In room service is pathetic. Food comes after 2.5hrs with no apology. No one has no clue what is going on. Need to call 30 times to ask about the where abouts of the order. Even after 1.5hrs they keep saying let me check without any initiation of sending the food as soon as possible. Worst possible service ever. Unprofessional. Such a big name and such service. Even asking for water is futile as they absolutely forget about it and you have to go out and take water from the house keeping trolley. Slow claps.

This hotel certainly needs good trained staffs, may be few good managers assigned to trained staffs. Experience starts from the counter for check-in goes till restaurants and bell service. Staffs' are trained to start with No, goes, till depending upon your bargains. I got learning that this kinds of hotels are largely run by agents and one timers brought there by them. Strongly believe no one would make a repeat visit.

Great place for a stopover. Fantastic breakfast. Comfortable and very clean rooms with fab shower. Very good security. Felt very well looked after.

The Best! In love with their service, people and location. Food is quite good with a wonderful spread. The staff is well mannered, ever ready to help and always courteous. Really Really good place to be.

Probably the most convenient hotel located near Delhi International Airport. Quite popular with overseas travellers. I can't comment about the rooms as I have never stayed here but it has a nice Italian restaurant and a coffee shop at the lobby level. A unique feature of this hotel is the soft 80s' pop & rock humming in the background all the time — which is great.

Were there to shower and for dinner before the return flight. We really liked the hotel. The room was clean and the shower was great. The food was international, it also had for people like me who don't like to eat hot!

A very good hotel, close to the airport and with very good buffet meals, possibly for a night of arrival or departure, not having to worry about the distance.

All the high standards that you expect from Holiday Inn. The front desk was a bit slow but other than that a great place to call 'home' for a short time. The room was impeccable with a nice view. They provide a airport shuttle which is a winner. Airport pickup was a breeze and welcoming and the location is 10 min by car to the airport. If you want to there is a food mall right next door, so you have variety, if not the breakfast buffet at the hotel is just awesome. You pay for all this, so be aware, however in comparison it was a pleasure staying here. A serious option in our future travels.

Very conveniently located in Aerocity just 15 minutes by taxi from the international airport. With the opening up of the metro station within walking distance of the hotel makes it even better. Fantastic service, nothing was too much for the friendly staff. Restaurant was simply amazing — huge spread and choice of food with the additional live food stations. The outdoor swimming pool added to the fun and relaxation. Really enjoyed our stay; we keep going back — this was our third stay in last 2 years.   Highly recommended.

Fantastic staff, very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast food was amazing especially the masala dosa. The airport pick up service was great. We were upgraded to a lovely suite which was perfect after travelling for 28 hours to get here. The room was very comfortable as were the pillows and bed. My only small complaint would be that the walls in the shower could do with a good clean. I'm not a picky person, my bathroom at home is far from perfect but these walls were quite dirty, looked like they had never been cleaned. But overlooking that I wouldn't stop that from us coming back.

Conspicuous place. One gets what one pays for. Courteous staff. And very nice meals. Good ambience. Just gets a bit noisy at the reception area. Should have provided more space there. Overall a very nice experience.

A bit pricey because of location and constant foot fall. Otherwise standard holiday inn. Well maintained, great service, check in/out little slow at times due to lot of pax. Great buffet, brilliant in room dining menu. Good pool and other facilities. Decent happy hours at the bar downstairs. Overall a good hotel for transit passengers.

My experience of being here is excellent. The quality and range of dishes is one of the best. The team serving there has set a new standard of hospitality and service. People serving there gave an experience of service as you are being served by the family of your most nearest and dearest friend. The attentiveness or alertness of Ms. Radha and Ms. Nancy was remarkable. I will strongly suggest this place to all.

The check in is endless very slow.

Location is reachable and hotel sign board is easily visible from a long distance. I have rated 4 stars to this hotel as I didn't like the support they provided in setting-up the stage in the event. The table & cloth were not good in shape & quality. Decorations were also minimal. But I liked the ambience & food. Hotel staff were supportive and nice too.

Well appointed room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good and extensive breakfast. Also very good dinner offer. In the area also quite a quiet island in chaotic Delhi.

The location of the inn is near the airport. We can hear loud voices and see big planes going over our head. The rooms are very comfortable and very spacious and a family of four members can easily and comfortably live in it. The service was so good that I even paid extra because their service was the best and they have pleased me. Everyone should visit there even for a dinner.

We stayed 3 nights and that was a Amazing experience. Delicacies indian cuisines at viva restaurant. Fast room service and friendly staff including security people. Last day we faced some problem that they agree to give lunch instead of breakfast for extra amount (we changed this because we went city tour during morning). However when we came for a lunch they refuse to give lunch and finally some one in management involved and settle the problem. That was a really bad experience and we had wait more than 20 min to take lunch.

The service is fantastic. They have a good variety of options in the Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner buffet. The servers take care of you. You'll leave with a satisfactory experience.

Excellent service. The staff was very eager to meet our requests. Breakfast buffet had a vast selection, including made to order eggs and dosas. We were pleasantly surprised at the price of our 3 day chauffeured car. Mr. Samsher, our chauffeur, was an extremely safe driver and a friendly and honest person. My family truly enjoyed his company.

This place was super efficient and it was all completely effortless. Booked online, checked in ten min later — ate, showered and relaxed. Thank you for the amazing dessert buffet… oh and the food. The rooms were more than comfortable and very affordable. Thank you.

The hotel is really nice. The location is just perfect if you want to stay close to the airport. They offer complimentary pick up and drop. The staff is friendly depending upon whom you r looking to. Rooms are well layed. Restaurant is good. Service is okay. Usually crowded but staff always try to manage. Bar is also good.

This is a very good hotel. The chain of this hotel itself is very good. This is also having a good location. Not only suitable for individuals, families but for a mass party or seminars also, it's good and can be done without any problem. Easy for people coming from airports.

One of the good option to stay, for meeting, for get to gatherings or an event for company. Since this place is located very. Near to the airport, it make sense to stay who are traveling through flight. Also for the guests and participants may have convenient place. Since this is 4 star hotel, facility and service and all are good.

Good location. Rooms are not as good as high profile five star hotels. Attitude of staffs were good. Buffet dinner should be improved. Airport dropping was free its really convenient to the guests.

Fabulous hotel. Staff couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful. Minor problem with previous hotel was sorted swiftly and efficiently. Definitely would recommend. I felt very safe here.

I attended a full day workshop at the hotel and the facility management and food served was great quality… Meets any such expectations one may have on count of infrastructure or service or food quality. Washrooms were impeccably clean and nicely done too … Overall good experience.

Best place to stay. My daughter was not well and needed urgent pediatrician consultation. All the staff helped us very much. They arranged vehicle urgently and one staff escorted us to fortis hospital. Nice people on the earth. God bless them and their family. Professionalism of highest quality. Another boutique property by the famous chain of hotels. For travellers it is the place to stay. For localites the best property to have weekend at. Food is awesome. Ambience is just Romantic. The hotel is well connected to city by Road and High speed Airport Metro. Car rentals are available. Domestic and International airport are just One mile.

The hotel is very good, busy and excellent service. The hotel is a near Terminal 3 airport and offers free airport transfers. Though being near to the airport, the rooms are silent and are very good, clean and have very friendly and professional staff who are ready to help anytime. The breakfast spread is good and food is tasty. Overall a great stay and I keep going there very often!

Surprisingly large amount of security, as we had to go through a metal detector before entering, and our bags were also scanned. I'm not sure whether it was due to a heightened sense of alert, or standard operating procedure. Rooms were serviceable and reasonably well maintained. The true shining star was the breakfast buffet. There was a large mix of both prepared foods, as well as made-to-order. Unfortunately, we were in a rush, so we didn't get to enjoy the full experience, but the food we had was wonderful. Would absolutely consider staying here again… especially if we have more time.

Welcoming Ankita dealt with us perfectly. Room, bed, toilet clean and comfortable and quiet. Rooms sound proofed. Bathroom power point blew the circuit breaker with blackout. Electric iron sparked and broke. Friendly staff all round including front desk, room staff, and restaurant. Food good. Wi-Fi good and vehicle transport to and from airport was excellent, only 10 minutes away. Laundry expensive. Haircut expensive. Excellent option to stay here close to the Airport.

The hotel is located very close to the airport so it's very convenient. Food is good and gym and pool are nice. Rooms need a little more lighting. Overall a comfortable place to stay.

Got a good deal including dinner and breakfast for my stay. Got room 544, has decent space to unwind. Dinner and breakfast included lots of options and food quality was very good. Highly recommended and I look forward to visit again.

Spotless everything! Just was my birthday while I was staying at the hotel and they were kind enough to bring me cakes to blow the candles! Both at dinner how at breakfast. Very nice attention.

Great hotel with pool and large room. We were just one night here to wait for the next flight. Very friendly staff. An excellent breakfast buffet and clean rooms. It is located close to the airport and on a main road but still relatively quiet. The safety of the guests is of great importance.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The only bad thing is that it is a little noisy and it lacks a little green.

Positioned close to the airport, with taxi service available, the hotel is eco friendly, with pool, gym and spa. Professional service, friendly and helpful staff. I dined at the indian restaurant, The waiters I have suggested the course closest to my taste and were all very friendly, the food is also excellent. The sockets are universal. There is also the iron in the room and for any need, the staff is available. Breakfast is abundant and also on this occasion, The waiters have made me taste of excellent dishes (Masala Dose).

I wish I could give zero. I visited this hotel last year with my husband. Staff of this hotel was horrible they behaved as if we were staying there for free. When I reached hotel my phone battery was dead and wanted to book room online so I asked for charging point and they replied they can not help us on this, and later we found there was a common charing point near reception. We stayed there for three days n few days back when we were in USA we had already booked the room for 2 days for about some 15% (around) discount on the site I booked from, but hotel management asked me Rs. 5000 more saying that the offer was not for indian passport holders, this is pathetic because there was no such term while I was booking n if there was such term then why the hell did they allowed me to book the room since I had already mentioned my nationality while booking. In short the experience was aweful.

I think here modi's swach Bharat abhiyan is not followed.

In the aero city of Delhi international T3 airport terminal. Good hotel, impressive foyer, courteous staff. Free pick up and drop service, that is great for travellers. Buffet is elaborate, breakfast is great. Bar is good, food options in late hours are very limited though. Good size rooms, with all required facilities. Overall if you want airport hotel or have meetings in Gurgaon, this is good value for money. Stayed May 2016, travelled on business.

Great Location. Less than 10 min from IGI;, courteous staff, great buffet, times are sound proof and light proof. Fast check-in and check out. Free Wi-Fi if you are IHG member.

Be very VERY careful at this hotel with what you order. Everything is charged, and you should expect to pay 10X (yes, ten times) what you normally would pay. They will try hard to provide you the item or service without telling you the price. You have to demand the price. You will have to ask repeatedly before you get it. Example, I needed a taxi on my first day. No problem I was told, the hotel driver will take me. I thought nothing more and then let the hotel driver take me to my destination at Manekshaw Centre which is 4.8km away. It cost me 1, 050 Rupee ~$20 which I learned after the fact was far too much. The next day I took Uber and it cost 122 Rupee ~$2 — Strike After a long day, I went to the hotel bar late when I arrived and ordered a drink. Yeah, big mistake. One drink, 1 scotch nothing special, came to 2350 Rupee — almost $50! I could have bought the whole bottle back home. At this point, I just feel stupid. Strike The last night, I had no dinner plans so I decided to work and eat at the hotel. Learning my lesson from the hotel bar, I asked for the price. I was pushed to sit down, repeatedly by two staff. Sit, sit they said. I asked the first person 4 times for the price and the second person 3 times before being told 1850 Rupee ~$35. No thanks, and I walked. "You can order from the menu! ". Right… no thanks, you're not getting another dime from me. In fact, after this experience I may just conveniently never stay at a Holiday Inn or IHG owned hotel again.

Nice hotel but fairly pricey. Was expecting the aerocity to be nice given the hotel prices but it was a piece of wasteland near the airport!

It's good hotel provided the room lighting. The room lighting is poor.

NEVER EVER By MEMBERSHIP they cheat you and no care for paid service, Chamma gupta Manager will not take calls even after many reminder on issue. Please save your money.

Awful hotel. Rooms are clean and modern as you would expect, but the staff is exceptionally unhelpful, which is a rarity in India. They protested us handling our own luggage, yet it continued to sit in the lobby unattended a half hour after our arrival. Dinner buffet is the equivalent of US$30/person, which is joke of a price. We ordered pizzas in the bar instead, which were also overpriced — and the waitstafff proceeded to overcharge for them vs. The menu price, then argued with me about it. Service was ridiculously slow. Lastly, they advertise a hotel shuttle, which is actually a car that you have to pay Rs. 750 for the 2 minute drive to the airport. For comparison, a taxi to central Delhi is half the cost. Cold, rude staff attempting to extract as much money as possible out if you for bad food and bad service.

Not worth the price. Location is the only reason why you'd want to stay here.

My wife and I stayed at your excellent hotel on 02nd October on our way home after a nice holiday in Delhi, Jaipur & Agra. Very happy with the room 116 which had disabled toilet facilities provided. Food and good service was very much appreciated.

Great place. Located strategically close to the airport. Convenient for someone who has business in Gurgaon as well as in Delhi. Ambience is great and good services.

My wife returned to India after 18 years and was apprehensive about staying in a hotel. She wanted to spend the entire night at the airport to take an onward domestic flight. I convinced her to stay at the Holiday Inn New Delhi International Airport as it was convenient and also offered complimentary airport transportation. She reluctantly agreed. From pick-up to checkout, and drop-off to the airport, my wife had nothing but good things to stay about the people she encountered at the hotel. In addition, she found the hotel to be well appointed. My communications with the hotel were very promptly acknowledged and answered (thank you Sunil, Shitika, & Bharti). Her sister met up with her and she also had nothing but good things to say about the hotel. My wife is now a raving fan of the Holiday Inn New Delhi International Airport and I am sure the next time we are in India, we will be staying at this hotel.
