The service staff was very polite and the service was great…

Nice ambience and wall paintings. Hospitality was good. Breakfast at the restaurant was also quite good.

It is the old and well knowned hotel in jaipur. The services provided by the hotel are quick and up to expectations. I visited for work purpose and really enjoyed the experience.

Location of the hotel is at the center of the city. Hotel gives you a feeling of true Jaipur fort like structure. Hotel rooms are good and neat and clean. Staff is so friendly and supportive. Only problem which I face is that my room don't have fan and Air Condition control unit is also not there and they control Air Conditioner from one place.

Centrally located, easy accessible from Airport, Railway station, Bus Stand. Nice location, prompt staff and food served as per your tatste.

Hotel Jaipur Ashok is the property of R H C L and can be booked online at the site of R T D C this is in their heritage category. Hotel Jaipur is situated in bani park near collectorate circle an can be located very easily. I stayed in hotel jaipur on 25th and 26 th july with my family in heritage suit. This suit is having a large sitting area with comfortable sofa, t v, and dinning table. In bed room there is a king size bed and enough space for extra bed, large l c d is also there centrally a c. Paintings on wall is the highlight of this suit. Washroom is having all the fixtures but small in size. Aravali restaurant serves many veg and non veg dishes. Quality and quantity are nice. Prices are reasonable. In hotel there are three category of rooms eg. Heritage, Deluxe and standard rooms. Check in less than a minute. Property manager Mr Prabhu Dayal is nice fellow and helps in every visitor. Large parking area. Highly recommend for stay while in Jaipur.

A good 3 star hotel located in the heart of city. Rooms are good. It is heritage property. Food is good.

Ok hotel… In room service n resturant orders r too late… 45 min to one hrs… Tooo bad.

Hotel Jaipur Ashok is an hotel of Ashok group which is situated at Jaipur, Rajasthan. It is located near Collectorate building at Banipark. It is adjacent to Jai Singh circle. The hotel is good with nice ambience. The rooms are clean. There is bathtub in bathroom but the space here is narrow. Clinic plus shampoo & medimix soap is provided in the bathroom. The hot water available in the bathroom is circulated centrally. Also air conditioning system inside the room is centrally circulated. Pouch of tea, coffee, milk, sugar are provided in the room. Also hot water flask is available in the room. There is a huge garden with lush green grass at the back of the hotel. The Aravaĺli restaurant is good with lot of option.

The rooms look old and the place is a little run down but the service more than makes up for it. The room rates are also reasonable.

Hotel is good, rooms are clean and centrally air conditioned as well as heated, small refrigerator is also provided in the room. Neat and clean ambiance, only prob is that it being a Govt undertaking RTDC hotel, the staff is just keen on making money by any means and not interested in good service.

No cooperation from the staff and very poor service. Room were not hygienic. Even the water bottles served by the hotel staff were already used (Seal was broken). Don't even think to come here.

Pathetic rooms with rude staff. Room service is too bad, water is distributed in bottles with something else in it. If you ever visit this hotel you will surely feel that you are in "HELL".

Iconic hotel once upon a time but lost its charm due to mis-management. This is GOI property. Located in best iconic location. Rooms are very large but without best amenity like kettle. Service is okay but staffs are very less and are under contract. Menu has limited choices and has to repeat same after 2 days. Rate around Rs. 2k ($35) if booked thru online. From iconic it has become a budget hotel and nobody bothers.

A very well located and built place. But managed very badly with least upgradations from its inception. One example is they still have CRT TV.

Not so wow, against Delhi Ashoka Good house keeping service but dirty toilet Food was really bad, reception also was not so familier.

Located close to Railway station. Elegant property and easy to spot and get to. Good spacious rooms.

Rooms is dirty, breakfast very poor, service is very bad, if are you looking rooms in Jaipur must be go Jaipur in. They has buffet morning time very cleen rooms and good service. Definetly we will go there and stay Jaipur in.

Both the rooms and restaurants are good. Staffs are courteous. They have tour operator at very reasonable rate. Location of the hotel is also good.

It's a good property in heart of city and reasonably priced. Good staff and food.

The hyginity and service was quite fine but the boxes must be replaced by LED. It spots your maintainance.

Location is good I stayed in room no 209 it's bathroom was so small, no slipper no hand tawal, TV was not working well, hospitality was good neat and clean.

Stay was good. But the maintenance is not very good… facilities like gym, swimming pool not available.

Though the Hotel Team is Courteous but it needs certain improvements in Terms of their Ratings as per my suggestion, such as —
☆ Their should be Tea / Coffee Maker in the Room
☆Safe Deposite Locker should be Installed
☆ Rooms should be carpeted and Door Mats should be placed near the Bathroom Area.
☆News paper should be provided in Rooms early morning.
☆Necessary Bathroom Toiletries such as Shaving Kits and Dental Kit should be provided.
☆Furnishings and Furniture needs to be replaced.

Hotel Jaipur Ashoka looks like a palace when you stand across it. It has 97 rooms in total. Rooms are neat and clean. Sufficient Space. Bathrooms are neat and clean. Cold/Hot water no problem at all. Hospitality very good. Location : Wonderful. All major tourist spots are just 1-3 km away from it. Transportation no problem. You can get auto, rickshaw, taxi, metro everything. Staff Very Friendly. Service Very Good, Food Very delicious. Specially Chicken. Tariff Economical… All in all a very good place to live in Jaipur.

Spending Holidays in an old property sounds like a good idea. No doubt the Hotel is beautiful. It still requires a lot of maintenance. I wonder why is the government not doing anything. Its a beautiful old property and just needs some care and renovation. The morning staff is very gentle and helping, however the staff in the night is not very friendly and customer centric.
Morning Breakfast Buffet was good in taste and quality.
I would definitely want to stay there again only if the concerns mentioned above are taken care off.

Aweful experience! They just try to befool the visitors instead of caring & giving good services. Plz chk all the rooms n its facilities before paying the advance amount! Will never recommend anyone to chk in ;in a place like Jaipur Ashok.

Well it's among the good properties in Jaipur, the hotel with a spacious garden within it, spacious parking space, spacious vantilated rooms, centrally air conditioned, good quality of food, a bit slow on the service. Excellent location within the heart of city. I personally advice any traveller whomsoever they may be 'a couple, solo, business, etc. ' To stay and enjoy the star facality at economical price.

Beautiful Hotel and the best part is, it has amazing customer service. I had a really good time there and I loved the services and humbleness of the staff. Specially while serving breakfast. Thanks and keep the good work up.
