Very nice and good place to stay with family and friends, rooms are big and clean, hotel staff is good.

They are too casual towards there guests… Booked through mmt. House keeping guy had issues in changing the linen at 11 in the night when I checked it as I had complaint that the pillow covers are dirty. Bed sheet had stains There was a hair on bed for our welcome. Rooms otherwise were decent as per the price paid. Next day morning restaurant guys had some confusion for our package not be having breakfast inclusions for which he refused me from having breakfast… HUMILIATED. However later they apologized but still… U cannot deny any guest from having meal. Bfast option very minimal. Had bhatura were edible and didn't suffer any stomach issues. Guys at the reception talk as if they are actually doing a favor on you by listening to your complaints n suggestions.

Accommodation and hospitality was excellent. Wash room glass partition wall requires additional curtain. Two bottles of. Mineral water per day as complementary would be an additional value addition Staffs were courteous and food was excellent.

Horrific! experience at this hotel. The food contained a piece of sharp steel wire, had not I spat it out from my mouth, it would have killed me. Poor service. Bathroom taps were broken. Never recommend this hotel to anyone.

High prices for no reason. Services are pathetic. Rooms are good but washroom stinks. Breakfast is just okay. Wi-Fi is joke here. Outdoor games for kids are pretty good. Overall, go for some cheaper lodges and avoid this hotel.

Well it's quite a good hotel with air conditioner and all that, I comfortable stay and well food but the main problem is that the water there is just RO'ed (mum and dad told me that) so it tastes horrible and when you ask for a bisleri you just get pre-opened bottle filled with the same RO'ed water you get at dining hall. Had a comfortable stay at basic room price of something around 3000.

Good place to stay at Pinjore. Close to kalka station. On the way to kasuali or shimla. Good place to halt.

Awesome hotel interior designing is outstanding all rooms are actually classic as per the name of hotel.

Nice place for tourists visiting shimla or kasauli. Good location spacious parking restraunt service and staff all ok. Good for families.

Hotel is under construction but still the rooms were pretty good and the service and food was awesome.

Room service wasn't that good. People were a bit straight forward. Rooms were fair, lawn was very good and food was fair. Overall a nice experience. Location was a bit far from major spots but if you can adjust, it is a nice place.

Normal rooms are ok but many rooms have problems with locks, lights, broken toilet, broken tiles on floors but the suite room are good. Food is not that good at times tastless. Room service is also not that good and the language of receptionist is very cheap and not acceptable.

The rooms are spacious. The lawn is the best thing they have. Food and staff is good too.

Positive point — Rooms here is quite spacious and even lobby ambiance is quite decent but negative points are also have some weight which pushing positive side — central air conditioning system not work properly, hot water geyser not working in both room (me and my colleague), food is average!

This is best hotel at affordable price. Hotel staff is very polite and helpful. Food taste is awesome. Hotel has good bar. Rooms are very clean and neat. Truely 3 star experience.

Poor rooms, worst food & not properly cleaned toilets (including lobby's). Definitely No-No if you plan to stay for a night. Don't even drink the water here… Rooms are filled with flies & cockroches. Water heater will not be turned on in nights, even post many calls. Mediocre hospitality too, halls filled with filthy smell too.

Awesome place for couples and family … I had a great memories of it.

The good thing about this place is only food and cleanness. That's it. Room service is just worst. Water they supplied to each room has particle in them, also it has muddy type of shade in it. Bathroom taps was lose, when I first entered the room, saw some hairs on bed, room service response time is 10 mins + for give us just one bucket. Overall, good hotel from outside, inside it's worst.

Great service and rooms are fine.

On 15th August 2014 we r 5 families book this hotel. Hotels rooms r very smelly. We face many problems. Locks of rooms not locked and opened without the help of hotel staff. Bathroom condition was very poor. Poor electricity. Otherwise hotel is very clean and good. Location is very good. Staff of this hotel is very cooperative. Food is very delicious. If these problems solve I want to come again and again.
