We accidentally discovered the place and went in both nights. We were there for 3 Days only. The place is absolutely magical and the hosts are so warm and welcoming. The place and the night changes when everyone starts jamming. I would absolutely drop in every time I cross Kasauli and highly recommend it.

I have been to this place quite a lot of times. The moment you enter, you can feel the warmth of the place. Everyone is so welcoming in nature. Owners of the place are too nice that you would want to visit the place again and again.
In short, Hangout is a total package where you will get.
1. One of the best views of Kasauli.
2. Amazing crowd.
3. Best DJ.
4. After party jamming sessions.
Trust me, one should not miss that.

I came here for dinner and some drinks so review is about that I don't have any idea about hotel and room service. I didn't like music here. They take too much time to serve food. Food was good but I didn't like rice. DJ is mean af, he plays whatever he likes. Overall a good place for candle light dinner in open while enjoying irritating music.

This was very good experience at kasoli castle resort. Location is awesome. Temperature is very low even we don't need ac. At night, the big screen and amazing music in garden area was very good. I like my stay at this resort. Food is also good. Sweet room is best if you want hills facing balcony. Overall I had a very good time…

Very niceeeee resort… Staff was extremely nice and courteous… Rooms are also good. Kids are going to love this place just like my daughter did… Slide, swings and a big trampoline… Food was very good and not spicy. Best was breakfast menu. Yummy and elaborate menu… The highlight of this resort was their beautifully lit garden in night where they show movie or songs via projector. Couples will love it. Overall a good place for family as well as couples. Points where they can improve : just 1-2 more lights in the room. :)

It is situated just after Gadkhal, some 3km before Kasauli. All the rooms have good view balcony. The rooms are spacious, with attached drawing room. One of the sofa can be converted into reasonable double bed. Dinner has limited options but good one. Breakfast is good but without fruits.

It was a nice experience at KC. The staff is good and very helpful. The location is actually the USP and we enjoyed every bit of our stay with valley facing terrace. The open air restaurant adds to eating delight. Food was great. The rooms and specially bathrooms conditions can be improved upon by the owners. I would rate it great as per my overall experience.

It is a good to place to stay but the main problem with the hotel is that it is not maintained properly… Otherwise it's okay and the best thing is that the food is amazing! The rooms are a bit meh! And the location is okay! The service is perfect, All in all they should maintain it properly and it will be a perfect place to stay!

Resort was good. We booked package for 12 people which includes evening barbeque, dinner and breakfast. Rooms were spacious. Nice mountain view from resort. Cost wise it is in mid range and cost ~2-3k/ person. It is worth spending in this resort. For fun and activities they have Table tennis, snooker, X — Box. Visit this place with family or friends group.

Nice property but staff was very rude. And they have there own rules and regulation. Nit as per the industry norms and requirements. Make sure before booking because they cannot cancel at any cost neither upgrade your room (complete hotel was vacant when I was there) so I didnt recommend this resort to any body.

Superb 5Star stays (y) Recommended for all visiting Kasauli…! The have nice spacious rooms… A open garden bar where u can enjoy your drinks… A kids area with TRAMPOLINE…! MOVIE screening in the garden which is visible from some room balconies as well.

Kasauli is beautiful place to visit … I really enjoyed the whether also… with my friends, full of fun. Gayzzzzzzzz… burn fire … waaaaooooo.

Staff try but they are not cut for hospitality business… could be better with better management.

You might miss the road to resort si better call them before hand. Not much nearby. But good for a day long stay. Rooms are okay, need more cleanliness. Overall experience satisfactory.

Everything was nice here. From rooms to food. I did not expect a 3 Star hotel to deliver so much. Along with toiletries​, we were even given toothbrushes, toothpaste and slippers when asked. Heaters were provided in the room. They even give newspapers every room. They've games that can keep the young ones entertained. They show movie every evening which you can see from your balcony room itself. I think balcony view rooms are better than suites. It had green views. It could be easily a 4 Star hotel. Dunno why they're a 3 Star. The food in the restaurant was really tasty. They were on time according to order in terms of delivery. Even room service was prompt. We had only vegetarian Indian food and Chinese starters. The only reason I've given 4 stars to the hotel is the bathroom. They were nice but not great. The water flow was slow and the bathroom curtain was old and dangling. And that it was a little noisy at night. Considering many youngsters were playing games till late and the sounds travel across rooms. But it didn't disturb me much since I was so tired that I dozed off quickly. But on the whole, me and my family loved the resort. Thank you!
