Rooms & toilets were not properly cleaned, tandoor items were not available when we asked for.

The hotel is situated in a lane right opposite Canara Bank. Since it is not located on the roadside, there's no disturbance and the rooms are quiet. The rooms are quite good. The ACs work very good. The complaints were with the power sockets and bed. There is not power socket near the bed and the there's only one at the further end from the bed. And the bed is not a single king size bed. But it's 2 beds joined together and the mattress was actually sunken which hurt the back significantly. There's a fridge inside the room too. There are 2 bedside tables and one normal table with 2 chairs. There is an elevator in the hotel. The staff was very good. Everyone was helpful. And the hotel restaurant isn't too expensive and was actually very good for hotel standards. Outside food is not allowed inside. The breakfast they provide is excellent. I'd highly recommend having breakfast here itself.

Not great but OK for the price. Pros: — Close to the airport and the metro. Also, for a hotel so close to the airport, it is quiet in terms of air traffic. — It is relatively inexpensive for a room in a big city like Delhi. — Steps from the hotel there is a long market street where one can find most things they need from electronics to restaurants and lots of things in between. — Last and certainly not least the hotel staff are friendly, attentive, and able to communicate easily in English, which is a big help for a couple of unilingual North Americans like us. Cons: — The room was small with little natural light. — About half of the electrical outlets in the room work. The rest are located in not so convenient places when wishing to plug in devices, etc — The water supply is intermittent, as in sometimes there is none at all. — Some of the furniture has seen better days, ot at least could use a good cleaning. — it can be noisy, with the sound of guests in other rooms coming through the walls. Overall not terrible but not great, but if you want something for a short stay that is inexpensive, near the airport, and close to amenities then it's OK.

Its a good hotel with all facility. Hotel staffs are good. Hotel room is quite good neat and clean with all facility. Affordable price.

Stayed here for a night. Very convenient (10 mins drive) to reach IGI Airport, Delhi from here (I could even here flights taking off from behind when I was in the washroom :D). Staff: Humble and co-operative staff. Room: Rooms were clean. Just check if everything is working correctly. The Geyser in my room was not working so I had to go and take bath in a different room :-/ Food: Had Aalu Paratha. Taste was OK. Can't stay tasty. Overall good place for an overnight stay near Airport!

Dirty uncleaned bins, unsafe, no hot water. Avoidable.

Location is good, market is available for the daily goods. About the hotel, I'd say it's not good enough if you're gonna stay for quite a time. Fortunately I had to stay only for the nights. Room service is good and quick though the rooms are not as per expectations.

Hotel is okay for a one night stay. Rooms are clean but bathroom was not good. Toilet was bit shabby. The closet was not fixed properly and it was shaking when you sit on it and water was not coming for atleast 3 times and had to call reception three times to get it addressed. Food provided at the restaurant is average.

Place location is at residential colony, so there were no market nearby, good place to stay as room amenities are good at economical price but no kitchen and food they offer from outside was the killer so don't even to think of even one is dying with hunger, staff was freindly.

Excellent staff, really taking care of my needs in an exemplary manner. I had a cold and was 'nursed' with tea and honey.

Economical and value for money. Best suited for single travellers.

Located in a very poor location and very difficult to find it. We reached there late at night and it was extremely difficult to find the place. The rooms were also not in a great condition. Avoid the place if you have better options than this in ggn.

Decent place for a transit accommodation. The building is new and lift was not working. Staff was courteous.
