I had booked 4 rooms for guests, check in and check out dates were confirmed with the hotel staff on prior notice with prior advance. Still last minute the have allocated one of my booked room to someone else. Pathetic. The staff was so rude nad arrogant and abusive too that we had to call police to resolve the issue. Our guest had to wait for four hours at the recepition area till this nonsence drama of hotel staff got over. Pathetic experices. I won't recomand this to anyone else. Escallested this isue to hotel concern departent, still no responce. Pls avoid and go for other options. As the rooms are also not that great. You will easily get better options in this price range.
