We recently stayed in this Hotel (21st July 2018 to 27th July 2018) and found that the service is a very bad. 1) No Proper Room service, they did not even gave towels. 2) Food is very bad (below par food), gives just egg curry as the only non veg item that too once a week, rest all days just veg food. 3) Their Hotel Manager is very arogant (Mr. Akash) We would not recommend this hotel. Instead you can go to Snow Lion (this hotel is just opposite to this hotel) Their service was much much better Good service and equally quality food. Given complementary breakfast on our last day. Leh has many other good hotel's. Hotel Royal Ladakh is also a very good option. Please try. Every traveller in Leh must inquire about menu before you visit any of the hotel in Leh.

Clean rooms with hot water avbl round the clock. Mattress and bedsheets are clean. Buffet is avbl for Morning and Dinner. On request they ll also arrange buffet for Lunch if the group is bigger. Free Wifi available however it does not work. Foods prepared can taste better. Helper named Isnam was helpful.
