I just left this wonderful hotel after staying for five nights. Every single aspect has exceeded my expectation. The rooms are large and well appointed. New, modern, well laid out and extremely comfortable. The included breakfasts at Gott are far, far better than the usual hotel buffet fare. Our espressos and cappuccinos each morning are superior to those prepared by most baristas Dinner at Gott was good too. Perhaps most crucial to the success of our trip, every member of the front desk/concierge team has been so friendly and helpful (thanks for offering my son a toothbrush). They have all been fabulous in helping us to plan our walks, activities and excursions — both before we arrived and then after we checked in. ‘Peter’ (I won’t attempt the real spelling) even ran with the four of us for several blocks to ensure that we wouldn’t miss our snowmobile tour pickup.
It is a definite 5 stars on some aspects and 3 on other, therefore my 4 stars. 5 stars: Really new with top notch appliances. Great bathroom, shower, bed and etc. Great restaurant (Gott) and great breakfast. Amazing location. Sauna and pool are really nice. 3 stars: Even though it is a really good hotel it has no room service and it is expensive for what it is. Paying usd 300 I would have given it 5 stars. But for 400-500 I’d expect more. There is also a huge construction going on right on the front of the hotel which makes the view terrible and there is also some noise in the morning.

Beautifully decorated, very pleasant atmosphere, very nice continental breakfast, and awesome service! Love the hot tub, clean and very relaxing. Nicely located near the harbor and a easy walk to store's, restaurants, and museums.
