Poor service. Very worn and old room, not having hot water, all facilities are in bad shape. Couldn't take a decent shower. The staff was inefficient, though not all of them were unfriendly. Very unfriendly neighborhood.

Nice hotel for a quick stop over close to airport. Although budget hotel, but got nice rooms and amenities. Recommended!

Pros: Clean, spacious rooms Courteous staff Cons: AC controls were not working. Pathetic food. Milk with Corn flakes was like flakes water. Parathas were pre made. Were served by putting in oven. Tea/coffee machines. Tasted bad. May be they don't have cook. Avoid food here.

Hotel is ok. It could have been more cleaner. Also they kind of force you to use their car service which is costlier than market price.

It was a okok hotel. Not too good not too bad. Breakfast was really good and free. It's also in oyo but prefer booking from make my trip… It is much less in make my trip. Near from airport terminal 2 and 3. But locality is very bad… But everything will be available nearby… Bus stop, metro, aerocity, cabs etc. Ventilation is really bad… Service is fine. Prefer this hotel only if your staying for 1-2 days not more… In this area at this price this is the best but as evey hotel this also has many issues… No shower, no hot water etc etc… TV is the only thing which kept me entertaining here… And there is another hotel Oyo Ramakrishna which is somewhat better than this. But very near highway so there is no peace but that is really better than this in same price. Any queries ask questions and comment… I will clarify. Thank you. Nice place ac working fine what TV not work cleaned room.

Service is just OK, room quality is below average, stayed for a night on 24-05-18, it was hot summer heat and the AC wasn't functioning at its optimum, no remote was provided by hotel, had to sleep in warm environment. No direct provision for hot water, no geysers provided. Food provided by them was bad as per person staying a night before, hence we did not have food at this hotel. Finally I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Bed rooms wr nice. Food was limited. Hygiene level was average. Refrigerator was non functional.

Hotel is good. Near from Airport, far from the city. Food is limited & little bit expensive. Jain food is not available. Rooms & washrooms are clean but air conditioning issues in some rooms. Overall it's good for those who are looking for budget hotels near the airport.

A hotel with minimumum facilities in its class. The rooms are big. Toilets require immediate renovation. Complimentary breakfast is something for satisfy the offer. No restaurant maintained by the HOTEL. Scope of improvements are there.

Wanna spend a quick night before catching an early morning flight tomorrow — this place would do. For that affordable rate — this is a win win. OYO partner so you get at least some amenities in bathroom, clean towels, clean room, old but maintained furnitures. If you got a family, this may not be a good options. Its open 24x7 and surrounding area stays active all the time so you may hear some noise in the room. Free breakfast was something similar to what you get in budget hostels around Europe. Fast Wi-Fi!

Initially thought facilities would be good there. But kind of disappointed in this hotel. Rooms were good, but the fan was making some annoying sound that we couldn't sleep at nights. Also no bathroom mats which is a very basic good. No hot water in bathroom. But they will tell that hot water is available, but what we get is only a very warm water which is slightly better than cold water. In winter we couldn't take bath in such warm water. They provide morning breakfast as compliment, but it is OK kind of thing and do not expect much.

Hotel is located in Mahipalpur extension loacted few kilometers away from IGIA. Hotel business seems to be booming in this area. Cardboard box shaped buildings housing numerous hotels on either side of narrow alleyways reminds you of Paharganj. Gaudy decor, bling of neon lights with liberal sprinkling of massage parlours and spas completes the picture of this place. Beyond the glitzy decor, the hotel we stayed looked worse for the wear. There is not running hot water even in midst of Delhi winter. You have to dial up reception and ask them to switch on water heater everytime. Rooms were large but upholstery and linen looked faded and discolored so much so that you doubted whether they were fresh or not. Washroom were clean but not spotless. Faucets were broken. Room service was not very reliable. Complementary breakfast was shabby but if you can manage with eggs and fruits then its not a dealbreaker. Don't have any other major meals here. Prices are ripoff and they bring everything from an eatery next door for which they charge premium.

Hotel is located in gali no. 1 close to mahipalpur red light. Hardly 200 m from the highway. Its a old hotel but maintenance is good. Room are very basic with hot and cold running water. Breakfast served is decent if not very good. Okay for 1 night stay.

If fb had zero star option I would give u zero. They don't even keep toothpaste in washroom and the bedsheets are way to nasty. Hated it.

The hotel is in a hard-to-find and messy alley, the room is old, completely deceived by the photos. There is not even hot water for bathing.

Clean rooms, staff is quiet cooperative. Breakfast between 8-10am and dinner is served till 1 am. No outside food is allowed in the hotel. There food is good as well.

Hotel is place near to the terminal 1. It is cheap, rooms are descent but the service is excellent. If you order a cab at even 3. Am it will be there and they will wake you up too. Nice place and good service.

Place is working distance from Aerocity Delhi metro station and roughly 120 INR will charge by UBER from IGI airport or you can buy single ticket from IGI metro station for 20 INR. Overall good hotel with foods for less price.

Decent hotel with budget facilities. Rooms are not refurbished. Cleanliness is good and staff is also very helpful.

The way they rejected and denied the check-in to one of my collegue and not accepting the Bhutanese Citizenship Identity Card which is accepted in all the airport's m hotels in India was totally unacceptable. The receptionist ciul have at least said he will check and confirm rather than just directly rejecting the first. Any innocent and simple Bhutanese would have been stranded and insecured in a fireign land. I will not recommend any Bhutanese friends to this hotel. The other reason is that I got the drinking water only at 10:30 PM and that also upon my thurd request.

I was in India nearly a month and this was the worst hotel for scams. Any thing you save on the price of the room you will have to fight to keep everyday, especially your last day when they don't even have to pretend to be legit. Pay exact change only, make them repeat portion sizes for meals after you and pay for nothing up front. Expect to be billed for the free breakfast and to get the hard sell on lots of “absolutely free" tours. Don't use taxis they organise unless you want to fight with the driver whether you still owe him the inflated price you paid to the hotel. The aircon doesn't work.

Locations being close to airport. Room service is good. Buffet breakfast was delicious. Food was good. Room is good. All staff was very professional. Hot water was coming in room. Overall very good hotel in airport zone.

Terrible experience staying at this hotel. From denying accommodation after confirming booking the previous evening, not having hot water in the bathroom, dirty linen, to persistent rude attitude by the receptionist.

Do not go to this hotel. Ac not working all rooms. We stay for two days but we are not sleeping whole night because of hot. Horrible experience. Waste of money.

Pictures are deceiving! Rooms are nowhere close to what is advertised! Overpriced food, water, drinks, transport and everything else.

Not the best. Better than the hotel we were at the other day. Wi-Fi is not as good as we had hoped, but it is very close to the airport and metro station. We recommend taking the metro :).

It was pathetic experience, I was about to reach hotel at night, with my family and on notifying them they told me that my booking was cancelled as previous customer has not vacated room. They forced us to stay at other poor hotel. Where there was no latch from inside for any room, no window, no ventilation, no hygein. And staff was rude. I could not react just because of my family members and incovinient timings.

I stayed for two night while connecting between a domestic and an international flight though Delhi. I am happy to say that I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel. It is indeed at the end of very tiny lane but hopefully so because I can't imagine the noise in the hotels on the main road. Its a budget hotel which provide facilitys which a international hotel chain has to offer. Everything in the room as nice and clean there was tea/coffee maker, hot shower, hair dryer, hand massage shower, free internet, wallpapers, Lcd t. V etc and they even allowed me to use there p. C. on the other hand we have to wait for at least 15 mins. For hot water because 1st we have to call them that we need hot water then they put there boiler On. That was irritating. N everytime we have to ask them to clean our room. It was newly constructed thats why the smell of paint was coming.
