Well maintained hotel & food quality is very good.

Good food, beautiful ambience and courteous staff!

Why on earth would you have a half room size sliding bathroom door that doesn't lock. No basic amenities like comb, hair dryer, shaving kit. And the margarita pizza I ordered was phateic. Only good thing is morning breakfast buffet and helpful staff.

Family friendly… very courteous and helpful staffs… awesome food and comfortable stay… must visit with family.

Have more facility and amenities in room like hair dryer, weighing machine, hand towels, face towels e. T. C. We booked courtyard suits and there was no extra facility in room, like fruit basket, morning news paper e. T. C.

They served us with non veg (chicken) instead of paneer… that is very disgusting for anyone… what if someone old age people would have faced this… I can’t thinking of it… I will recommend to never go there and they didn’t even apologise for the incident and they are not sorry for anything and being rude.

Overall it's a good place compared to other hotels in Raipur. Still feel some staff need more grooming on dealing with people. Good ambience and rooms and polite staff.

Place is very good. I happens to be there to meet someone. Place is at par with most of similar places across India. The restaurant at lobby is named MoMo and is a chic place to be. Staff is courteous and prompt. This and hayaat are to places to be at Raipur. This place is not pocket friendly at all. However the cost is worth every penny.

Located in NH 6 it can be sighted from usual traffic. Interiors are upscale. Food is nice. Sufficient space for conferences, receptions, business meetings. Service personnel are humble and very helpful. Restaurant is in ground floor. Conference rooms in first and second floor. 10 minutes drive to airport. 20 minutes drive to capitol complex Naya Raipur.

A sojourn to remember… Hospitality at its best Courtyard Marriott Raipur is a class~apart elite hotel, the stately edifice of which houses within it, highly professional and naturally courteous personnels, who are amazingly clairvoyant of your needs that are executed with precision, promptness and poise. The joy of fine dining is augmented by the presence of charming hostesses and nimble hosts who serve the delectable cuisine with amazing panache. This "home~away~from~home" stay inspired me to become it's member. I now look forward to experiencing their hospitality in many other Marriotts, in India as well as overseas.

Distance is major issue from city. Hard to get local conveyance. Private taxi, Ola may b option. Ambience good but average quality of food.

The best hotel I visited in the recent times. Probably the best one in raipur. The ambience was purely ethereal. With customer service being outstanding. Being situated at NH6 provides easy access to airport and different places. And at last the name explains everything. Its marriott.

Polite welcoming staff made us very comfortable after we had an overnight 1000km drive. There is an excellent breakfast buffet at a rather good price with great variety to choose from. There's a cafe area which has lovely indoor outdoor seating. Rooms here (from my experience of a previous stay) are well maintained and comfortable.

Good location, well it all depends on what you are expecting. I found quite inside and outside. It does not offer great food but it is ok. Staff at restaurant are more than willing to be a great help. Rooms are large, clean and have all amenities. Suites are really big. Breakfast spread is more than enough. Nearest mall is around 2 kms. From there. I prefer to stay here.

Best place to stay in Raipur as per me. Comfortable big and naturally lighted rooms with cozy interior, nice healthy cuisine and at a market standard price. The personalised hospitality that the Hotel offer is highly appreciable. They take a note of your choice of room, type of break fast and dinner you prefer, activities that you like to do and makes your next stay even more comfort with those customised offerings. The spread of the breakfast menu is a bit monotonous, as well the in room dining. However, the on duty Chef is always just a call away if you wish to order something of your choice outside the menu, and they'll try their beat to provide it. Check-in and out facilities are very smooth. Overall, a nice hotel to stay!

Courtyard by Marriott at Raipur is the best 4 star hotel in Raipur. Ambience is great. Rooms are good. All amenities are good. I missed a swimming pool, it would be better if a pool is made. The restaurant at ground floor level has 2 group seating arrangement, which I liked, it is separate but at same time it is not covered with blank partition. Food is awesome. Service at bar was excellent.

Located right on the highway and accessible from the airport. Perfect for stay for social and professional events. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Loved my stay!

One of the topmost hotel in Raipur. Superb rooms, nice lobby, topnotch service. Stayed there for a day and everything was upto the mark. The ballroom on the ground floor is a little small though. We had an approx 300 people party but it was cramped. Massage facility is fantastic.

This is a hotel true to its brand! This is near to the airport. The courtyard is small but the lobby is spacious. The rooms too are spacious. No bathtub in the bathroom so this is mainly for office travellers. The Momo cafe has fairly wide spread (it is much bigger in Mumbai but can appreciate the difference). The bar offers fair amount of choices but snacks menu should improve. All in all, a good experience and shall go back whenever I am in Raipur again.

The ambience is very good. Staff at reception are polite, courteous and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. The hotel has gym, swimming pool and spa. It has a restaurant and bar and 0 level. Food served was delicious. Overall experience was very good and would strongly recommend.

It has very small entrance which some times creates issue. Staff behavior is good … Food taste and variety is very poor. I won't suggest any one to have food there. Meeting hall is very small.

Let down by a brand that I like. A missed pickup. Good room for sure. But the conference, bar, restaurant service was all downhill. 30-45 min for each delivery and mix up galore. Same breakfast menu for 5 days constantly. Doubtful to use it again unless service improves.

Marriott is one of the best in Raipur. You talk about service, hygiene, cuisine, availability, costliness, it passes all test combined. It's making a mark in Raipur too they already have a good presence in other cities too. They have just a couple of competitor's in Raipur which can be easily and safely eliminated. Providing better service to the parties and similar programs can be their eureka in Raipur.

This is the place where birth celebration with family, I was here with pleasure, peace, relaxation, we love the food, stay was sooooo relaxing …, pleasure when guest were served with utmost attention and care. Had buffet Lunch at Momo Cafe. It was a wonderful spread with tasty options for all course. The mocktails selection included in the buffet was a pleasant surprise with tasty and healthy options. The desserts were to die for. Good food; nice ambience and wonderful service.

In an empty bar, it took 15 min for the bar waiters to arrive, another 15 min to take the order n another 20 to get the order from the front bar counter. Poor trained staff don't know anything abt the dishes, didn't provide the drinks menu at first. After delaying, asked mi to place first n also final order. The best part was when I arrived in my vehicle, it was parked by someone (valet parking) but on return, the stern lady at the gate counter politely refused to get my veh…icle as she was busy with VIPs in small vehicles n instead handed me my BMW keys. After searching for my vehicle for 15 min I returned at the gate counter, only to b told that it had been parked at the other side of the hotel n she had sent mi in the wrong direction before — 'it was raining'. Totally unprofessional attitude which is not expected from a reputed hotel chain, its not worth the extra cost if can't provide decent ambience n service!

Had an excellent 1day stay at the Marriott. Lovely property with a large room, different but spacious toilet. The room on the 4th for had a nice view overlooking the road and wifey and kid spent a lot of time on the sit out by the window. While the buffet was one of the best in Raipur, the parchment fish and spaghetti alfredo we ordered at room were excellent. They have a small but nice pool, but couldn't utilise it due to rains. Room service could be slightly improved as slippers took a long time coming. Daughter had an issue that there were only 2 cartoon channels Would definitely give it a repeat.

We went there for Sunday brunch, its ok! Didnt pleased our pallets, we mostly goto there cafe which has always pleased us but the buffet never impressed I was there for pizza fest They served cold pizzas the hot one we requested was came with corns we requested plain chesee pizza and didn't tasted good, we went there again for sandwiches fest in cafe java it was good! We only recommend it for coffee and quick bites.

I have been there on 23rd sep and must was very pleased with service and hospitality of the staff. Manager Mr saurabh. The manager at resto. Made sure our celebration was memorable. Couple dinner was perfectly organised and cabin was well decorated. Not to forget yummy cake they provide. Mr pratik our server was very courteous and polite. A quality which is mostly missing these days in hotel staff. Hukka was awsum so was food. Spent a quality time with wife on her special day all thanks to them. A must visit for couple looking for some romantic dnnr along with good food and service.
