Its located in Abdul Raheman Road, karol bagh, New Delhi. It has a great quality food and best services, 24 hrs full of facility. Rooms are so clean as need for the Indian and NRI peolpe to stay over night or for tours to visit delhi.

Very clean. Excellent home. Cocktail of welcome. Very nice room.

Location is decent, but the rooms are doubtlessly overpriced. Taps are leaky, plug points are non-functional, bed quality is low, drinking water provided is salty, there is cigarette smell all over the building. Service is average.

Superb Awesome Experience. Cleanliness and room service is awesome… Staffs are so much co-operative and familiar. We will check-in again in this hotel whenever we go to Delhi…

Rooms are not as big as expected for 4 people, only one power socket and that's also very loose, Geaser and AC doesnt work together, have to call reception each time to turn it on, Rooms are clean so giving 2*.

Staff are good hotel is good but. Ac power on off switch not in our room. Staff people operating it. When u want ac u have to call room service… It not correct…

No parking place. Have both AC and geyser but the owner has the switch downstairs near the reception and will control as per his wish. Very very pathetic experience.

It is OK. For the money u are spending but in the heart of KB. Where u can enjoy shopping and food.

This is a good one if u are looking to host any event with limited number of people. There is parking facility nearby which is very good for the visitors and it is locsted on the main road so it was not a problem to locate it. I went here for one of my friends engagement and did not feel anything missing as it was not much crowded.

The hotel is located a 10min taxi journey to Connaught Place which is the centre of Delhi. The staff at this hotel were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and tidy, but sometimes there was no hot water. If you are a light sleeper I would recommend ear plugs. The food at the hotel was great.

Dear friends, this is one of the worst hotels (actually a house converted hotel) I have come across. These are some of the points I would like the people to know before booking. 1. The pictures or photographs they put online like conference room, gym, club etc are all only seen in online and not in realty. 2. It's a converted house with no adequate staffing. 3. It's an isolated place, caution to people travelling with your family and specially ladies or girl children. You may end up as an another arushi talvar family. 4. Make my trip does these cheap unethical practises, since they get lot of commission by these hotels, they give a three star rating and when you ask them where is the hotel, they them selves do not know what standards do they maintain. 5. Make my trip just wants to make money, they are something like this cab company where if people stay and face rapes, murder, theft etc they are least bothered. 6. When I tried to explain the condition of the hotel details and threat we feel seeing the place, the management of make my trip said they are least concerned about the safety and insisted to stay in that hotel since cancellation cannot be done and it's their poilcy. 6. Dear friends, IAM a professional doctor who do not mind loosing money, but at what cost? Please be careful while booking this hotel and mainly with cheap services of make my trip idiots. Sorry at the end this hotel does not require star.

Not too great not too shabby. The hotel is kind of appropriate for the cost for the night. Parking is not at all available. Close to metro station. Food is agreeable.

Nice hotel good locatiin not happy with service didn't privide blankets unless I asked them. Good food.

Location is good enough, rooms and food is ok, what I don't like is the attitude of service staff and the Managers, I paid for bathtub and it was not working, even when I told them to make it work they said they can't help it. The management sucks. Don't try this hotel anyway. There are many options available near by.

Its fine the price is quite on the higher side you could get better hotel at the same price online.

Good location and perfect hotel for family stay. I loved it must stay if in Delhi.

I stayed in the hotel for 6 days. Very welcoming. Staff very polite to us even waiters they are at your service whenever you need something. Provides breakfast also very good but should have more variety. Rooms are very clean and hotel provides fridge also which is very helpful especially as we were Mauritian and we were getting problems with spicy food. So you can stock your food and beverages. Be careful with autorickshaw. They cheat people especially foreigners. They take you for round and bring you to shops where they get commission and of course you pay high price. Go to gaffar market instead cheap things. In overall very good hotel. Manager very strict concerning cleanliness. Recommend it highly.

A very good Hotel. Centrally located in Karol Bagh. Staff was very good. We booked two family rooms. We stayed in last week of september 2014 for three days. We including children liked the service and the food they served. It was good. Value for money. Rooms were spacious. We loved the stay.

One 3 star hotel which was a sheer return on the money we spent here. The location was bang in the middle of Karol Bagh which was an added advantage because of the numerous back and forth we had to do from the hotel to the market.

Beware and be Careful – The Hotel Staff and the Owner are very greedy. I check inn the hotel in the morning, everything was good but the Hotel reception manager ask me what is my day program. I told him that I am new to India and want to go to Agra, Jaipur and north India tour but the manager tell me that please wait for my owner and he will help me to getting all the places in cheap price as owner have his own car. In evening we meet Owner Mr. Mahesh Kalara he ask me to pay Usd $1000 for Jaipur, Agra, Delhi tour for 4 days and additional Rs. 3000/ per night for Room on each place. I told him that give some time so that I can finalize it. In evening I was walking on street I found one Travel agent shop so I think I can try the rates here before finalizing the Tour with the hotel. When I asked that I want to go to Jaipur, Agra and Delhi for 4 days what price I can get he told me that he can give me in USD $400 only in Ac Luxury Innova car with best comfort services. I was shocked because the hotel was not fair and the promises which was made to me was fake. Even the owner ask me to drink liquor at night and enjoy the night but now I was very careful so I beware all to avoid this hotel.
