Very good hotel. We stayed last year in this and enjoyed a lot. The service and food quality is excellent. We done a birthday party here and can't forget that experience.

Nice and clean rooms with all modern amenities — restaurant and breakfast spread was good. Good location and easy to reach through Jaipur bypass road. Hotel is connected to mall so good for shoppers and those looking for more options to eat (in food court) — McDonald's is right across the road in another mall.

Hotel is pretty good but fails to keep up with the expectation of a 5 star. Entrance to the hotel is not ideal to say at least (very cramped). Room are good and spacious however the bathroom is very cramped and small look like all the space have been given to the extra large table in the room. Amenities are old even some of the light doesn't seems to work on asking the maintenance guy he say that we have fixed this with jugaad. In house dining is good. Buffet at zodiac is good and staff there also very courteous. Overall a decent property but not 5 star.

Good, comfortable stay with prompt service and courteous staff. But the breakfast spread is disappointing. Not enough variety and the menu has limited variations across the days.

It looked like a small place before entering… However, it's a lovely hotel from inside. I must say that they have maintained the hotel very very well and the staff is very cooperative. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the menu was well spread. There is a spa as well as a gym in the hotel, not to forget a pool on the terrace which quite nice too barring the view of the pool which was Jaipur suburbs… Anyways, all in all it was a pretty good hotel.

Good hotel and good food is all about. Relatively small hotel. No boarding and lodging arrangements for driver if you plan to check-in with your own vehicle. However you get free parking space. Rooms are spacious and well maintained.

Used to be a great place. Now it seems to be deteriorating. Service really needs a push. A lot of trainees work here who keep forgetting to bring tongs with ice buckets, bottle openers with bottles. While the breakfast buffet is their saving grace, the in room dining is pathetic. The biryani I ordered was the worst I have ever had.

That a great hotel with cool stuff and accommodation also so good staff behavior grab and room size also perfect. There are many shopping option for shopping and food. It's also near from Jaipur railway station and bus station.

Nice Hotel, restaurant and Bar. Bar is separate to restaurant but foods also served there. Bar has a nice ambience and one can enjoy cricket match while having drinks. You can also take your drinks to restaurant if you like. Rooms are nice and affordable. This is ITC property so one can earn points on every spend.

Pros: 1. Location, proximity to the airport, railway station amd major markets. Easy access via autos and Uber. 2. Extremely well maintained hotel, rooms, lobby areas, swimming pool etc. 3. Food. Didn't have meals during my stay but breakfast had good options. 4. Staff. Well mannered and co-operative Cons: Didn't come across any during my stay here with the family. Highly recommended!

We were there with 3 families, entire trip was wonderful. We enjoyed rooftop swimming pool, their buffet and charmingly atmosphere. When we were inside it was like Delhi only and service's were good. All the kids enjoyed alot. Rooms & bathrooms were spacious, kids enjoyed bubble bath daily. Even luggage storing facility was good. We felt at home.

Central, spacious and comfortable, with shopping centre with access from the hotel.

Situated at one of the busiest location. Shares the structure with metropolitan mall. I have been to this place quite a few times for lunch and dinner. I found the banquet on Sundays were much better with good selection in terms of snacks and live counter preparation. All in all the dining experience has been pleasant. The place feels a little cramped. The view from the restaurant is ok. If you want to sit and eat without much noise and clutter, this place won't let you down.

During my 4 day tenure in Jaipur I satyed in Fortune select Metropolitan. It's a nice and jovial place. Given the benefits of it's location majority of markets are in close vicinity of this hotel, which is a big plus point. Rooms are spacious and clean. Service is prompt and courteous. They serve a good range of breakfast. They also have facility of spa to get rejuvenate after long tiring day. Over all a nice place to stay in Jaipur. A big recommendation from my side.

We stayed for three days during our Rajasthan tour with family in December last week. The hotel is centrally located within the premises of a city mall. The check in and the service is excellent. The buffet breakfast is good but both days most of the dishes were repetated. The pool side restaurant on top floor is nice. It is more of a business hotel but for a short stay for families it works welj. The view from the window is not that great & the same applies to the entrance. Staffs are friendly and co operative. Overall a pleasant experience.

Good central location, Cooperative and polite staff, The food is tasty, Breakfast is good with all varieties of food, Bar is good. Take superior room which is on 4 th floor facing the road side, Rooms are very spacious and the view is excellent, Suit room are also good and spacious.

Hotel is good, clean, good location. But had a bad experience… we went to pool 8:45 am and when we came back house keeping had already cleaned our room, our all valuables were outside, purse on table and anyone can make out we have not gone out of hotel but still they cleaned our room without our permission or without informing us. When I called Manager on duty (MR Dilip Sharma), he said sir, I was here when they cleaned your room but when I asked him why at 9am and you can make out that guest is still in hotel only, n he knew we were at pool … he said u should have pressed Do Not Disturb button, if u didn't want to get ur room cleaned but then I told him boss I have been travelling for years n this has never happened to us. Then he said u should have kept ur valuables in locker but no one keeps everything in locker when u are in room, or when u go to pool, spa, gym or hotel restaurant… I will never ever come to this hotel again n won't refer anyone else also Dr Atul Gupta Delhi.

Clean rooms, decent sizes. They have free puppet show in the evening. Food is quite good.

Bof. At this rate a few problems should be avoided, for example the rate of water is veeeeery low… The staff keeps on harassing, for example asking to clean room the evening of the day before we leave…

This place is in new city Jaipur and above a mall. If you are coming for official work. Good to stay. If you are coming for vacation, will not recommend this place. Try Dudhiya kebab and Palak mangodi ki sabzi here.

Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, the main uso will be the reachability to all the amenities from the hotel. Being located within metropolitan mall. I loved the idea to stay and shop at the same place. The stay was very amazing the staff was very courteous and helpful. We had taken a standard room but they were very huge and even included a bath tub. My star of the stay was the bath tub and swimming pool. I am going back to this hotel again and I highly recommend this hotel.

People are great: friendly, accommodating. Room and hotel itself are clean and well maintained. Location is great. Love that there's a mall right next to it. Only giving four stars because somewhere deep in the fine print there's a mandatory (yes, we, too thought they meant optional) 2000 rupee per-person dinner on the 24th of December. Not cool, people. Not cool. Update: a mandatory meal isn't cool but it turned out to be quite entertaining. Updating my rating to reflect.

Really very nice hotel… with all 5 star facilities aldo has a mall connected to 4th floor… also has amazing entertainment facilities.

Wi-Fi is absolutely terrible. I got 6 hours of access included with my room, but the internet was slow it could not download an email or complete a Google search. In 2015, this is unacceptable. Especially as a foreigner on vacation, this is really bad because I need to look up directions, research places, etc. What made the situation worse was the response by the staff. I called the concierge about the Wi-Fi and they wouldn't help me. They put me on hold to wait for their IT manager and the phone just kept ringing for 5+ minutes. No answer. The concierge kept saying they are working on it, but still no solution. I even paid for additional hours of Wi-Fi and still it did not work. I just really cant believe that a 4-star hotel can have non-functional internet, charge you for it, do nothing to help you fix it, then not even reimburse you for the money you spent. Other Details Pros — — the room was nice, included in most rooms is one way transportation from the airport/railway station (they don't tell you this, you need to ask for it) and the breakfast is pretty good. Cons — — Most of the rooms do not get very hot water for shower, so expect a cold/lukewarm shower every morning. Also the ventilation in the rooms suck as well, so do expect to wake up everyday with cotton mouth and a headache.

I want to give it 4 stars but theres some stuff that just isn't up to par. Pros -Very nice rooms -Excellent service, it was very efficient and people were very polite -Nice buffet ranging from Indian (idli and dosa) to Continental (omelettes) -Location Cons -No AC outside rooms, even though they had vents? They chose not to run it, very strange. Very uncomfortable as soon as you exit the rooms because of this. -Leaky toilet in one of our rooms was never fixed, don't know how house keeping missed this. -Wifi worked very well but they only give you 2 hours of complimentary Wi-Fi per day per room, that is just unacceptable in today's day and age. Considering we booked 4 rooms I expected free Wi-Fi at least.

Staying in this hotel from last 2 years. In middle of everything yet calm. The staff is friendly but check out can surely improve. The food is nice and breakfast heartfelt.

Our experience at this hotel was worst experience ever, initially we entered the hotel we were treated pathetically and later 15 of us were divided on 4 tables because this so called 3 star cannot accommodate 15 people together, and most saddening part was we were made available only with a single waiter for 15 people, the staff was so rude and unapologetic and it did not bother them that we literally had to serve our selves, service and staff is has most disgusting behavior one can ever come across, and there is this man here MR KALYAN SARKAR this man is totally unworthy to be employed at any hotel. He is shame to the profession of managing a hotel. He argued shouted on us and insulted us in every possible way. We had to leave our food due to the misbehavior of the staff and the argument, and insult heated up so bad that we were forced and plate was broken by us we are apologetic towards wastage of food but this place does not deserve a first hand experience. A sincere advice avoid visiting this place.
