This is a terrible hotel. Both in terms of the location and amenities. Starting from the bed linens to the bathrooms, everything is extremely dirty! For the price it charges, one can easily get cleaner hotel rooms. Very Very bad place.

Hotel is gud but staff in not gud. Special Mr kishor how was sitting on front reception desk. He hasn't ability to treat politely with customers. N they charge more as compared to online prices.

The worst hotel we have ever stayed in. 1. The service is abysmal. 2. No value for money whatsoever. 3. The food is unbearable. Restaurant staff is really rude. 4. Room service is good for nothing. 5. The rooms are of low standards.

In the centre of the kamla nagar market, but the room cleanliness is not good, services must be improved.

Rooms are good. Breakfast included. But if you are coming late night and have made advance booking, do call them and tell you will be late. Else you might face inconvenience as we did.

Sorry folks, I travel a lot but I haven't come across such lousy hotel No one at the entrance to guide for the reception. Rooms are ordinary, infact I was reluctant to check in even. Facilities are for name sake only. Room service is horrible. I just don't recommend any one shud visit this place, not even for free.

Nice hotel located in mid of Kamla nagar market so u can shop eat and stay.

When we take bath, the whole water gets drifted to the toilet side and we can use toilets only after clearing the water around. Inspite of repeated complaints the TV channels were provided only on second day. For hot water, we have to inform them early, then the staff say, they will switch on something on the top floor then we can get hot water after 10 mnts. The room size was too small for a rent of Rs 3600 per day.

One and only property in kamla Nagar nearest to DU and in market place.

Good for all branded clothes and good for shopping with family.

Excellent service, staff is very helpful, spacious rooms and more importantly hygiene levels are of high standard. Food can be more better, it's good but not beat. The menu is restricted to very few dishes which can again be increased.
