Great service from all staff. Rooms are small but tidy. Restaurant appears to have the respect of locals, it was full with well off locals the night we went. Great food.

Visited the restaurant there called Zaffran. The food was extremely nice and so was the service. If anyone is in the area and wishes to have North Indian tandoori food, this would be a recommendation.

Hotel has a fine dinning place with the name zaffran. The menu contains North Indian cuisine. It also has a bar with varieties of cocktails, cocktails and spirits. Food was delicious (both starters and main course). Deserts are must.

Perfect Location. Helpful and efficient Service. Spacious and clean Room. Every Day you get some newspapers and some cookies. Free Water, coffee and tea. You Can't ask for more.

The hotel seems fine. But the Indian restaurant here 'Zaffran' is, I would say one of the best no fuss indian restaurants in delhi.

Nice place to stay. Worth for money. Easy access for metro trail and connected with good economy restaurants near the hotels. Staff behavior and housekeeping is good.

Met Bien Hotel Ubi case in the heart of Connaught Place. Meters from Metro t surrounded by several bars and restaurants. Good attention, as you give rooms. I would stay here again.

The restaurant serves amazing food, but in terms of ambience it really lacks the lustre and charm it should have. Would recommend only for food and service. Ambience and space could have been worked upon.

It's a small hotel with excellent service. My main problem is the amount of plastic packaging they use to wrap everything from slippers to fruit.

The location is perfect, the rooms are both clean and quiet. The hotel gives great value and the staff is by far the most service minded people I have ever met! The restaurant has incredible service and delicious food, and it is very clean and tidy. Their breakfast is excellent! The staff at the hotel helped us many times with difficulties and was always on our side. They even spendt hours on the phone helping us and make sure everything was in place and sorted out. You can not get a better hotel in the world. I have been to over 50 countries and have never experienced this good service before! I am looking forward to come back. Palace Heights is the best hotel in the world.

I haven't stayed in the hotel but had dinner at the Zafran Restaurant. Excellent food and service.

Hotel Zaffran is highly overrated. If you are going their with high expectations u will be disappointed. Non veg is below average. You have to pay high for low quality food. I seriously don't understand how it got such a high ratings.

Zaffran is a nice cozy family dining establishment specializing in Mughlai food. The place scores well in almost every department — food, ambience, service, staff. Must Try — Chicken Tikka Masala, Dal Makhni, Murg Mumtaz. Zaffran is a must visit if you wanna have authentic Mughlai cuisine.

It was so nice place it makes feel real palace I always use to get my room in this hotel.
