I've had quite a bit of traveling experience and must say that this one was the best stay till date! Everything about Andaman Castle is just perfect! From the owner to the Cook to the other staff. They make you feel like a family. Guys look no further. This is best option to stay in port blair. Aamir will also help you with the entire tour like ferry travel, stay in havelock and various activities. Thanks, Ummer.

I along with my family went to Port Blair and stayed at this hotel on 1st week of July, 2018 for a period of 5 days. I strongly recommend to all the visitors at Port Blair for staying at this homely atmosphere hotel. Where, you will get a entire apartment without any obstructions and or any trouble at this hotel. And also you will get a numbers of staffs with smile and very active one. The owner of this hotel is a very very gentleman and quite aged like a guardian. It is just near sea beach and you will all time enjoy sea beach and its lovely facing from room along with all corridors at all times. This hotel is very nit and clean from each and every side. This hotel has own Travel Desk also.

It's location is at a peaceful place, within the city, but away from the normal crowded market or any other hotels. The place is a house, converted into a hotel, thus it's not typically a hotel. There's a nice balcony attached with every room, and the property has very good Sea view, with the hotel located on a cliff. They don't have a full kitchen or restaurant. But given the price its very convenient and value for money.

Good home stay to stay for family… Location too good just opposite to the sea… Food is good too…

Best view of sea available from this hotel, specially when it's full moon night. Food was extremely delicious and I personally thanked the chef for making such tasty food for us. Rooms were also pretty good.

You can see the sea. Will love the room. Good staff. Not a convenient location to find transport if you don't have a pre booked one.

Whosoever is reading my review and want to book hotel at Port Blair, do not wait and book this hotel. Whenever you will visit there you will feel that you are in your home. They will treat you like his own brother or sister or uncle whosoever. They are very helpful and polite in nature. Each and every person out there is good. I did not get such kind of hospitality anywhere else and would not think I will get in future. Though the main market is quit a bit far like 2.5 km. To 3 km. But still I would recommend to stay at Andaman Castle. Rooms are clean and well maintained. In future if anytime I will go to Port Blair I will stay there.

First it is not a hotel, it is a homestay with little bit costly according to its interior location. However Amir is very soft spoken and helpful. No place near for fooding option.

Fantastic Home-stay; Joyful team & staff We were a group of seven travelling together – my wife, daughter and I; and, parents from both sides. We stayed for three nights at Andaman Castle; however the ground logistics for our entire stay in Andaman & Nicobar Islands (6N & 7D) was managed completely by Aamir & his team. We stayed in the ground floor of Andaman castle and occupied all the 3 bedrooms and the hall. The kitchen was also available to us as and when we required. Andaman Castle is located towards the edge of a small hilltop and the view of the ocean is mesmerizing from the property. Cool breeze from the ocean keeps everything calm & serene. The property is very well kept and all the basic facilities are there round the clock. You can take a small walk (around 50 meters) from the property and there you will find the “Bay of Bengal” staring at you with all its beauty. There is a footpath for visitors, morning walkers/joggers to enjoy this beauty – less crowded but completely safe. Aamir (the captain of Andaman Castle) and his crew (support staff) made our stay very lively & memorable. The entire team was there to look after any of our needs and answer questions that we had. High five and a salute to the entire team for taking care of us during an emergency situation we encountered. My mom-in-law tripped and injured her wrist while boarding the flight from Hyderabad; on calling up Aamir on the phone, he assured us of all support upon landing at Port Blair.

Very nice hotel in Andaman Nicobar Islands. Hospitality are too good say very comfortable as like as home, all staff behaviour are good, I like this place for say. Rent a car / bike available here. Thank you Andaman castle team. All the best.

We stayed at this place for four days. Nice sea side view. The best thing about the place is that you get home cooked food. You just feel home. Amir is really helpful and all the staffs are just so humble. See you guys next time yet again :)

A perfect stay at Port Blair beside the sea. We visited with family in Dec'17. You will feel like your own home at a distant place and can smell the peace of the place. Amirjee, the owner is a fantastic person with a very humble, generous behaviour and very caring. All the staffs are very nice. You can feel like at home… Its complete in all respect… I will at once recommend to stay in this place. Three cheers GO FOR IT.

We friends and family visited Andaman last week. The entire trip was planned by Aamir (Andaman Castle). Andaman Trip can sometimes get daunting because of so many things happening across Andaman, especially the weather. Aamir took care of the entire stay, ferry tickets, local travel and booking water sports activites etc. Being a local he has good contacts and that helped us in getting the best stay and travel options for a group of 17 (including infants). What I liked about Aamir: Just inform him the number of Days you plan to visit, Things you wish to do in Andaman Islands and the Expected Budget — — He will plan and take care of the entire trip.

Good stay @ reasonable cost. Management is very much helpful.

If you plan to stay at Port Blair donot look any further. This is the place to go. The location is amazing. The view is amazing and the hosts Amir and Laxman are extremely helpful. Absolutely the best place to stay at Port Blair.

Nice homestay in a pretty but secluded location. Staff and owner are helpful. Food is average and a bit expensive. Rooms are simple but clean.

Great view of sunrise if you are up early. Friendly staff and good location. Stained towels and sheets were a big turnoff. Need to pay more attention to cleanliness.

Really friendly people, good breakfast, and clean & spacious rooms. The only con is the distance from the city center, although it did force us to take the lovely walks beside the seaside under the open starry sky.

If you are going with couples and then best place to stay, home stay, you can cook, you can get food from outside, you get home delivery, we enjoyed.

Hi Amer it was late due to work crisis to convey our feelings. It was Emmenc pleasure to stay at Andman Castle. We feel comfortable secure and happy. Everything arrangements made was best right from breakfast to pick up drop hotels bookings cruz booking except that of havloc island. Most Important to share about your honesty and humanity. Due to bank load when we left half the trip you helped Mr pingle very homely. The best was when you not arranged but accompanied him on the trip to baratang line caves so that he should not feel lonely. It's not the matter of simple thanks. I will definitely visit your hotel to complete the trip.

The best place to stay at Port Blair with a beautiful view of the ocean from the windows and very helpful owner Aamir :) we stayed here for 2 nights and the overall experience was good. They serve home cooked food which is very healthy and tasty. The rooms and washrooms are spacious enough and the best part was the cleanliness. The helper named Laxman took really good care of us and was always on his toes to make our stay better. Aamir the owner helped plan us our trip to andaman as we had very less time and wanted to cover all the famous places. We would definitely recommend this place for couples and family too. Unforgettable stay and life time memories :)

It was a nice experience staying in this hotel for 5 nights. Actually we felt like staying in a 3 bhk flat (it is a 3 bhk flat, now turned into a hotel). Aamir & his father helped us & organized our 6 nights & 7 days trip. After landing in Port Blair, they took care of every thing till airport drop on our return. The cook cum care taker (Laxman), prepared food according to our need & taste. He is always eager to learn various recipes from all the guests & serve them accordingly. The food everywhere in Andaman, is a bit costly. In havlock it is even more costlier. As the property is located at an excellent position for nature lover's, it is away from the market place. So, its not possible to try food anywhere else or move around inthe market. The journey to Havelock island is very exciting by government ferry. If u r planning to go by Makruz, don't forget to take anti vommiting pills. I hv seen strong person's suffering sea sickness. Makruz staff call it 'normal'. But it was a very uncomfortable journey of 1 & 1/2 hrs.

4 of us were there for 8 days. It is indeed a nice place with a brilliant view and amazing hospitality. Aamir, the owner of the place was very courteous and helpful. He did manage to arrange for our trips around and did all the water sports booking for us. Value for money place and also falls into the economical bracket. We had 2 furnished rooms with a common kitchen, hall and dining. I came back with nothing to complain and only praises.
