Hotel in central location. The lobby is bare, dusty and unwelcoming. Rooms spacious but bathrooms in need of renovation. The breakfast was also nice, but not to exceed in quality.

Best hotel in delhi. Must stay here. Location is the perfect just 10 steps away from barakhamba metro gate. No disturbance. Best view of city. Good breakfast … luxurious and best.

Located in the heart of the city. The Hans is one of the best hotels in its class. Hotel has a proper parking facilities, which generally a cause of concern in Connaught place area. Staff is very courteous and service prone. Food is also good. Hotel's restaurant has various menus for italian, continental, Chinese and Indian food. Barakhamba metro station is very near by. Overall a satisfactory and loving experience I carried from here.

Decent hotel. Breakfast was good. More variety needed. Room was good. Had connectivity issues on Mobile. Water in the shower wasn't very hot. Expected more.

I stayed at The Hans in late-2017, and prior to staying there I was unimpressed with what I was getting for the price I was paying. Once I reached there, however, my reservations about the hotel went away. I was greeted with wonderful security guards, and checking-in was quick and efficient. The room was a little outdated but it was CLEAN! During my 2-3 night stay, I really appreciated the service all staff members provided. It was also quite convenient to places like Connaught Place. I highly recommend The Hans New Delhi for its service and location.

Centrally located. Nearby to main business centre and offices of various companies, banks and financial institutions. Ideal for meetings and conferences. Good service and courteous staff. Food is good.

The property is centrally located in Barakhamba Road nearby city. The property is good. Service also good. Rooms AC was not working up to expectation called housekeeping they tried to clean the filter, but also the issue was same. Rest overall good experience.

It's best place to stay in this hotel I have choosed three times Ambience, Hospitality and Luxurious stay yes you have to compromise with food because food is too costly but that should be ignored because near by there are lots of restaurants and mouthwatering stalls are available.

This hotel is located at Tolstoy road. Easy approach with sufficient parking space. I attended a meeting here. Snacks were good. Nice ambience.

Good city hotel with spacious rooms.
The hotel is just a short walk from Connaught Place and an ATM is just around the corner. The room is very spacious, clean and has a good and quiet air conditioning. The bathroom was also very clean and modern. However, there is no ventilation in the bathroom. The staff is professional and friendly.
The dishes in the restaurant are good and the service is fast. For breakfast there is an Indian and western buffet.

The Hans is a great place to stay for a short duration, compare to all the other hotels in Connaught Place. The building is easily visible from the main road, however the entrance is slight hard to locate. The views from the hotel rooms are excellent. You can see the whole of Connaught Place. The staff are friendly and helpful. Maintenance of rooms could have been better. Furnishings in the room and fittings in the bathroom are an old style and could have been upgraded to make it more modern. The internet speed is pretty slow and I suggest that you carry your own dongles. Overall, a good stay!

Good hotel for a first stay in Delhi. Spacious room, professional welcome and superb view of the city from the 12th floor. Located a few steps from Connaught Place and ATM around the corner, convenient. The dishes are good and the service fast. Indian and Western Buffet for breakfast. At the top to acclimate to the country.

He is very good in his profession. My friend have multi track festula. He has consulted Anand hospital Gurgaon, after that AIIMS Delhi, &Finally We meet Dr. SK singh. Satisfactory treatment.

Buffet food was really nice. Anyone can eat it including foreigners. Optimum use of spices with excellent spread. Banquet Hall was well maintained and washrooms were neat. Overall a good experience.

It is in prime location of Delhi. Cannaught place. Compare to other star hotels, it's price is comparatively reasonable.

Guys, my worst experience at any delhi based hotel which claims to be a 4 star. Location is excellent but poor stay at such a huge cost. The reception people were highly uncooperative. We had to wait for 30 minutes for check in as the front staff was busy gossiping. They had even no courtsy to at least smile and apologise for keeping us waiting. Room service pathetic, shower was leaking. I will not recommend to stay in this hotel. After all, at this cost, delhi is full of kind friendly people.

Great location, highly safe and secure premises, super-fast Wifi, and comfortable and clean rooms. Housekeeping staff also polite and efficient. However, folks at the front desk are very inefficient and shady. They tried to charge us twice for the meals and refused to give receipts for individual payments and delayed it until check out. They were not at all transparent and very clumsy at record keeping.

A little overpriced hotel with clean rooms and decent room service. Located in a prime area with a wonderful city view from room above 10th Floor.

Was staying in Hotel on 26th feb to 28th feb 2018 room no 1907. On 27th I found my wrist watch stolen from the room as the clean staff that came in the night to. Clean my room after dinner only half cleaned my room. He didn't returned the secind time. When I complained about this the hotel staff didn't gave proper response and not even showed coutesy to call me up and take up the matter. Was only told that they have checked and not Found the same which to me looks a casual approach. Will never recommend anybody to stay in hotel as the hotel is preferred just because of the location they are placed but service is pathetic…

The hotel is solid four, big and clean, the truth in the rooms there is no ventilation, and after shower, in the room crazy humidity, there is air conditioning and heating, safe, tea, coffee, water in butilkah, kettle, hair dryer, shampoo, soap, everything is there. The rooms are nice and comfortable, but most importantly-clean! Restaurant in the hotel-good, you can eat) The hotel is not cheap, cheaper to book it on booking, than to take on the spot) the advantages of this hotel is that it is in the heart of Delhi, but if you have a limited budget, you can find 4 on the level of this, three times cheaper, but farther from the center…

The Hotel was very good… but bathroom a little run down.

They have renovated the place and spruced it up a wee bit. Food is reasonably good, so is the service. All in all comfortable place to be, in the heart of Delhi.

Rooms are clean in general and staff are nice, so overall I like this hotel. Only the thing is that the elevators make us feel unsafe as it shakes and making strange mechanic sound at times.

Please take this review constructively for future improvement. Not impressed for a 4-star hotel. We stayed in 1904 and 1909 on December 24th, 2017. Unfriendly front desk and housekeeping staff. Initially gave rooms on different floors knowing that we had 2 young kids and 2 senior citizens in the family. Both rooms were dusty & deliver of basic service items was late & had mistakes.

A vehicle can drive to the steps and ramp grom here you will ealk through a metal detector. Upon arrival at the reception area you are greeted by a well tailored staff member offering a fresh fruit juice and cold hand towel. All baggage is taken to your room. Upon opening the door there is a good size bath room to one side and wardrobe on the opposite side two steps later you are treated to well manicured bed/s. At the end of the room there is s window from roof to 1 metre off the floor and streching from wall to wall. From we had beautiful views of the city nestling into the desert.

The Hans is a very nice place. I went for a conference including lunch & breakfast. The ambience, facilities, service, meal — all were very good. This place is highly recommend.

Nice hotel. A bit expensive though. Being near to CP is the plus point and being at the main road (Barakhamba Road) is the negative point. Barakhamba metro station is just 2 minutes walk away and many bus stops are also nearby on different roads around it. Building looks quite old from outside, but well maintained inside.

Very bad experience… housekeeping staff just opens the door with the master key and enters your room if you do not respond within 3 knocks and that too unannounced and when not called. Written complaints made to the COO remain unresponded. Pathetic attitude and apathy towards customer service. Strongly recommend to not stay at this hotel.

The rooms were a good size, position good to walk to CP as a visit we to India I felt safe in the area, we walked to janpath chowk and that was great the breakfast was good with good service happy visit overall.

Hotel building just next to the vacant building of Barahkhamba right in the middle of commercial offices good to host corporate events being Centraly located, prices are also competitive compared to other venue.

Location wise, am giving it high marks because it is near the Connaught Place, Delhi's central business district. Plus we were given a much welcome airport transfer. The room given to us had the basic amenities but offers great views of Delhi. Wifi however is soo slow and had to go down the lobby to connect. We were given a driver and van to take us to Agra and it was such a joy. Too bad the hotel staf did not inform us that we were also booked a city tour the following day by our host. Bad!

This is located centrally in cannaught place of New Delhi with good ambience & easy accessibility. Restaurant located on 2nd floor serves a tasty food. However good alternates for evening food at nearby places. You can have a bird's eye view of Delhi from 12th floor.

Perfectly serviceable business hotel. Two restaurants (one focusing on Western cuisine, other not). Staff friendly and helpful but not the most modern in places and generally pretty sterile.

Great ambience. Cost is ok. Wifi is free for 4 hrs/ day only. It counts from the login time and ends after 4 hrs irrespective of ur usage.

Great experience. Walking distance to CP. The staff is decent and cooperative. Only thing the Wi-Fi charges are quite high, and specific newspaper on demand is not available though it is mentioned in the brochure. Hope due consideration is given to this thing.

I can't remember how many meetings and sittings I had with my industry colleagues at the 25th floor, which now they have closed. Generally found them good and economical.

Great service, price, location. The hotel is a bit into the "faded glory" stage of its life, but the staff more than make up for it with their exceptional service and friendly attitude. The hotel is peaceful and conveniently-located for access to many interesting attractions (e. G. Red Fort, Jantar Mantar, National Museum, India Gate,. ). The breakfast buffet is very good, as is the on-site Italian restaurant. I will definitely stay here on my next visit to Delhi and would recommend it to my friends.
