Had to this the other day at KLG starlight. The food quality is good and the price was quite justified. Good amount of mozzarella cheese blend into pizza base and olive giving it a touch of a classic Italian pizza.

Had such a great time staying at this hotel that we stayed another night while coming back from manali… Staff is so polite and helpful.
Though they must add a swimming pool. But their ground floor restaurant and food quality is just beyond imagination.

It was such a pathetic hotel the room was not upto the mark.
Staff was stupid very late room service They also forget the order after taking it. Room Ac was not working properly AC was not cooling at all. Television was not even switching onn. I am so much disappointed by this hotel and now they forgot to add morning breakfast bill and calling after two days and asking me to pay the bill which has not been added on my total such poor service and they have not given me few bills as well that is missing now.

Located close to the Elante mall, the main social attraction in Chandigarh. Hotel is expensive so is the food in it. Otherwise the staff and ambience is great.

Very good service staff is very good and very tasty food here… This hotel is always welcoming, from front staff to restaurant and management to cleaning staff. The foyer is always clean and offers free apples and papers. The rooms are always clean and tidy. The food in the restaurant is exceptional with a great wine list to match. Even when there is several functions on at the same time there is plenty of parking available. Room service is quick and efficient with the food always arriving hot. I highly recommend this hotel to both business and traveling guests… Great location. My preferred work accommodation. The most comfortable, spacious and clean room & beds while working away. Love the restaurant and menu is interesting.

A pretty room. Took no services as such, so can't say much. The washroom was a bit on the below average side because the shower are was marked by only a curtain, and the entire washroom gets very wet after a bath.

We have stayed for a night. Property is good but too much charges for food. Rs. 99 for 200 ML cold drinks for which MRP is just Rs. 15.

A Hotel with Star facilities and reasonable tarrif, Sumptuous food, Good spacious Rooms and Courteous Staff and Management.

Arrogant and rude staff especially the manager. The hotel is cramped up, rooms small and dirty. Avoid it. There are better options nearby.

Staff issues. No help boy available at the reception to take your luggage to the hotel room. Everything is paid, infact a single water bottle after paying a good amount of booking. Really embarrasing.

It us a nice location and hotel for parties and all. Great service and cost maybe high but accpreciable. Would recommend to go for dinner aur booking a function.

1st experience was too good, but second time the room floor wasn't clean and the bed sheet seemed unchanged from previous use, was full of hair over it.

Awesome food. Clean but smaller rooms. Hotel reception was still being constructed. Staff were friendly and responsive. Food is highly overpriced. But the quality and taste was super awesome.

Nice rooms. Quiet. Well furnished. Good food at the restaurant. The lobby was being renovated. A little away from downtown Chandigarh, but with OLA and Uber around, it's not a big hassle.

Good place for get together. Visited for office party. Snacks and drinks were good. Staff was good and supporting. DJ was ok can be better. Songs selection was ok, can be much better. Food was good.

Hotel rooms are just fantastic. It's a very good place to stay for as many days as long as you have the money. Hotel staff is also polite and professional. -1 star for food. It's located at a place which is a bit far from main restaurants so at night you prefer to eat from their own restaurant the atrium. It's highly overpriced and tastes just okay. It feels that the price offset of the room is included in the food pricing. If you're coming back at night I would recommend to have food outside — much better options outside.

The for was awesome but a bit costly. The interiors of the rooms are excellent. Room service is excellent. Per day room cost in which I stayed was ₹3500 per day. Wifi was very very good.

I was there with my team for a conference. The experience was mixed. We were at the banquet on ground floor. Everything was good except for the frequent electricity and projector drop, had to reconnect it again n again. Also didn't understand their concept of not having restrooms on ground floor itself, they were instead on second floor. The buffet was very good though!

Good quality food. Fine dine. But if you're going for buffet, do check what they're serving. One day they serve kadhi chawal in buffet instead of some other regular dishes.

KLG Starlite hotel found me very comfortable to stay. The location of the hotel is in very popular area, passport office situated adjecent to the hotel, Mercedes Benz and all popular car showrooms are in same road in walkable distance. Industrial area also nearby. Not crowded at anytime. All days there is party always. Easy access to airport. Good service also available. All types of food available.

Well the hotel is good, property is made to look like a 3 star hotel and it's reception too. When the room was examined I found it was an ordinary hotel with good service staff. Amenities or toiletries were very few, no shower gel, no comb, no shaving kit or dental kit. Breakfast was ok ok only, very less variety as compared to same stature of hotel.

Nice hotel with good staff. But housekeeping could be better. Had to ask housekeeping to get toiletries. Breakfast options are plenty but no quick service of food. Rating 3 out of 5.

Hotel room was good. Decor was good and clean. The service was poor. Had to call thrice for a towel. The second towel did not come at all. The linen was a bit worn out and needed to be replaced. Overall, a good stay for the room quality.

Extremely hopeless services. There charges are equellent to 4. Or 5 star but services n presentation is very poor. One has to keep waiting for more than 30 to 40 minutes for getting a bedding sheet that too after 5 to 7 reminders because the whole hotel has only one person as back support. Staff is unaware if asked any information On the whole very pathetic stay.

It was a pleasant stay there… but I faced some issues like… intercom was not working… food was not up to the mark… presentation of food was fabulous but they need to focus on the taste… rest depend on them how they will they take it.

Visiting Chandigarh was a surreal for me. I stayed at the KLG Starlite for 3 nights. It is an option where one can enjoy the stay with a package of luxury comfort, multiple cuisines fine dine and immense hospitality.

. Absolutely outstanding in every way. Superb, obliging staff, excellent food and gorgeous interiors. Staff go out of their way to help with everything and 'no' is never an answer to a request. Hospitality and luxury at it's best.

Was in this property on new year evening. Was good hosted and good food with decent crowd over there. Enjoyed a lot.

I attend a mitting of Axis Bank Ltd. In this hotel before 4 month. Beautiful hotel with beautiful ambience to stay… yummy food @ buffet. Suite room is one of the best with round bed and beautiful interiors. All service are on time and fast compare other 4 or 5 star hotel.

Ok ok a hotel. Found a lizard in the washroom. A big no no for the hotel though it's lobby looks attractive, but rooms are lousy.

Hotel interior and looks are good. On arrival no one was there to guide you to room, the AC was not working, despite complaints no one came to room, just told on phone it will improve. Asked for Mug, which I told, was chargeable. Restaurant was good and staff there was very courteous… over all it is just ok.

I booked this hotel for my brother but unfortunately makemytrip app put my name as the person will visit within 5 mins I called makemytrip but they said this hotel is asking for more money i. E 1000 rupee. I even called the hotel people they were arrogant and adamant at 1000 rupee more just to change name. This clearly show how cheap they are. I was not asking anything that will cost them, I was just asking to change name of guest. They stated many stupid reasons like security which will magically solve if they get 1000 rupee. At one point they started abusing. I would suggest stay clear of this hotel as they will rip you of as much money they want in the name of stupid reasons. I ended up wasting entire amount of booking and booked another hotel. Please dont book this hotel and do not use make my trip.

One of the best hotel at Chandigarh, always got great experienced with my every stay with this hotel, specially the housekeeping is superb, Housekeeping staff are very helping and polite, always makes the room like heaven.

I booked this hotel because it was a business hotel and I wanted to stay connected with my work and close to the airport. This is a new hotel so it is very clean. But what I disliked about the hotel was that the Wi-Fi connection in the hotel wasn't working and the staff was completely nonchalant and said that since it was a complimentary service and that I shouldn't complain about it. Not to mention they weren't bothered in the least that their guest had some problems and were certainly not ready to take responsibility for it, neither compensate for the inconvenience. I don't appreciate that kind of service and such cold hospitality and certainly wouldn't recommend this place.

Stayed at KLG Starlite, Chandigarh a few days back in last week of November. Would surely recommend it. Nice place with pretty good service.

KLG Starlite is one the top notch hotel of the city beautiful chandigarh. The hotel has grand infrastructure, great hospitality and warm and friendly staff. I am regular visitor to the city and stay at KLG always.
