletries are not available. On request they deliver but only few items that too on demand and they took too much time to deliver. 5. You will receive a empty refrigerator and if demand for water n all they will deliver a simple water. 6. My room was checked when I was not there.

It was a great experience with souvenir. The rooms were large enough and were neat and clean. The staff was cheerful and helping. The breakfast menu had plenty of options to choose. Overall it was a gpod experience.

I really liked their service. Rooms are clean and tidy. Food is tasty and their utensils are clean. The hotel staff is very helpful and polite. The only problem I faced was with the parking. They have a very limited space for parking, I had to wait 15 minutes to get a space to park my car, other than that everything was good.

This place is good for vacation stays and business meetings. Peaceful and open space all around. The staff is helpful too.

I attended a wedding reception there so my review is gonna be from that point of view only. Nice and ergonomic place for family functions and meets. The food is also good but I'll suggest you to taste all the dishes before finalizing the menu (because the "dahi bhallas" I had there weren't so soft). Overall a decent and economic place.

Had an absolutely pleasant stay in this hotel during my short stay in Jaipur. Rooms are spacious, clean and with good interiors. Most importantly the bathroom was very clean and was quite modern in terms of interiors. Would definitely recommend it for anyone coming over for a business trip.

A business hotel in mid Jaipur. Need to improve services a lot compared to their competent. But overall ok hotel to stay for a day or more.

Location is a big minus. Its shows bani park, but it is far from there. Overall hotel is nice & cosy. Rooms are good. Food is good.

The Hotel is approximately 30 mins to 45 mins far from main local bazzar and Hawa Mahal. The hotel has 8 floors with rooftop area. The rooms are clean and spacious with a study table and television in the room. The washrooms don't have buckets so taking a shower or hand shower is the Only option. I didn't try asking for it so possibly they might provide if u ask for it. They provide with shower gel and lotion. Rest everything you have to ask them to provide. Food — The washroom area near the banquet is slippery so careful there. The food I didn't like that much … Well they look delicious but didn't taste delicious. Desert was always delicious.

Lovely hotel, exceptionally friendly staff, however one member of staff from the restaurant stood out, his name is Kuldeep, he is always extremely accommodating and helpful. He is always friendly and attended to any request in a courteous manner. He is extremely polite and tries his utmost best to ensure customer satisfaction.

The staff is very rude and unfriendly. Bathrooms and rooms are very untidy as if it has not been cleaned since ages. Food quality is poor. Not worth paying so much money. Better hotels at lesser rates are available around.

Fantastic hotel at a fantastic price. Totally mesmerizing experience considering how economical it is priced. Truly a 3 star hotel with great ambience and room quality. Also boasts of a swimming pool which is small but it is nice. Had an amazing time here.

Worst hotel, poor management! They are offering Condoms in hotel but the don't have RedBull and they don't even know where to put sign of non-veg on menu, they have non-veg sign on veg food they charged me almost 10k for a basic room and they don't provide dental kit even. Worst experience : — (

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I will always prefer this place for my future trips. Everything was so pleasant the behaviour, the cleanliness, hospitality everything was wonderful. The hotel serves good quality and delicious food. I really loved the stay at this place. Ample and safe car parking, it's very easy to reach this destination. Perfect location of this hotel with in the city. Big thanks to Hotel management team and whole staff for making our stay so comfortable.

Nice hotel and good service. Restaurant food quality and test is also very good but menu card option is very short.

The staff was not at all hospitable, You will definitely be able to locate cockroach in your room and no dedicated parking space. The breakfast is poor and on giving bad feedback in the form for breakfast they started questioning us. We even had to shift from one of the rooms as the room had some problem with the toilets which we weren't told at the time of check in and when we weren't at room their staff kept calling as to shift form that room — their staff is a pain to handle. Overall not a value for money you can find other good hotels with very hospitable staff and better rooms and parking can only accommodate 4-7 cars which is the space available in front of the hotel, there is no dedicated parking space. So the stay was not pleasant at all.

The swimming pool area needs better upkeep. Hotel and service is fabulous. Awesome experience… Very professional and helpful staff.

The place is a small property developed with intention to get maximum output. The service was slow, the food was average, the ambience is gloomy, the location surroundings is under development, the pool is like a big bathtub, no newspaper as promised, the room is average sized with bathroom with minimum toiletries. Needs improvements on all fronts. Not worthy of 4 star hotel.

Location of the hotel is to far from the city. Hotel doesn't allow outside food and drinks. The hotel food and drinks are also expensive. If you have your own vehicle then you can stay at the hotel.

Hotel Peppermint is located only 3km from railway station and offering best in class experience. Room service is very prompt and the staff is properly trained and professional. I had breakfast and dinner included in my package. The food was very delicious. Highly recommended to all travelers. I would love to visit here again.
