The room was very good and spacious. The reachability to hotel was also easy. Hotel staff and room services is good.

They have just opened a hotel to con people. Mistakenly, I booked the hotel for a different date and when I requested them to change, they did care to talk to me properly. I requested them multiple times, I talked to the owner as well but they are just some dumb people. Do not bother to ever book this hotel.

Great hotel with nice parking, clear rooms. Good service.

Budget Hotel. Probably in the list of OYO Hotels now. Rooms are bigger in comparison to other OYO hotels in Jaipur, Delhi etc. Being at a short distance from Bikaner railway station (approx. 10-15 mins) gives an advantage to this location to find autos quickly. Eateries like Chappan Bhog, Pizza Place, Cafe DNS etc. Are nearby.

No rating for my side because poor sarvice, air condition is all ready dead, no running, because very poor hotal.

Room service is so bad staff is so unprofessional. I have change 2 rooms in one room ac was not working and second room landline was not working.

Hotel is very gud. Specially hotel owner very cooperative person but hotel staff is very bad. No cooperae my personal advise plzz change the staff asap.

Manpower is less than required so sometimes they miss to keep the quality of service intact. Rooms are spacious and well decorated. Some rooms have a damp problem and for that some part of the walls look shabby. But overall it is good place and recommend for business or pleasure trips to Bikaner. Good Hotel, Clean and well behaved Staff. Nearby 1km from Railway station. Food was not fine, only ordered tea that was too bad, so didn't order any food. Nearly 1-2 Restaurants available for good food. Hotel is situated on ruff road that's weak point of this but Main road is too near to grab Auto or Anything. Stayed in Executive Room that was well designed and clean. 1 star less for location and food.

Review based in visit in month of Dec 2017. Never recommend for a family. Very bad experience with this Hotel. I would say this is not a Hotel rather a cheap lounge (dharmsala). Pathetic Room SERVICE or I would say No room service at all. You have to ask three four times even for drinking water. Breakfast: They have their own rule for complementary breakfast. Better not to take it (refer below kitchen quaility). According to them kids are not included in complementary breakfast (seriously! ). I have to pay extra even for kid milk. Also, adult can only take 2 paranthas and one cup tea. Extra to be paid. Kitchen quality: They have kitchen on under constructed floor and believe me if you visited that place once you can't eat a single bite. These are not the only words, I can include arrogant staff, highly unprofessional etc etc. PS: Do not ask them to plan or arrange a city tour, overpriced and you don't know what they hide in * marked terms and condition apply.

Hotel near to Bikaner station (950m). Pure veg, room size are big and clean, food are good and try one time mix veg its really awesome.

Good rooms, near by to railway station, overall a good place to stay and start your day.

Pathetic rooms with not proper cleanliness, staff not good, the sewage pipe in bathroom also broken, blankets are bad.

Booked Through Goibibo. Got at Cheap rates. This place is Inside Roads Not on main rood so Difficult to find if you are new to this place, Rest all things are ok.

Rooms are good. But the one of the bad service. If u r booking via Goibibo or MakeMyTrip then you will get proper service. If u book via OYO then u will get everything on right time big part is very bad service.

Located in between Railway Station and Ambedkar Circle. Rooms are king size with all modern amenities…

I have stayed in this hotel once with my family, the hotel is fine locality is a little less than ok. Experience with the staff was fine I had no problem during my stay.
