Worst experience ever today at La Kutchina… even after ordering food worth 4500, very poor service, instead of 50percent occupancy, it was crowded. Managers were not able to handle orders. In a time frame of 21 yrs. Worst experience. Complaint forms when asked for were already filled in the back with all cool compliments. Sad to see this hotel going downhill.

An Oasis in the city of Bhopal. Close enough to Delhi for a great getaway. Extremely polite hospitality service (a feel good factor). Great breakfasts and food in their restaurants. (Italian and Indian and was told a Chinese opening shortly. )
Cannot help but mention the pool which is 25 mts and a very good size for those who love to swim for exercise.

Being regular visitor I must say the quality of food and service standards are superb and every visit just add on to our best memories…

I am staying here after 15 years or so, it has changed a lot for good, very well maintained lawns and the rooms are just right, the service is quick and prompt. I will 5 * for the hospitality and the humbleness of the staff. The food is equally delicious. Glad to have re visited.

It was a chance that I went to this hotel. The first thing that I noticed about it was it's staff. They knew exactly what needs to be done when. Later, I found them to be well-trained and groomed. Indeed, there gestures showed Indian culture and hospitality in the right degree. The aura of the hotel is lovely. It is calm and peaceful giving you the exact reason to be here. The premises are clean and well kept. The food is a major reason, of course, but I also loved their bakery and the varieties of cookies offered. Tasty, crispy with the right blend of Indian and western taste, cookies are certainly one of the best that you have eaten. The cheesecakes were also fresh and tasty.
The heritage hotel is a museum in itself. The photos of the old king and the palace and the vintage things will surely take you back to those times. The old furniture is also a thing you will love. The walnut colour chairs n tables make you feel you are royal somebody. The swimming pool, spa center and other recreation gives the old architecture a modern touch.
You will not be disappointed ever coming here.

Tattenham has always been nice but after the recent renovation the interiors make you feel less at a Palace hotel and more at some regular pub in town. Not that I don't like it but it has certainly lost the classy feel. I miss those huge sofas and the gigantic mirror. But food is as good as it has always been, same for the service. Good times guaranteed!

Top class 5 star hotel at Bhopal with regal elegance of colonial style white building. Wonderful helpful staff. Gorgeous lawn and terrific swimming pool. Food price is ok for a five star hotel. Rooms have all modern amenities. Breakfast is bundled with room rent. Recommended for a wonderful time provided budget permits. Loved my time.

The hotel has beautiful rooms and suites. The begums hall and lawn is a great place for parties and functions. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The food was amazing in taste, quality and variety. We were very satisfied with the service and the place as a whole.

Jehan Numa Palace is extremely hospitable. The staff at Jehan Numa knows their roles and responsibilities perfectly and makes sure to live up to the name this brand holds. Even though it is located in a non-metro city Bhopal, the standards of service followed at Jehan Numa are par excellence. When we met Saleem Quraishi from the marketing team and spoke to him about the history and culture of Jehan Numa, we got to know about the passion each and every one there has to serve its clients. The grandeur of this palace speaks volumes of the history it holds. The palatial architecture, the artifacts from the golden era and the overall feel of this hotel is royal. The activities at Jehan Numa include a beautiful swimming pool for a dip in the evening, a small gymnasium for your fitness regime and a horse track. The horse track is a major attraction as you can find the horse galloping down the track both in the morning and evenings. It’s a lovely sight while sipping your tea in the morning.

I can give 1 star but due to its ambience I gave it 2. Reason for giving low rating is simply because they don't bother about customers now. Taste is pathetic and highly overpriced. Ask a question to yourself: Why should I come to Jehan Numa Palace? Come-on guys you can't afford to compromise on TASTE and GOOD FOOD.

We went to the main restaurant "Under the mango tree" at the Jehan Numa Palace. The food was a bit overpriced but there I had one of the best mutton dishes. The Ambience is great, the food is awesome. The food can be priced a bit less but I had a great evening there.

This is my favourite place in Bhopal. I have been coming to this place from last 15 years and taste is still the same, thing that I like the most is their fresh pastries. This ppl are best in this segment with an unbeaten taste. Highly recommended to those who seek to have some very good taste in bakery.

This place has so many memories attached to it. It has never lost its place in being the best attractions in Bhopal. This is exactly the representation of the Royal history of our city — Bhopal. Jehan Numa Palace hotel is one of a kind in the city of lakes. The palatial demeanour, rich history, combined with delectable food offerings makes it a must visit place. Located near the Bhopal lake, the place attracts who's who of the society and is a must visit place if you are in Bhopal.

What a disappointment. They have closed down their outdoor restaurant due to rain. We wanted to dine there to see the down pour. What a pity. We came back without any food. Shouldn't they take a bit of more pain and keep it open during rainy season? Such outdoor locations are most appealing when it is raining.

The building, ambiance and greenery are awesome in the entire property but the rooms are not at par with renowned Hotels. AC was not working properly, water flow of water in the basin and bath tub was very slow and shower & cap of bath tub was broken… Proper maintenance is required… As well.

Jehan Numa Palace is the best luxury hotel at Bhopal. If you want to witness the glimpses of Nawabi Culture of Bhopal you are always welcome here. This hotel is not only famous for the comfortable royal stay, but this is more famous for its restaurants and food. You can taste a variety of Indian and western cuisines here but the most preferred dishes are traditionally cooked Mughalai veg and non veg dishes. The staff is well trained and always happy to serve you with smile.

This one truly represents the rich heritage of Bhopal. The well preserved palace now converted into a hotel is not only a popular wedding destination but also houses some wonderful restaurants, a bar and a cafe. The service is first class and is also easily accessible with plenty of parking space. It also is a popular destination of a lot of film shoots. If you are in Bhopal, this one is a must go!

It's a heritage property and situated on the beautiful hill in Bhopal. I would not rate the service offered as excellent due to the cost. The food is good and tasty and the staff is quite polite and friendly.

Treat yourself with a royal experience in Jehan Numa Palace Hotel. This place is neat and clean and exceeded all our expectations. Although, we expected the food to be a little better! The swimming pool is quite good and appealing. It’s a good place for a quiet stay, although avoid staying during marriage seasons as the sounds can high on decibel and the windows and doors are not completely sound proof.

Very beautiful and luxurious hotel. It is a heritage hotel that used to be a royal residence earlier. Beautiful views, luxurious rooms, nice gardens and wonderful staff.

Very nicely constructed. Every corner of this hotel is photogenic. Had lots of options to eat and drink. The food is also tasty. Will definitely plan to visit here again.

Average hotel. Rooms are not worth the price that is charged. Ventilation system in the toilet makes irritating noise. Had to change room because of this problem. The other room too had the same problem. Given a choice explore better options for stay in Bhopal. Food quality is below average for vegetarians. Rice quality was pathetic. My colleague too stayed there and he enjoyed non veg food.

It is a beautiful space. Very calm and silent. It has Gym, swimming pool, garden, spacious room. Every room has a balcony opening. Great place to stay along with family as well. Good hospitality.

I visited the property to grab some food and beverage and the quality was amazing and the behavior of the staff was polite and the service was amazing. Being the oldest hotel in Bhopal they have kept the interior really awesome by adding a modern ambiance mixed with the heritage look. Overall amazing experience.

I didn't stay here, but colleagues who did loved it. I just attended a very elegant dinner party at their restaurant (can't remember the name, its on the left of the entrance) and the food, esp. The sweet dishes were yummy.

I have visited the Jehan Numa palace for fine dining at it's restaurant "Under the Mango Tree"; for about 3-4 times. I have to say that in case of Taste, preparation, choice of menu, ambience this place gains 10 out of 10 points. But, in case of service it's 3 out of 10. Different waiters attending you, delay in order taking, delay in serving, starters and main course served together some times. Instead of this, you can visit the "Shahnama restaurant" here which is much better.

Went in for dinner at "Under the Jamun Tree", ordered drinks and chicken. Both were excellent. Deserts, not so much! Ambience was perfect, service too left little room for any complaint. Highly recommend.

Went there for food. Ate at cafe chino as well as the restaurant which is on the first floor. The food, at both the places was just fabulous (and it is economical too). Service too is very good. The hotel itself is superb and hygenic. The hotel is famous in Bhopal so finding it and reaching is not an issue (but please make sure to specify the full name because there is a resort with the same name).

One of the best Heritage Hotel in Bhopal offers very good Mughlai cusine, it also has Italian restaurant and also has a good coffee shop. It also has gym and swimming pool. Had lunch with my family. They have a good buffet spread for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Our selection was vegetarian dishes. Though they were good, but if you are used to spicy food, you may find them a bit too bland. Continental and Thai dishes were better though.

Service was good. They even offered us to show the place after lunch. Continental food was good but Indian food lacked spices. Buffet main course choices were quite different, some may like it others may not.

Outstanding, attentive service from the entire staff, 5-star. Grounds and facilities well maintained and attractive. Rooms comfortable, but hampered by the fixtures in maintaining a classic hotel.

Went there to La Kuchina. Excellent service and the selection of cuisine is great. Only con I would give it is that it doesn't have its own washroom and you have to use the main hotel's washroom. Other than that, it's an almost perfect dining experience.

Overpriced for dumb bartenders. They didn't had cheese dip, mayonnaise for the fries. They had only one Tequila. Most of the alcohol in the menu was out of stock. American Express not accepted unless you climb 3 floors with them. But yeah! The property is fine.

Well if you want yourself to be pampered irrespective of your age, then this is the best resort for it in Bhopal. From a Giant Swimming Pool, to a state of the art complimentary Sauna and Steam Bath Facility. I feel like home, since I have been coming down here since last 16 years.

A nicely appointed place with the walls bedecked with photographs of the resident royalty with visiting royalty and other dignitaries. The staff is reasonably well trained and polite. The food is good and 'La Kuchina' offers something different in the form of excellent italian cuisine with some Mediterranean options mixed in. The draft beer is also acceptable. I believe it is the golden eagle but could be wrong. The coffee shop is a nice to sit and hangout. It is also an upscale place.

Charming heritage hotel converted from a real palace. Beautifully maintained and manicured gardens. The corridors and staircases are so very interesting with vintage stuff like chests, corner pieces, mirrors etc all over the place. The rooms are very comfortable, have all the necessities and are clean. The toilets are exceptionally clean and modern The food on the restaurant was amazingly good. Out of the world The staff were uniformly polite and helpful. I hadn't expected Bhopal to be such a pretty place with large lakes and many old buildings.

The best hotel in Bhopal. Awesome food. Excellent service. And great ambience. We had buffet dinner at Shahnama restaurant. The quality, quantity and variety of food was super. There was live music going on and the staff let us even dance to a couple of songs.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in — everything was best in class. We made long outings to Sanchi and Bhimbetka and thanks to Jehan Numa we would wake up next day all refreshed. The real estate is prominent and well maintained. Staff is amazing. Food was delicious.

People at the front desk are not at all helpfull… this was going to be my first stay in the hotel but nobody coopereted with me (I had a word with Ms. Mittali) and she was in attiude. I assumed that she is going to pay for my stay… tx courtyard is much better.
