Awesome hotel, Very Good Hospitality.

This is a well situated hotel opposite the lake palace. The food from the restaurant is excellent and the staff are exemplary in their friendliness and service. The pool although not heated is beautiful and fabulous to swim in. A very professional staff all round; loved staying here.

Nice place at the city centre…. Staff is very courteous and helpful…. One thing that we loved the most is the special curated chef dessert which we used to get in our every night buffet…. 5 🌟 for the staff and their F&B services.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Excellent hospitality. Buffet breakfast and dinner were sumptuous, tasty and had a wide range. Overall, a very comfortable and luxurious stay.

Brilliant property and centrally located. The rooms are a bit small given the age of the Hotel, but are adequate. The staff goes out of their way to make sure that you have a good time. Single restaurant serving tasty food. I highly recommend this place.

Staff is very rude and they are not helping people…

Located in a bit quiet area (exact in front of Jal Mahal) and approx 3-4km from busy noise of the city. Very very courteous staffs and warm behaviour will surely attract guests. Food quality is nice and high hygiene is getting maintained at hotel. Overall its a 5 star experience. Special thanks to Ms. Shoumi (Dy. Mgr — F&B Service) for overall management.

Awesome stay and very polite staff across all departments. We came with a family of 15 for our 46th wedding anniversary. They decorated room beautifully with a delicious cake. We had a 10 month old child with us and the staff was carrying him around playing with him and were courteous to sanitise his bottles for us.

My kids loved the place. It’s at a very picturesque location, just opposite the Jal Mahal. Polite staff, great food, quiet atmosphere and fabulous amenities. Had a great time.

Honestly, I don't know where to begin! Our staycation at Trident was no less than a dream come true, it was magical in every aspect. Each and every moment was perfect, and for that we are truly grateful to the hospitality of the courteous staff. Every member of the Trident team made sure we were comfortable and provided us with custom made services to make our special trip memorable making us feel like royalty. Husband and I are so happy we chose this place not only for the breathtaking view of the mountains and the lake but also because of the incredible food, services and staff's generosity! Oh and morning or midnight, italian or rajasthani cuisine, the chefs here will never ever disappoint you. Oh and I did mention that we were super impressed by the COVID safety protocols. Just look, nobody removed their masks even for our photograph!

Quite good but they dont serve food in rooms.

Nice and quite ambience. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. The only issue you will face is with car parking. As they have place for 3 car in front of hotel.

All bad service and everything overcharge when we visit out place someone check our room without inform so security big issue, no room service go for canteen.

They can not provide any service without asking customer they charge for water and tea which can provide by other hotel free of cost food is average not so good but it's cost is very high and when asking bill they told us the gst will be charge by customer blanket.

Over rated and they only provide rooms for the local couples so that they have fun… Bed place.

Hotel situated at the back of rajasthan emporium in front of lake palace. Parking not very easy but rooms are ok to stay.
