Sardar ji is very friendly, very sweet, your son is his son, your daughter is his daughter till he gets all the money in advance. After that you are totally on your own. If you are planning a wedding there, think not twice, but 100 times.

Pathetic service… poor management. Bad quality service, not a single room without problms. Gysers/heaters/taps/flushes something or the other not working. Lame security and guards. Don't conduct wedding functions here it will be a pain.

Very very nice arrangements. In this hotel we enjoyed with family marriage party.

The management is cheating people at the peak time… when nobody will have secondary option.
Poor decoration provided. No Commitment and harrasing the client on the event date on the name of extra charges required.

Perfect place for a party moment like a birthday occasion or a wedding ceremony. they provide a great service and the staff here is very friendly. large open garden with lots of parking space. The banquet hall also very spacious. Hotel rooms are also of sufficient size with all essential amenities. Easily visible from the main road. At an easily approachable distance from the Chattarpur metro station.

Average room and banquet hall. Food was also very ordinary and nothing exciting. Staff was good and helpful.

This place is amazing ; Amazing ambience and well maintained. Since there are a lot of ceremonies being held at the same time, management don't seem to use their head to reduce the confusion with the visitors where to go to hence creating a chaos. Apart from that during wedding seasons it's troublesome to reach this place cus of extreme traffic.

It is a banquet hall for marriages parties and receptions. It has got to big lush green lawns with separate covered dining area. Also there are many rooms and other lodging facilities available here. All in all it's a very nice place for receptions in marriage parties with ample parking space.

Best place for a marriage receptions and catering there is also very good. The hotel's room are very good and organisation there is also well taken care of.

The room service is good everything doors are opened with the card but every room doesn't have the card holder in every room we don't get a bathtub.

I had visited this hotel for a marriage function. The location is fine but the food quality and management is not good. The catering services are below average.

Great and nice venue to hold receptions parties and even wedding! Easily accessible by road. Nearest metro Chattarpur. About 2 kms.

Rooms are big but not sound proof so much noise coming from outside, even breakfast was also not good. Do not go there.

I attended my cousin's wedding there. The manager Amir didn't have any courtesy to explain us why they were behaving so rudely. They didn't fulfill any promises. And apparently the owner didn't know how to talk. He was behaving like a pig. So disappointed. No coordination Useless people.

This is very costly place. And also having very big campus. Nice room service and all other thing is very nice but it's too expensive.

Beautiful Place in Chattarpur, You get a big pool, a garden, and a beautiful room. This place is in inner regions of Chattarpur so you don't hear the sound of traffic. The food here is amazing. Also, a great place if you want to throw a party!

The venue was selected for our daughter's wedding. We had a great experience. The manager Mr Aditya n his staff were very cooperative and took very good care of everything. The rooms are spacious with good room service. We will always have fond memories about the hospitality. The food was just awesome n the menu has lot of variety.

Great place for marriages. However be careful when it pours because half the ground is open. Did is great.

A good hang out with sufficient parking space. Good green lawn adjacent to two big halls where a good gathering could be taken care of. Wash rooms were well equipped neat and clean. It was a wedding food perhaps needs to be taken care of. Polite staff. To sum up good ambience too.

Beware! before booking manager will say 'u r lucky that our owner is with us today' and u will be trapped by sweet sardarji and after the booking u will be asked to 'contact the manager'

It's ambiance, though the roads get too crowded during wedding season.

Food poisoning! do not eat here. My family recently attended a wedding function at Lilywater Hotel. Right after the dinner on the wedding day, some people started to vomit and had loose motions. We took them to near hospital — Fortis Delhi, and found they had severe food poisoning. We thought it could be a one of case. But the next day even more people reported severe stomach pain, vomiting, and loose motions. Many of them had to be admitted to hospitals. I am not sure what particular food item caused that, but I read other reviews from this venue and found that this has also happened before. 

I would strong recommend not to eat at this place or book any event with them.

I want to say thanks to the staff at Lilywhite Hotel because of who my sister's wedding function was a success and had people talking about the good time that they had even after weeks went by. Excellent food, excellent arrangement, a wonderful experience overall. Highly recommend Lilywhite to everybody for any function or ceremony.

My wedding was on 24th Nov and the staff was of outmost help. The entire staff was cooperative and helpful. First time I felt the hotel was not money minded and fully customer oriented. Couldn't have found a better venue for my wedding. Thanks a lot Lilywhite for the best moments of my life.

It is the WORST WORST place. DO NOT book it you will regret. They promise a lot of things, charge exorbitant amount and the moment you hand them over money everything changes, they become extremely rude and unprofessional giving you only a penny's worth of service. They changed the menu without letting us know or asking us, promised an orchid jaimala but what they gave was a jaimala of stale white flowers and just a few roses. Blatantly refused to agree to the commitment. I would like to mention one person by the name of a famous bollywood actor who works there. He was extremely rude to refused every promised item. We paid a huge amount but forget getting our money's worth we got abuses from their decorator and owner. NEVER EVER book this place even if it's the last option available.

LilyWhite was the venue for my sisters wedding. Great place. The rooms are good, the staff is friendly and the place is easy to locate. Thanks for the hospitality!

Attended a wedding here. Nice decent space. Teamed up with good catering and a good spacious indoor enclosure for the main course and for the Fera's.

I got married at this place and had the most harrowing experience of my life at Lilywhite Hotel. They charged us an exorbitant amount, my parents lifelong savings, promised a lot of things as part of the deal and refused to fulfill any of it on the wedding day. They changed the selected menu as per their wish without our knowledge, did shoddy, horrible decorations (again not the ones we selected), and were extremely rude and unprofessional in their behavior. Beware of this fraud place and save your hard earned money.
