My 3 days stay here was a pleasant experience. The rooms are neat and comfortable. The food is okay and the complimentary breakfast and dinner buffet is good. The staff is also well behaved and helpful. I was provided warm drinking water whenever I requested. Would recommend for couples and families.

One of the best hotel in manali I were there in july 15 to 18 july really very cooperative staff neat & clean accomodation.

They had Wi-Fi With them, But the problem with that Wi-Fi Was that Everytime We need to Put User ID and Password then Only It used to get connected but always in Other places it is just that One Time If we login It gets connected for the whole trip… Food Was good Breakfast as well as Dinner… One more thing about the Hotel was that they Always use to Call us for Dinner and Breakfast until We come and have it that was very sweet of them… The Customer Satisfaction was Very GOOD … Because the Services were very prompt and fast spontaneously they use to solve… And the Hotel Was clean and Tidy…

For driver no friendly kitchen staff. I self drive to hotel. I m ill. Sick feel & not able to do breakfast, dinner. & I ask to soup. Firstly staff says driver can't order to etc. Food. When I say I paid it bro. But I need it then staff says now is the time of b/f or dinner but in thrice a day no one make for me soup. Next thing whose drivers are good ate food the kitchen staff are not washing the crockery of food. They order to driver. Wow. So my all DRIVER bro. When u think or any one ask to this hotel then keep carry disposables plates or glass. Or I don't think so hotel is…? Now a days Its old time story. Now is all ok staff is change. All is good. I m happy. They implement all guest or guide request.

I was there in the month of December for three days. It is better than any other star hotels in Manali. Rooms are maintained very well. Food is very tasty here. Overall very satisfied for the price. Try to take 3 floor it gives you nice view of Manali.

The food served and the services are too good, and in near vicinity of Manali's private bus stop. Rooms are spacious enough with awesome mountain view. Can follow my attached pictures from balcony. All in all cheap and best, value for money.

I have very bad experience with this hotel, rooms and bed are dirty no cleanliness at all, Staff has 0 courtesy specially the reception person who is quite arrogant and don't respect their guests they even refuse to serve tea to guest, food been served in dirty and broken utensils not worth for money at all.

Ours is a worst experience here. First two days d room was small with hot water problem and not a cooperative staff got disappointed with the staff behavior during check out.

It is very nice Hotel, near Hill side. Will see nature of Manali from balcony. As per my opinion it was my fabulous stay here. Rooms are big and well furnished. Staff was very help full specially nice food.
