It’s was my pleasure stay with Taj Swarna strongly recommend for stay food is excellent room r to gud staff is very much cooperative and the Ambiance is awesome.

A very Annoying Staff & Management. Poor food quality and the worst hospitality ever faced at a Taj Hotel. Regret myself being a regular guest of IHCL. This Property is one big disgrace to it. The guest may die in need of any service from the room but nobody will answer on ‘Guest Service’. Warning! Never give your luxury vehicle for valet parking at this property as their so called well trained drivers will bang your car and then lie saying that they have not done so and further supported by their management.

Nice place to move around. Great food, perfect ambiance n warm people. Location is perfect n adjacent to Trillium Mall, rather it’s a huge junction with one side is Mall n the other side is hotel. Taj is a brand n it’s live upto one s expectations. Food s just great. There s an open kitchen “Grand Trunk” on the ground floor. Nice property by Taj.

The hotel is absolutely pathetic. Untrained staff, unchecked rooms. Name written wrong, request for pillows ignored, the mini bar was locked, television not working, their late night club was disturbing till 2 AM. The rooms are very tiny. They don't even have a small couch to sit. Very disappointed.

Visited it yesterday evening. Was shocked to realise that my Jeep Compass that was returned by the valet guys had a few scratches on the front end of the vehicle. For someone who may like to investigate, the vehicle number ends with 1384. Please insist on parking your vehicle yourself.

Taj Swarna lives up to its reputation of being a Taj. We enjoyed the Tajness and returned home content and relaxed. All staff members are courteous, helpful, and polite. Everyone welcomed us with warmth. We enjoyed the elaborate dinner buffet and the sumptuous breakfast. We are grateful to Taj for doing its bit for the armed forces. We hope to return to Swarna, and will try to visit your other hotels across the country!

It is one the best hotels in Amritsar even I can say the best in Amritsar. The staff is very supportive and very polite. Once you go there you won't feel like coming back. Food here was amaze… also they asked for feedback everytime. The staff personally asked everyone about the food and taste. Rooms here are the best ones you can get in Amritsar. Also you have Trilium Mall on the other side of hotel so that you can shop there anytime I just loved the experience of Taj Swarna.

Went for my birthday treat! I opted for buffet. Non veg starters were good. Especially fish! They should have more option in veg n main course. Main course was just Ohk! Veg Biryani was really bad. N deserts were good. Tempting n delicious. Best thing was hospitality given by the amazing staff. Staff is sooo humble n well dressed! I hope they will make some changes in there menu!

First of all, the hotel itself is very well made. It is quite appealing when you enter. All the staff is quite friendly. The food is good, not the greatest but good. Moreover the prices are fair too. Its not overpriced. I loved it.

We been @ taj for lunch ordered fish n chips and veg burger. I found burger was bit blend but that was taj standard. Chef Sunil Sharma came out for feedback n he made us spicy burger without any extra charges. It was so nice of him. Kindly give my regards to chef Sunil. Thanks chef.

I went here for dinner. Hospitality is awesome. You cant really beat the Taj Hospitality. Now, the food. Yummilicilious, is the word for it. Had great time there. Tastiest food available in the City of Foods — Amritsar… Must visit for every food lover.

Taj Swarna Is The Best Hotel I H'v Ever Seen Near Me Best Food Is Served Here! The Location Is Very Nice And Quality Of The Full Hotel Is Very Nice! The Service Is Unexpectedly So Fast And Good The Rooms Have Very Open Space And Are Designed Perfectly According To The Needs Of The Customers.

A Very disappointing experience. Booked Taj Swarna Banquet hall for Roka ceremony on 27 March 2018, ended up in uttar disappointment and far below the expectations from a 5 star property. Follwing are the points which lead us to this pathetic experience. We arranged a dinner for about 100 people for this event on 27 March 2018 abiding by all the processes and conditions put forward before us and paying the agreed rates with the management. The event and banquet manager ensur…ed us that the services of Taj Swarna will be far beyond our expectations. But the time we reached it was a utter disappointment to us 1) First of all talking about the food, it was exactly thirsd class with too much salt and tasteless.
2) There were three Mocktail drinks served during an event full of sugar. Mocktail were tasting more like a sugar and water drink.
3) The waiters serving were in-diciplined and untrained. Even the coplaints of them misbehaving were reported during an event. They were treating guests like the beggers. When we asked the banquet manager about this he said most of them are trainees. If we dont like them we can write a review. We were like really is this a 5 star property standard for which we have paid almost double of what could be done outsite.
4) Taj only gave us two vendors to organise our DJ, we were given a constraint that we have to choose either one of them.

Taj Swarna is one of the newer Taj hotels. It is located next to the Trilium-one of the largest malls in Amritsar. The hotel is well laid out with a grand lobby and two large restaurants, a bar and the pastry shop. The Chinese Room serves authentic delicacies while the Grand Trunk is known for North Indian food. The rooms are luxurious and a guest is treated like royalty, the classic hallmark of Taj hospitality.

Sitting in “The Peg”, it’s bar. What a place and music. Perfect atmosphere to have a couple of drinks. Anuj, Arghya and Lalit! These three guys are super nice, very professional, know their job and suggest you nice stuff to try. Mongolian chicken is worth trying. Drinks are reasonably priced. Don’t wander around to find local bars. Sit here n enjoy.

Good food. Paneer tikka is yummy. Chiken tikka masala is good. Amritsari fish is just ok.

So, the main problem here was that the warm water would take a long time to come and you could hear through the walls, but the ambience and location is nice, they could have decorated the rooms a bit better.

Great Hospitality by the staff. The coffee shop is just so tranquil and peaceful, do try choco moouse it is by far the best I have had. Lounge area is very commodious and feels awesome. Tables do get reserved very soon esp during dinner buffet.

Taj swarna is really a luxury hotel. Its restaurants are very good espacially the grand trunk. The hall is also good as it can expected from a luxury hotel. The service if the staff is also very good.

Premium and we'll standard place Luxury at its best Its far from the airport. The ambiance is great here If you come to Amritsar you should definately reserve a seat here.

The service was fantastic as was the food. I had a really nice time here and recommend it to anyone passing through Amritsar. The spa is especially nice and the head of the spa (Nadeem) was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. It was a wonderful experience.
