It's not a hotel it's like bunglw convert to hotel staff is less and little rude but as per my tarrif room are good in breakfast they serve u your choice food so that part is good in short for one or 2 days accommodation is good not more then that.

Stayed in this guest house under cooperate booking. Its just average guest house considering the price — no reception — allocated rooms are single house bed rooms — old furnitures — but whatever food was avaiable and ordered it was great.

Good hotel for both family and business travel short stays. Location is calm and residential and is half an hour from Qutub. The food is great too!

It should hotel which provide basic needs to stay for few days, good thing is that it is nearby metro station, big clean rooms, fast service.

Its a nice small guest house rather than a hotel. It has a friendly staff. Food is good just like home cooked. It's very conveniently situated. It gave a very homely feel. Rooms are spacious and has basics. It also very clean. For the price it's a sure bargain.

This is the worst Hotel I have ever stayed in my life. We travel a lot but have never come across such customer service people. The guy who is managing the hotel Mr Vinay & is available at the front desk needs to learn some customer service skills. He is so rude, impolite. Just pathetic. The rooms are good location is good but the hotel management is worst. Stay away from this hotel.

First of all, this fantastic clean property did not resemble a hotel and not a 4 star hotel at all. It's like a good guest house in a prime location with Green Park market in 1 minute and Green Park Metro in 5 minutes walking distance. There is no sign board of Fab hotel outside the property, but location was accessible with Google gps navigation. Pros: 1. Location 5* 2. Clean rooms 3. Tasty food (like home cooked) 4. Good linen and clean bathroom. 5. Good internet (free) 6. Polite staff Cons: 1. Lack of hotel facilities like in-house restaurant, Gym, spa or even a proper reception. Verdict: Though limited in option, complimentary breakfast is reasonable to start the day. A number of Spa (including Ayurvedic), restaurant, sweet parlour, ice cream, Pizza giant are in 2-3 minutes walking. Good place for night stay or staying 2-3 days for work.

Wasn't satisfied as their services were not in par with the rates that they charge. 1. Floor wasn't clean. 2. AC worked a few seconds and then, died. Of course, AC wasn't really necessary to cool the room as the surrounding temperature was already low but we only needed it for ventilation purposes. Switched on the fan and it was noisy. 3. Bathroom light was flickering. The staff came to change the bulb but I guess the problem was with something else. 4. The shelves were not clean. There were sticky substance stains. Looked like beverage stains. 5. Towels smelled like milk. Had no choice but to use them as I was already in the shower. 6. They displayed 'good hotel', 'people's choice hotel' kind of certificates at the reception but the hotel was meh. 7. Staff was kind but they couldn't understand English. Only the receptionist spoke English. Our room blacked out suddenly for no reason while the other rooms were fine. Trying to explain the situation to the staff was difficult as there was an obvious language barrier. In places like Delhi, it would be helpful if hotels hire people with basic English speaking skills so that they could cater to the needs of the guests staying over in their hotels.

It's a cozy place near INA in Green Park. Small number of rooms but good design. Service is okay.

Very u professional staff unfriendly non cooperative did things as per their priorty v bad. Did not expect this hospitality from fab hotels venture v dissatisfied.

Location: bit hard to identify the hotel since no proper signage. Rooms are ok, not that great.

In South delhi this is a really best hotel in your budget with perfect service and food.

Wonderful place with wonderful & courteous staff. Food so good. Liked its very near to Metro station also. In mid of market so can get everything I need so near. Will certainly come back soon.

Good hotel to stay in south delhi. I stayed in this hotel with my wife from 29th sep to 2nd Oct morning, let me write the complete feedback in detail. First I will go with pros then I will come to cons pros: 1: Rooms are exactly same as shown in pics, but they are bit small, but for couple rooms are enough to have a pleasant stay, we booked deluxe room, but if you are planning for more than two people I won't recomment deluxe room. 2: Hotel is located in one of most posh society of south delhi (Hauz khas), considering the society criteria hotel is bit cheap. 3: House keeping staff was good, whenever we called them they cleaned our room and set up as it was freshly new room provided. 4: Room has all needy things whatever required apart from water bottles, if they provide water bottles in room that will be more good, water present in kettle seems to be old one. 5: Ambience inside room and lobby is good, in case you get bored insdide room, you can go set in lobby where they have arrangd few charis with table. cons: 1: This is basically not a hotel its a apartment converted to hotel. 2: they don't have any sign board so if you are looking for any sign board to find it out then not possible to search this, you need to follow the GPS to reach the hotel. 3: When I asked then why they didn't kept the sign board they told local ppl will come and ask if hotel is free or not show the room bla bla stuff they told.

More like a Homestay. Not much privacy as the rooms are very close.

Clean and comfortable hotel with reasonable tariff. Located on main Green Park road, walking distance from the market. However the service could be improved, asthe staff are sometimes clueless when tge guest needs anything.

Me and my wife stayed in Fabhotel Exotica last week. The experience was not a pleasant one for quite a few reasons. First of all, the image shown in the website and the actual rooms are very different. The Size of the rooms were very different, we had to adjust with smaller rooms. Secondly and I think the most important factor would be the hotel manager — one rude, hard talking guy. He always had this look of mockery and disgust on his face. Overall an experience I would prefer not to repeat.
