JW Marriott Hotel New Delhi is very convenient to visit. Specially, Their welcome with smile is awesome moment for anyone. It is very good scale on hospitality. Hotel bar has very good atmosphere, you can have good business meeting with any choice of drink and food.

The food served was delicious. Staff were disciplined and humble. Aura of the place was quite pleasant. I went there for Google Cloud Summit '18 and even though there were a lot of people there I didn't face any problem whatsoever regarding any of the facilities provided. Kudos to the staff and management.

I attended the Google Cloud Summit that happened at the JW Marriott Hotel Aerocity. The venue for the Summit was the ballroom which was quite spacious and properly arranged with all the proper functioning and impressive arrangements made by the management. The hotel staff is polite and gives you a warm welcome and is always there to assist you with the smile. The washroom on the level 0 were always properly maintained. The food arrangements were also good.

Very nice hotel. Buffet breakfast is very good. Rooms are also very good. Excellent facility for gym and swimming pool. Though I think the executive lounge could have better menu.

JW Marriott is newly constructed at Aerocity which is shining property. I visited for a brief breakfast meeting at the K3 restaurant. Service was exemplary — from the time I arrived at the hotel to the time I left. The breakfast spread was vast — a wide assortment of options and choices, and frankly I was a little lost. The service at the restaurant was warm and hospitable, and the food was great. Overall, a good place to grab breakfast if you are in Aerocity.

One of the best hotel in New Delhi. I had been there twice they are just great. Love to eat butter chicken. Chief were great. And also I had been in Quan spa which was super. Spa product are all natural and massage was excellent.

Good done even the food presentation can be improved. Again a hotel to stay in, having good breakfast, gym, pool, business zones; all good!

Best 5 star hotel in Delhi. If you crave luxury and gesture. You must visit here. These people are experts in everything. From food to your entire stay. They will keep you like there real guest.

One of the best hotel in India which will serves everything for your satisfaction. Nice room and it's equipment. Delicious variant of foods and wonderful park also big swimming pool. If you're looking for satisfaction, you may choose this hotel.

Super gym and spa. Filed with a hot tub, steam, sauna and a nice swimming pool. All this comes together with staff that's absolutely brilliant. From the constant flow of water bottles at pool side to the bathrobes in the changing room. A great experience overall.

JW Marriott hotel is one of best hotels in Town. I've been to K3 restuarant at JW Marriott, Delhi Aerocity. Buffet is extremely luxurious and delicious. Everything in the buffet has good presentation and tastes too good. As it is a 5 Star hotel restaurant price is high but it is worth experiencing. Please be on time to have as much as you can, as they close their buffet at 3:00-3:30 PM. My ratings 5/5.

The room was spacious and well appointed. The executive club lounge is also very well staffed well-equipped and great pre-dinner snacks and drinks. The outside garden area is gorgeous. The whole hotel felt safe with lots of security. The location close to Airport is a real bonus if you have an early morning flight. My complaints the Spa could have been better and the air conditioner was on cold and with no option to change the temperature. It cost me sick days back home.

Being a five star it should be great otherwise it doesn't deserve the tag of five star. It's good service is nice and the rooms are great. Large bathrooms are good. Maintenance could be improved a little, otherwise no issue rooms are spacious enough. Food is good and if you want more or less spicy you can tell them beforehand.

This Hotel is Located in Atrocity, Closed to Terminal-3, New Delhi. This hotel is great in every way, check in is very easy, The rooms it self are fantastic the crisp sheets and by far the most comfortable beds. The gym area is well stocked and in perfect condition with staff on hand to help.  Breakfast is an affair second to none, should explain where everything is as there Service and the quality of food is amazing.

We have visited to the 3K restaurant in JW Marriott for a dinner. It was a pleasant environment with dim lights all around. There were three different foods (Chines, Italian and Indian) were available with their live kitchens. You may choose between A-la-carte and buffet. The food was awesome and you would love to visit this place again and again.

There's not much to write about JW MARRIOTT hotels anyway, but given that you must be reading this to know something special about this place, I'll write whatever struck a chord in me. Huge lobby, awesome fittings and interiors, huge rooms, view of the Delhi International Airport right from landing to taxiing to take off, a good restaurant, lovely pool, sit out on the ground floor for a relaxed conversation with some drinks or coffee. Very close to the airport, but of course a bit away from the city main parts. But again, there's a metro station very close to the hotel. Stay here once when you can and soak in the luxury.

The rooms were big and spacious. Super luxury chairs and super bright projector. Staff fooled us with the aircon. They said its on and was actually suffocating inside. Then super chilled the room when confronted, to take a revenge. For second day they initially said that they cannot cancelled the studio room, then cancelled and charged us for it. Guys the management has to be customer friendly.

JW Marriott Hotel is a very luxurious hotel. I mean I know it's a 5 star hotel and decor and amenities are supposed to be lovely but they have done a very excellent job at keeping that so. The valet parking and the security check was hassle-free. The whole staff was polite and attentive. I must say that the dinner was very appetizing and came up with lots of selection.

The JW Marriott is an elegant hotel, with lovely decor and a well trained, polite and welcoming staff. The clientele is largely business, but I would also recommend it for tourists, as it's a nice respite from the crazily busy city and close to a metro stop. The facilities are great, including a fabulous breakfast and dinner buffet and a nice executive lounge.

It is located at very convenience area And has great ambience and staffs are very helpful too. Food is typical Indian and little boring as every dishes has got same flavor, though there were maximum are of Chinese origin I felt. I will definitely recommend this to others. I give 4:5 points.

I found this hotel to be very good. All the staffs were politely behaving. I went there for professional partying so not visited rooms. I was there in its function hall and it's was awesome. Space is more and it's enough for 200 people. Overall I liked the hotel staffs and service.

Went for a meeting. The place was quite full considering a weekday morning. The hotel is well built and views are good. There is quite a few places in the hotel where one can sit and do a meeting peacefully.

My cousin's had come down from the US and were put up in the hotel. Good experience. Valet was very quick. Great and fast security check. The lounge where we had some grub had a great deal of dishes.

Mixed bag. I have some amazing experiences here as a hotel guest and then some not so memorable. Having a senior person in charge would help in some of the departments in making it a bit more customer friendly. I am sure they can do it. So many young talented people, but they need to be empowered a bit more. Words can only take you so far.

New J W Marriott near Delhi Airport is the best place to stay on business. They have thought of everything including top security, every detail of comfort one could want in the room and in the hotel. The food in the restaurants are spectacular, offering foods from around the world, and service is top notch. Rooms are new, clean, modern and perfectly comfortable.

One of the finest hotels in New Delhi. Proximity to both domestic and international terminals is a big plus point. Rooms are clean and services are superb beyond any doubt.

Totally disappointing when it comes to a JW Marriot kind of experience. We had requested an early check in (which is fairly standard) and made appropriate annotations in our booking. The Manager at the front desk besides being rude and arrogant, not only did not honor it but asked us to wait in the lobby for few hrs. We could have lived it except the lobby was infested very heavily with MOSQUITOES! The manager demanded another 12, 000 INR to have a room ready early! Never ever have we experienced something like this at a Marriott property, forget JW. Will never be returning here, again for sure.

Have stayed twice and had good experience both times. Staff still require some grooming and at times take extra time to complete requirements.

I stayed a week at JW Marriott at Aerocity New Delhi. I was very stasified with this hotel. This hotel is very well design and decorated, have an excellent staff/service and awesome buffet bearkfast. Overall I enjoyed my stay there. I give 5 Star rating to this hotel.

Although the hotel was very nice, my experience of staying at JW Marriott New Delhi has been marred by the fact that my credit card was charged one nights accommodation on check out, even though I had prepaid my accommodation through a tour company, and even through my tour guide and I both told the cashier that my accommodation had been prepaid, and a confirmation number was clearly stated on my itinerary. My two telephone calls to India and my two subsequent emails to reservations and the duty manager have been ignored. I find this appalling from a what I thought was a reputable international hotel. I wonder if I will now finally have my AUD$387.77 refunded due to this review.

Great experience! We stayed in an executive suite well worth it!. Friendly staff and awesome food! Its a 10 minute ride to the airport which is so convenient.

The late night restaurant has a limited menu, needs an upgrade. Ambience is great, absolutely amazing.

The Hotel was amazing, the Spa, the pool, The steam room and Sauna as well as K-3 and the breakfast, the chefs and the waitrons were very friendly and helpful, The CONCIERGE was the best, Naveen and Manish and the rest of the gang, got my tickets for Chandigarh so I can watch the cricket-Sad we LOST; got my courier sorted and always helped me with the cabs, The house cleaner Anjini 5th floor; made my room perfect and collect the laundry; he was very efficient and pleasant. A big ups to the staff.

JW Marriot is known for excellence in hospitality business, enjoyed our stay at Marriott Goa Resort. Expecting the same this time at aero city property.

Woman doing the check in was rude. Room itself was lovely. Pool area was nice as well. Restaurant and bar left something to be desired. The first impression however, makes the most impact and that one person killed the entire experience for us.

They double charge for no reasons; I booked a room with airport transfers still charged it again while checking out at 1710 + taxes for a transfer to adjacent airport. The reason they cite is — it was charged due to wrong comments. Then make me go back and forth with the agent, make me call them many times, email them and wait for weeks for the refund. But they will not take a minute before charging. They have asked for 15 days to revert!

Without having stayed at the hotel I can only recommend it for the friendliness and service from the staff. Stranded in Delhi International airport without a hotel I asked a taxi driver to take me to the closest Marriott in the hope of getting a room for the night. He dumped me in front of the JW Marriott (Airport) — an area where a lot of construction is under way. I knocked the gate and was let in with a very strange feeling that something was not right – everything was to quiet and to dark! But I was greeted in the reception by very friendly staff who told me that the hotel was not opened yet (opens October 18). I asked for recommendations for another hotel in the area and in 5 minutes I was booked into a great hotel – even with a good deal! Transportation to the other hotel was ordered and I was treated extremely nice and left with a big smile. So all my recommendations for friendliness and great service – I will come back if possible after the opening! Klaus Kjoller.
