Total Paisa Vasool. 5/5 for Food & Best Service, even though they don't have restaurant working while we stayed but they served us very well in the rooms like we are sitting in restaurant. 5/5 for staff, well trained & polite. 5/5 cleanliness Good for kids too. A hotel located at a very calm and a scenic place. Guess what, it has a ceiling fan inside the room which other hotels do not have. The view from the balcony is just wonderful. One can see clouds moving, lightning, feel winds blowing and the most important thing, you don't have to go to any specific place to see sunrise as the back view of the hotel is perfect location to see sunrise from the mountains while laying in your bed. Always try to prefer deluxe room with backside view so that you can get and feel what you came here for. Sometimes there are monkeys climbing from your balcony so don't keep your valuables outside or don't forget to lock your balcony door before going out.

This hotel is owned and run by a cheater. He refused confirmed reservation even after taking advance. Because of his greed a team of eight tourists had to run around and find alternation accommodation in peak tourist season. It happened on 25/05/2018 and I have written proof of everything I said. It has been reported to all the concerned authorities and he will face the music very soon. To anyone who is considering booking here be very careful.

Overall a very good experience. Food, Accommodation was decent. Staff were very nice and always ready to help you out. Interesting thing about this resort is it gives you a "Mountain View".

Recently had been there. Beautiful location, neat and clean spacious rooms. Very well behaved staff. Best service. One of the best property of Khajjiar.

Used Google maps to reach this place, but unfortunately the location was about 300-400 metres away. The resort is not maintained at all, there is continuous electricity problem at the hotel. The rooms are in pathetic conditions with stains and blackened wallpaper all over which gives you a feel of "Decent Hotel — from the movie Jab we Met". Moreover we could also find flies and other insects in the room as soon as the balcony door was opened! We cancelled our online booking within minutes of arriving there! We saw the fake photos uploaded online and fell prey!

Hotel is located within the woods and we had to reach there through a rough road. The hotel was deserted and we were the only costumer. Rooms are average, but the view is to die for. The hotel needs maintenance and advertising. If maintained well I see very high potential in this hotel. I had a great time here. Recommended for youngster.
