in the night seat on quite and dark and view the stars.

This was a very professional and beautiful experience. I would highly recommend this experience to anybody visiting Jaiselmere. The owner manager and staff made us feel very welcome. The jeep ride and Camel safari was an amazing experience. Thank you so much. We were the first people to stay at the start of the season.

Damodra is an incredibly relaxing and beautiful experience in the desert. We visited the last week of the season and had the place to ourselves essentially. The owner, Prithvi, is warm and engaging. It really felt like a home away from home. Too hot to do much in the middle of the day but the morning and evenings are incredible. I have never felt more relaxed in my life. Traditional music and dancing was very enjoyable. The food was delicious and fresh. Highly recommend!

Very good experience. Very good hospitality. Clean and well upkeep.

One of the worst experiences I have had in two years travelling India. Be aware that the ownership has recently changed. As a result, it is now entirely run by a bunch of men who really don’t care much about upkeep or activities for guests. Instead they live for drinking and arguing all night. If you want breakfast, you’ve got to wait for them to shake themselves out of their hangovers. A/C didn’t work in one tent; they just said, in effect, welcome to the desert. Not good enough if you’re paying top dollar for such amenities.

Awesome vacation place for family and kids. Unique and different experience in sand dunes. Star gazing. Local music shows and food is lovable experience.

Thanks for Mr. Prithvi (the owner) for offering the best of services. Had a memorable trip with my family. Ambience is marvelous and soothing! In love with the camp. N specially the two pets — Bruno n jazz made the stay much more happy as we played a lot with them! You can gaze stars sitting on the roof. Cultural night was mesmerizing… Damodara camp is located amidst desert unlike other camps which r located on the side of desert. Would recommend this place to everyone!

Loved this experience! My neice and son are still raving about the wonderful camel ride and sand surfing, peacocks and animal sightings. The accommodations were incredibly comfortable (even for people with arthritis) and everything worked perfectly (for example bathrooms). Highly recommend!

Very nice place, you will not find such kind of hospitality anywhere else. Mr. Prathvi used to meet every guest personally and all the staff are very nice. You will feel just awesome. Love this place, people, vibes, food, music, peace, sunrise, sunset, camel ride… everything is just awesome :)

Just what we wanted. We stayed here October 23rd. Staff was welcoming eagerly catered to our every desire. The program (camel ride, sand sledding, sunset pictures, dance performance, singing, sunrise and stargazing) was enjoyable… just the experience we sought. The room was comfortable and clean. The food was good, if perhaps slightly salty. We stayed only one night because it wasn't clear from the website if there was enough to do to warrant a second day. To our surprise, the other guests were staying 2 or even 3 days. In hindsight, an extra day of relaxing in the Thar would have been nice.

A spectacular experience! I loved getting there. In the beginning, they took us on a camel safari through the desert. Returning to the hotel, there was a delicious dinner in the moonlight, watching a typical Rajasthan show, with dances and puppets.
We woke up to see the sunrise, walk in the desert and have breakfast. Pets have a number of very well cared for animals. Between them, two dogs who take care of a deer. They'Re Beautiful.
The hosts were most kind. They gave Us a camel-shaped sale to everyone.
I recommend It widely. It'S Comfortable, clean and cozy. Suitable for everyone.

This place is awesome, Stayed one night but planning again for a couple. I would recommend to anyone who want to escape the noise of sam and enjoy some peace and tranquility in heart of Desert. Also would like to thank them for amazing gift (the salt/pepper dispenser).

This place is awesome. One night isn't enough to experience the full package — Jeep Safari & a good long camel ride — on top of all the evening entertainment.
