Nice resort with properly trained staff and well maintained rooms. They have decent size gardens and swimming pool. Good as wedding venue.

There was saying swimming pool in this hotel which was well maintained. The staff of the hotel was best I ever met. You will love the location where the hotel is located as it is covered by mountains all around. The greenery around the hotel was just mesmerizing. Overall it was a great experience.

Service was bad. Ambience was good. Overall a very average experience. More on the negative side because the chaps just didn't smile. Neither the reception guys, nor the chaps at the restaurant, or the pool guy or the housekeeping guys, nobody smiles. It's as if the management is extremely tough on them and they have no reason to be happy; being in the hospitality business is a burden for them.

Poor hospitality, poor service, totally unhygienic. First of all, they constantly try to sell their membership promising your total comfort and care. But don't get fooled, once you become a member they will not entertain you properly. They do not attend their existing members properly. You will have to ask every time for such small things like arranging proper sitting. Pool is very unhygienic and dirty, I wonder if they clean it regularly or not. Me and my family went there last sunday and it was a total mess near the pool side area, all the chairs and tables contained messy clothes and other items and when we asked them to remove or arrange other seats, they replied, "you can sit in the lawn. " what is the purpose of opening and maintaining such property if you can't provide proper/sufficient seating for the members. Worst experience ever, I will suggest you don't go for the membership or any other services. It is not a clean or a heritage property, it is a total mess. Feels like a messy, discarded private farm-house. Not a heritage site. So if you are a quiet dignified person, wanting to spend some quiet time with your family, then this place is definitely not worth your time, effort or money.

The k k royal hotel and convention centre beautifully built on the periphery of the Very famous Amber palace of Jaipur is an extremely huge and well constructed convention centre and hotel. This place has two buildings for marriage purpose, an open and big lawn for functions, banquet 5 or 6, open area, pool area, function halls, dining halls and meeting rooms. The rooms are spacious and consist of touch pads for operation. Every room consists of a Amber palace view. This is a place full of life and best for a destination weddings. One can see beautiful view in the morning. The food available is also good better then average but would not rate it as excellent. The service is also good and staff is helping and supportive in all terms. One best thing about the place is the mini golf course, which is attractive. The traditional welcome ceremony is added benefit. One can enjoy elephant, camel or horse rides here. The amber palace is at the walking distance. Stayed here for a couple of nights against a booking made through my Dad's Country Club membership & would say the stay was worth it! Spacious rooms with all amenities of a luxury hotel & nothing to complain about. But the best part about it is its location. Being only a km away from the Amer Fort, not only could we take a night tour of the fort but could also view the spectacular sight of a brightly lit up Amer Fort from our room window! Would recommend this place for tourists who would want a peaceful stay & away from the hustle-bustle of Jaipur city!

It's a good property. We went to stay for a wedding. It has swimming pool and a couple of banquets. There's a separate wing for accommodation if required for wedding guests. There's a big banquet hall adjacent to the wing. Small banquet hall is near pool side… Lawns are good… They have swing areas for kids. Suites are also there in separate wing. 4.5/5 Mostly the food was good. Last day (check out) buffet breakfast did not meet our expectations. Quality and variety was less than expected. 3.5/5 Housekeeping team needs to gear up a lot. Room cleaning, serving time of in room milk, tea, etc. Items, or requests for extra towels, water bottles took many reminders. Did not clean room unyil the guests were in room, although specially requested at front desk once we went out to attend functions. 2/5 Decor and room amenities are good, except for difficult power points. In our room particularly, DND, Clean My room switches were not functioning the whole time. Shower pressure keeps changing a lot. They use social messaging service to help guests and are usually responsive fast through that. Thumbs up for that. 3/5 Overall I rate the property 3.5/5

Quaint hotel in Jaipur. Located near to the Amer fort, u can see the fort from here. Food is decent, staff is friendly. Room is okay. The craft shops in the hotel is quite reasonable.

The rooms in New Building is comfortable. The food taste is average. Ample car parking. Huge lawn.

The rooms are nice staff is very helpful, only downside is they do not provide hot water even in winter.

The property is good. But the staff is pathetic. On my visit, the house keeping guy wiped the kamod (toilet vessel) with our used towels. The breakfast is horrible. One can just eat cereals. And the services will take like next day to arrive. Overall please don't visit.

Pros: Good service and quality of food. Not very far off from forts, so traveling is easy. Cons: Valet parking was on the road, outside the hotel.

Rooms are comfortable but they are trying to attract Foreign tourist rather than Indian. The food is according to Non veggiees. No happy with the staff in the dine area.

Its a good place. You get a beautiful view of amer palace from rooms. Big ground for playing games. Indoor games are available like table tennis, billiards. Clean swimming pool. And if you go to this place food is must try. There food is very good and desserts are delicious. Overall I recommend to go for atleast one time.

A nice place to organise Events, family get-to-gether, wedding ceremonies… I felt necessity of an Electronic Cart for senior citizens. This was needed for reaching to the Convention hall from the Reception lounge. Wheel chair was available but many persons avoid using wheel chairs. Over all, it is a good property, well managed, good staff.
