Room service is very slow and laid back. They don't even provide AC remote in every room. Had to ask for remote every now and then to adjust temperature. Room was not cleaned properly. Manager was very cranky and unsupportive. They even charge you for asking hot drinking water. This hotel is worth less than 1000 bucks. They are charging exorbitant price for a shabby and unclean room.

Hotel is not at all worth the price. You will easily get a good hotel in the same area at a lower cost. Pathetic service. Room service boys are not at all cooperative. They provided us with wet and used towels. We asked for glasses and they provided the ones which had insects. Rooms were very smelly. Main Door and washroom door doesnt close properly. Hotel owner is very unprofessional. Keeps shouting and arguing for every little thing.

Stayed for 4 nights with my family. Hotel was like a familiar. It was good and clean. Room service was fast. Family rooms are also big. Will come again.

Rooms are clean. Staff is good. Food is costly. If you avail any other service from them like vehical arrangement for delhi sight seeing, be cautious as they charge very high. Also drivers make you fool in your delhi trip and may not show all places. Or could say to walk for long distance even parking facilities are available.

The reception staff are efficient and professional and welcoming. The hotels is also well located to see a lot of local landmarks such as red Fort and connaught place and Palika Bazar, Karol Bagh market. The main railway station is also only around 1 km away. Food quality was really good. Internet is free and good.
